Male tech took over 1.5hrs with my daughter's nails and they still fell off 3 days later. Had mine done as well and female tech had no clue what style I wanted. Over charged on pedicure. Basically crappy nails and way overcharged . 16 for just shellac gel ? Go somewhere else read more

I had scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, I was greated by a nice young man. I was then taken to a chair and right from the beginning I had a feeling the nail tech was not very friendly. I can't hear very well and I informed her, she seemed frustrated and annoyed. I felt a little uncomfortable. I could tell she was rushing to get my nails finished, I noticed a few of my nails were looking misshapen so I asked her if she could even them out and she just sighed.... like? if she wasn't rushing, they probably would've looked fine. I came in as a walk in for white tip acrylic nails , a older man did my set , at first he noticed me looking at the shapes and said he would fix it later I said of course "trust the process" so I let him do his thing till he's putting on the white acrylic and I realize the nails are super crooked none of them look like the other and one hand is pointier than the other‍he had already took forever!! So I just asked him to fix the most NOTICEABLE one which was my thumb finger , and then he didn't even know how to fix it so he left it crooked as hell!! I came here with my mother and mother-in-law. We all had a great experience getting manicures and pedicures. I was particularly impressed by their service and attention to detail throughout the entire process. I ended up coming back after a week to get my dip manicure removed after it chipped. They took a look at it, took the time to talk to me about it, and ended up comping the removal process since it didn't last as long as I hoped. I think it says about their business for how they responded so kindly and professionally. This is a brand new salon in the area. The customer service was great and I did not feel rushed like the other salons. This place is gorgeous inside with top of the line salon massage chairs. Very very poor customer service. I had an appointment with a nail tech to do my birthday nail set & I came in on time for my appointment and the lady was not even here!! They reception lady booked me and she wasn't even here today. Then I had told the manager if the salon I wanted someone else to do it since this was for my birthday. She had said no because I am "to picky" so disappointed and hurtful. Very beautiful salon but not worth the customer service!! Horrible. Never will go back again. read more

The receptionist was nice and tried to apologize, but apparently the esthetician is able to speak rude and inappropriately and there is no recourse. I've been to le posh a handful of times now and usually leave underwhelmed. The space is beautiful and they have alot of great colors to choose from. The ambiance is nice and they usually get you right in however I've never left loving my nails although I keep going back hoping to change my mind cause I want to like this place. I was just in on Tuesday for an sns manicure and my nails look beautiful however I'm realizing after only 5 days they are not going to last long. The application was not done with durability in mind. This place could potentially be GREAT however I feel like the nail techs they hire are just mediocre in my opinion as far as skill. I like it here but I don't love it read more

Service at the front desk was great, the receptionist got me and my friend seated for our manicures very quickly. The nail tech doing my nails didn't ask what kind of manicure I wanted just the type of polish and then he just started. He roughly trimmed my cuticles and shaped my nails. He painted them and then left the station when I looked at my nails they were all different shapes and very uneven. I didn't see the tech again before I left to get them fixed. Today was my first time visiting Le Posh. The receptionist was pleasant and the nail tech was nice. I got a dip done on my nails and a pedicure. I explained to the nail tech that I didn't want a thick coat of dip on my nails but that is still what I ended up with. My nails look awful and the pedicure was subpar. All of my nails on my toes are uneven and I still have rough edges around the nail. It felt like the nail tech just wanted to rush through the service. She never once cut my cuticles around my nails or toes. I don't mind paying for good service but I felt like my $85.00 was wasted. I didn't want to cause a scene so I just paid, left a tip and went on my merry way. My advice, spend time listening to your customers and pamper them a little when they come in. I went and got a lash lift and tint. My lashes look a little darker, not very. But my lashes did not lift at all. I have pretty long lashes and for them not to lift at all is honestly really disappointing. I ended up paying $75 for nothing really. Wish I could have gotten a refund. read more
