The owner, Angela did not charge me since I was so upset but this hair cut was $48. Please do not charge your customers this much if the cut was atrocious. I was sorely disappointed, but to be clear it was neither Jimmy nor Angela that cut my hair. I didn't get my hairdressers name but she was Indonesian and had blonde hair. This is literally THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. Save your money and go elsewhere or be specific with who cuts your hair. Lesson learned and I will never be back.

As long as you are flexible with anyone to cut your hair, then you can be seen ASAP. I always call beforehand and I always get to be seen same day within the next 2 hours. I only had two people cut my hair here, Michelle and Ken???? Ken is a new guy with dyed hair and speaks limited English. Michelle has been doing this for a while. I loved their old location but this new location definitely helps their salon shine. Lots of natural lighting and room for them to really allow an open space concept with seating throughout for others to see the magic happens. For the price of $28 before tip for a male's haircut, I think it is a fair price to ask in this economy and prime location. Hairwashing and shampoo is included for before and after the cut. Also if you want them to style your hair and prepare it for the day then that is also included with gel/wax/hair spray (your choice). Use cash if you can to avoid the 3% credit charge fee. I come here, get an amazing shampoo/head massage experience to start, then a cut, followed by a blow dry and hair straightened! And it's reasonably priced! Way less than the other salons I've gone to where i paid $75+ and walked out the salon with my hair still wet because it was extra $$ for a blow dry. I've recommended multiple ppl here and even my husband gets his hair cut here now! Highly recommend!!

I was so nervous because I've had such bad experiences at other salons (even a big name salon). She was so welcoming and really listened to what I wanted. I did show her some inspo fotos. I felt very comfortable after our consultation. She was very meticulous with her work. She took her time and demonstrated precision and patience (she is a perfectionist). She cuts a lot of hair for the elderly and has throughout the years have gained a lot of loyal customers - like me. Many middle aged to elderly Korean women travel from near and far to have their hair done. A lot of Koreans that live in the southeastern part of the US travel to Georgia because it has a bigger Korean community and many Korean markets and Korean owned stores. Reason why I always come to this salon for my hair cuts -it may be out of old habits, but I like the fact that I can show her a picture of how I would like my hair styled at that moment. And like always she never fails and adds her little touch to make it better. But one thing that is a little discomforting is that they only accept cash. Though a loyal faithful customer to Grace ... I would give her a 4 1/2 stars because of my inconvenience to pay with a cash. I rarely carry cash this I would have to travel to the nearest ATM or my bank to withdraw cash.

I was just really curious on what happens. It wound up taking ~4 hours where I got my hair washed, cut, primed, bathed in solvent, and then curled with the little rollers. I definitely felt cared for, but 4 hours is def a long time. I brought a book and phone charger in case I was bored. The salon inside, however, is extremely cold. I think it was like 62 degrees inside, and I got my perm done in the summer when it was hot (and I still felt that it was freezing). There's a bunch of stylists inside and people who help prepare the clients. For a digital perm, it was ~$200, and if you pay with cash, you can avoid the 3% credit card fee. They also do a traditional booking system where you call them and you get written down for an appointment on a paper book. Overall, I loved how my hair turned out. It was very luscious and soft, but I wish when I made the appointment, maybe there could have been guidelines of what not to do leading up to the appointment, same with post hair care especially for new timers. I wound up using a notes app of how to care for it. I wish I had more curls in my hair, but now I know for next time and how to ask for it to be styled. Great experience generally! This place is located inside of a busy plaza with lots to do, so if you're ever waiting on someone here, you can go to Teso or get boba/food/coffee -- any type of idle shopping!

WORST HAIRCUT EVER…read more Cindy cut my hair way too short. I asked for 2 inches, at most 2.5 inches off. I walked out with 4 inches off my length and I cried in my car after leaving. I wore my glasses today so I had to take them off during my haircut so I was unable to see but how did TWO INCHES turn to FOUR?!? My long hair that was close to my bottom is now up above mid back. I kept emphasizing I want to keep my hair LONG. Be firm on your boundaries and what you want. I usually get my haircut once a year and now this makes me never want to even cut my hair ever again. How hard is it to just listen to what the client want?! I haven't had hair this short since grade school. I've never felt so ugly and I hated that I had to pretend this was ok. Currently looking up hair extensions now. So disappointed.
