I believe we were approached by an associate maybe twenty minutes into our browsing, in which we had asked if a pair of glasses came in more sizes and the pair did not. The associate then disappeared & left us after this brief interaction and did not help us find other pairs. I mean, its fine sometimes I prefer shopping without being bothered by associates but customer service does seem to not be that great. Macy's LensCrafters at this mall has much better service, and that location has only one employee working lol. Location is clean and looked pretty new. Had a solid selection. They have a smart shopper mirror kiosk where you can find more glasses options and search through their inventory.

LensCrafters is in-network for most eye insurances as well which is why I stopped in. We did get an associate to help check if certain frames i was interested in had a larger size or not, but hadn't been greeted or offered help until then. Normally that's alright, i enjoy shopping alone without being pushed or asked repeatedly anyways haha. The store is well lit, AC blasting and clean. They have a screen on the wall that you could browse inventory and check for color options on their website or store inventory. That was neat.

They canceled my appointment claiming that I had to call them back to confirm even though they do not say that on the message. No one there cares about you or your eyes. Your just an insurance number to them and they act like it every step of the way.

I showed up to find their office closed. The next day I called to see what happened and was abruptly told I was wrong and I made the mistake by a very rude employee named Lisa. I asked to reschedule for an evening appoint and put on hold. About 5 mins later Lisa came back on saying their next appointment was 10:45am on April 24th. When I told her I requested an evening appointment she said they don't do appointments after 4 and was abrupt. Now I need to find a new eye doctor hopefully with better customer service

The woman I spoke to on the phone was so unpleasant and rude. She had such a rude, arrogant tone like I was bothering her. If you need the doctor for something serious, forget it, you will never get an appointment…read more Staff is RUDE! and unkind! My mother had an eye infection, she contacted Clear view, and the doctor was not able to see her to evaluate it. I then contacted other offices on the area were we live, and of course, no one would see her because she is not a patient of their practice. We contacted Clear view again, we had to beg for an appointment, then finally got an appointment with the doctor, she diagnosed my mother with an eye infection, she had pus coming out of her eyes, she prescribed an eye drop that CVS didn't carry it. I contacted the office to see if she could prescribe something else that was available locally, the office staff wouldn't speak with me, they were rude, they told me that they had sent another script, and told me to call the CVS myself, that they would have to find a pharmacy that carry the medication. I contacted CVS (Friday), they received the new script, and they told me they would only receive it on Monday as they had to order it from their supply house. By the time all of this happened, Clear view was closed, as they close at 3 PM. We were left with no help from the doctor's office, and my mother with a terrible eye infection, her eyes were almost shut closed, they were red, and uncomfortable. Long story short, after all of this horrible time trying to get the eye drops, my mother had to wait yet another day to obtain the eye drops as we had no assistance from the doctor's office, they pretty much told us, call the pharmacy, and they will figure it out, "we sent the script". Meanwhile, my mother has this terrible infection with PUS coming out of her eyes, and no one to help out. Thanks Clear View for this terrible experience! And for risking my mother's vision. I would never recommend this place, not even for my worse enemy.

She has been to 2 different eye doctors and her PCP no one was able to help her gain control of her eyes. One visit with Dr. McGee and @ 4 weeks with her correct prescription her eyes are "normal".
