It wasn't exactly the photo and discussion I had with the stylist but she didn't turn my hair orange so I could live with it. After the washing, the stylist asked me what I wanted to do. I knew she had clients waiting. I still wanted a blow out. She seemed semi annoyed. I'm 53, that was the worst blow out ever. She had seemingly no clue. She just waved the hairdryer back and forth. My hair like a rats nest. She then flat ironed it. It's didn't not go well. Not wanting to spend more time there, I left. I came home and fixed it myself. At the price of 276.00. I should have NOT had to style it myself. Avoid this place and it's high prices. You can get better salon service and results elsewhere.

Also, prices were not addressed beforehand and seemed to be increased because of the fact I did not know the store prices. To continue, I wanted lighter ends than the top as showed in the inspiration photos, and I got lighter top of the head and hardly any at the bottom. Great hairstylist, though from a client perspective, I wished for overall more transparency and more listening to my desires. Negotiate/understand price beforehand! (Lesson learned)
