If I could give this zero stars I would. I came in asking for an angled cut with just 2 inches off. The lady proceeds to cut 4-5 inches off! No to mention she cut off my front hair and gave me layers and long bangs. Something I DID NOT ask for. Never in my 31 years have I had such a terrible haircut that I walked out of the salon crying. The owner, Angela did not charge me since I was so upset but this hair cut was $48. Please do not charge your customers this much if the cut was atrocious. I was sorely disappointed, but to be clear it was neither Jimmy nor Angela that cut my hair. I didn't get my hairdressers name but she was Indonesian and had blonde hair. This is literally THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. Save your money and go elsewhere or be specific with who cuts your hair. Lesson learned and I will never be back. read more

Convenience: 1 star Service: 2 stars Customer Service: 1 star The results of the bleaching and coloring isn't too bad but the technique doesn't exist, it's just plopping on the color and moving along. I was freaking out when they said they're going to wait two hours for the bleach to process as it takes only 30 minutes, then it has to be reapplied again to reprocess but they said let time take control. Luckily, we didn't wait for two hours (but close enough) and that my tough strands did not fall off. My hairstylist was Rico, an Asian guy who does not speak any English- totally understandable but there are international sign language, maybe a smile, or a thumbs up(down). I get more response from my pets than that man. He rinsed water into my ears and sprayed onto my face. I kept getting slapped with dryer cords on my feet and across my face, draping the cape into my mouth, and unable to tuck in the neck towel while dropping everything on the ground after rinsing me so I decided to do it myself as I care if my clothes will get dye on it. The owner is a lady and it's hard to understand her English and she got frustrated with me by saying "You don't understand"...which is pretty rude but yeah, I don't understand. I was turned off by her calling me "girl" on the phone but I decided to give it a chance and look how it turned out. They force you to pay a tip even when the service was terrible and charge a fee when you use a credit card. So the price she states is not the price you will pay...as she refused to give me a receipt. I know she doesn't want to provide an itemized receipt showing that she has scammed me so she told me to take the merchant copy. I had a brief discussion about price but after that, I just cut my losses by taking my business somewhere else. I do NOT recommend this place...they rip off any patrons that gets caught in their web and suck them dry. I do not mind paying any amounts of money as long as the service is excellent but CEO Hair is not one of them. read more

The stylist was extremely meticulous and made sure that everything was exactly what I wanted. I came in with various shades of hair due to both bleaching and dying and they fixed it. Not to mention even after the cut my hair is super long. She worked for over 9 hours and even had me come back to finish since we ran out of time on our first day. The salon had a nice vibe and was very professional. Everyone was also super friendly. I also thought the price was super reasonable considering the amount of work put in. I went to CEO Hair Salon after doing some comparable search. I am new customer as I am only here for the weekend. Morning hours seem more available and they have all stylists serving customers already. I had good experience and my stylist was efficient and considerate. I finished my haircut in 15 minutes, including shampoo and final wash. Background music is good and not too much loudness. Price is $30 plus tips. I've visited this location a few times now for my hair. I've worked with Angela each time and think she does a superb job. You have to be very specific about your needs and she will work hard to meet your expectations. Angela speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese (I believe) so communication was never a problem. Also, since there are COVID related staffing shortages, the salon is closed 1 day a week but Angela was willing to open up the salon for me to get a last minute touch up prior to a wedding I was going to- such great service! read more

My haircut looks nothing like the inspiration photo, not to mention the bangs are incredibly lopsided and the hairdresser thinned out a crazy amount of my hair AND cut off 5 inches when I never asked for that. All I asked for were bangs and long layers and gave her multiple inspiration photos. Not to mention, this was $46, pre-tip! The back of my head is noticeably curved because the top parts have been layered so much, and too short, that it gives the weirdest volumizing effect. The bangs are too chunky, thick, and short to do anything with to hide how badly they were cut. I had one previous experience with a male hairstylist that was fine (again, cut too short), but this female stylist absolutely wrecked my hair and it's going to take months to grow out to look like anything normal. read more

I'm in ATL for a week and desperate for a hair cut. Most of the hair salon nearby aren't taking walk-ins. I passed by this salon while stopping at Hmart. I called and asked if they take walk in and luckily, they do. The lady who greeted me and did my hair, named Angel. She was so nice. I showed her the photo of the hair cut and she gave my exact what I wanted. The salon was busy on that day, but only 2 people working. I Yelped the area for a salon nearby with the higher ratings; so I called CEO Salon and requested for Angela as spoken so highly of. She was very welcoming and listened to what I needed being that I didn't even have a picture of haircuts to what I wanted. I am very happy with the results.
