My wife and I loved the example pictures provided on Britton's website, as we felt they offer a variety of equally beautiful types of floral arrangement and would be able to fit what we were looking for. We had a virtual meeting with Nicole and she was so friendly and helpful. Flowers are not something that my wife and I really know anything about, honestly - a lot of the elements of wedding planning were over our heads and thank goodness we landed with such wonderful vendors, like Britton. Nicole really broke down all of our options and things we wouldn't have thought about on our own, such as how to incorporate florals with the men in our lives. We each had two "bridesmen" as well as our fathers. She also suggested a wrist corsage for our moms. It was little touches like this that made everyone feel included and was visually stunning when it all came together. We found the experience interesting that although you can describe what you want and share inspo pictures, there is an element of surprise when it comes to florals. It really depends on what is available at the time of your wedding and when the florist goes to do their shopping. The unknown can be stressful or scary, but we felt really confident that Nicole would deliver an amazing final result. We were actually shocked that the reality was even more beautiful than what we had come up with in our minds! The day was busy, so we unfortunately did not get to spend too much time with Nicole or give our true positive feedback on how everything came out, but she did find me in my suite to say hello and explain a few details. She provided a seamless delivery and our reception area looked incredible! We loved our florals so much that we are having a family friend preserve them and create a few pieces of art/jewelry. At 2:40pm Mother's Day (Sunday), the flowers hadn't been delivered so I reached out via text; I continued to reach out looking for a status update and didn't hear anything until 7:15PM when i FINALLY heard back from them that they were on their way with the flowers. I don't know whether the flowers would have been delivered at all had I not been texting for 5 hours about it. I had paid for 50% of the flowers before they were delivered, and though I wasn't charged for the other 50%, my request for a refund was ignored. Absolutely DO NOT USE this company, and if you do, be sure to follow up frequently, and don't put down a deposit and pay only after delivery.
