    Adriana always does excellent with my cut and color! I have been to salons all over the valley, particularly in Scottsdale where I live. However, I easily make the trip to downtown Mesa because Adriana is so personable and really can't beat her cut/highlights, and pricing! She has a loyal customer for life!

    I strongly recommend Charisma: she is the best to work with !!! the shop is tidy and clean, they also do mani and pedis, it's conveniently located in downtown Mesa.... I have been with Charisma for two years, maybe more, and i have never! been disappointed with my color or cut. Make sure you ask for Charisma !!

    Laurent and Sue added extensions to my hair today. I am so pleased with the hair, bonds, color, and cut! The owners, Laurent and Sue are so friendly and sweet, it's like spending the afternoon with close friends. Plus, I instantly have long, beautiful hair! Whitney worked on my color and cut, and Laurent and Sue managed the extensions, all perfect! Love it!

    They did SUCH AN AWESOME job on my hair & make-up. I felt like a beautiful blushing bride.

    My husband and I just had our wedding ceremony at TreBella who recommended Le Studio for my bridal party make-up. Even though I made a HUGE GOOF by not telling my girls to be 15-minutes early (resulting in them all being late), everyone here was awesome and kind and STILL managed to get us out in time to go enjoy brunch in the suits before the wedding. They told me to send anyone over if something needs fixing... Sure enough, one of my maid of honor's lashes fell off mid-picture taking! She walked over, they fixed it quickly, and she made it back with plenty of time to take some photos during the cocktail hour. The ONLY 'con' was that they require one card for the balance on the day of (so, no splitting) - but it's an easy fix if you just have your party pay you back (if they have no cash, there's this awesome app called CashTag that's awesome for that situation). FYI: Extra kudos to them since I had paid the full cost of everyone's make-up and had asked them to pay their portion to them in cash (as a tip) instead of to me... Apparently in the shuffle of everything they forgot!!! So, even though they didn't get a tip (yet!) they STILL took care of my MOH! MAJOR KUDOS!

    This review is based solely on their waxing service and customer experience. I have not had my hair done there. I went to this salon for eyebrow & underarm wax because it was convenient to where I was working and they had good yelp reviews. The salon was packed with people and seemed like a nice, bustling atmosphere. Front desk was nice. I was waxed by Adriana. She was very nice and engaging during the wax; we even talked about potentially having her do my hair in the future since I'm new to AZ. The wax wasn't abnormally painful, but it seemed like my skin was getting a bit raw after she repeatedly waxed the same underarm area with soft wax strips. I should have stopped her but it's hard to tell what's really going on. And she seemed to know what she was doing. She asked me to put aloe Vera on them after, which I said was fine. Then she asked me not to use deodorant for at least 30 minutes. Okay. I'm going to skip forward bc this is already a long review. I went to sleep that night and woke up at 2 am with burning pain under my arms, went to the bathroom to look and found that she had actually burned/ripped my skin off during my wax! It hurt so bad I had to take ibuprofen and apply ice. When I called the next morning they said she was off and the owner was not in, but they would have the owner reach out. A few hours later Adriana called. I text her the pics and After making a few excuses and trying to practically accuse me of doing something to cause this, she said she would talk to the owner and have him refund me the $15 for my underarms. My bill that day was $40. $15 underarms, $15 brows, and I left a $10 tip. I was appalled. I told her I want a full refund, esp bc I was leaving on vacation that day and had to bare my underarms in a bikini. Not happy! She said she would "talk to the owner" and he would call me tomorrow (while I was on vacation mind you) Well. The owner NEVER called. The next morning I got a call from Andriana again stating that the couldn't refund my card but they could mail me a check or I could cancel my card and dispute the transaction. I told her to mail me a check, no way I'm cancelling my card. She didn't even apologize again before she hung up the phone she just said "ok bye" Are you kidding me!? The owner NEVER calls to make sure everything is ok, obviously doesn't care at all, and the person who actually did the damage has no sympathy whatsoever ? Is she just upset that I took my $10 tip back?? Who knows, but I will NEVER EVER EVER go here again and I will tell everyone I can about this horrible experience. In response to the owner's reply: i took the photo of my underarms BEFORE I applied ice; and I have been getting waxed for over 10 years, this isn't new to me and I dont have over sensitive skin. Regarding the multiple calls and voicemails-She called me 3x from a BLOCKED number while I was at work so I couldn't call back, and when I finally spoke with her she did not have any empathy in her voice, just excuses, similar to yours. Bottom line is that someone who is a professional esthetician or wax technician would know that You should NEVER wax over the same spot over and over again using strip wax. Which is what she did. I do not have frost bite, she literally ripped and pulled my skin off with the wax strips. Also, if you actually cared you would have taken care of the issue yourself, she had to call me while I was on vacation, so why couldn't you? Lack of professionalism or just simply no desire to take ownership, I don't know. I honestly NEVER would have written this review if the situation was handled more professionally and empathetically. I know that mistakes happen, but the way that they are handled is what makes it a good or bad experience. No need to make any more excuses, this is constructive criticism that you should take as a gift, and learn from to better assist your customers moving forward.

    Yesterday I came for the first time in this salon to the master Tatiana .I need to do an ombre, we talked about what I want and what I do not really want !! Do you know how to do ombre? So this master combed my hair and brightened, by the way the roots She did not even paint me! I burned and tore out my hair !!! Now I need to restore my hair and color for a long time! :( And I did not even apologize for my unprofessional !! I do not advise you to go to this master !!

    Just got a shellac manicure from Kathy Rea! They always look amazing! I am high maintenence and always want glitter too but she always has such great suggestions and color combos! Gorgeous salon and Kathy Rocks!!

I also have a assistance Animal and the cashiers supervisor was so grossly rude and assumptions run wild here, accusing instead of kindly asking. Ive worked 35 yrs in customer service and support and this Walgreens's needs to properly train all its employees on discrimination and social prejudice against people with physical or mental disabilities. This location has caused me to go without my heart medication for days. i've explained to them this issue, and they do not care. Even on days that I feel better and can move about, I will never step foot in this Walgreens again.

    cashier that rang me up had accused me of stealing and ripped the doordash order out of my hand…read moreafter I had already paid for it and got the receipt and had tried purchasing a personal item but I didn't have enough funds so I left the personal order on the counter and tried walking out with the doordash order still in my hand when she told me stop and to come back and that I cannot leave without finishing paying for my items so i went back up to the counter and she riped the order out of my hands said no you still owe me 15 cents, I said thats the doordash order that I already paid for and the receipt is in the bag, the items I couldnt finish paying for were behind her and I pointed it out and said "look" and she refused to do anything, sat there and stared me down and still accused me of trying to steal, which I do not appreciate at all because I have never stolen anything in my life, finally a nice customer offered to pay the extra 15 cents I still owed and I was able to leave the store with both the doordash order and the items I wanted to purchase, absolutely horrible attitude and I'm declining any orders from here from now on, idk what these people that work in retail think but they need to learn some manners and to treat people with respect unless its not being reciprocated, which I was incredibly polite towards the lady that was working there at the time
