Since it had been quite a while since I'd had an eye exam I was grateful that the doctor was able to see me that day. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Naomi helped me look at new frames and used her expertise and great sense of taste to suggest a few which fit my face and my style perfectly. Naomi even arranged to have two choices I had been considering both available for review at the pickup. I have already gotten many compliments in the new glasses I chose! Every person at Concord Optical from my first visit with my broken glasses to the second to pick up my new glasses up was very cordial, helpful and professional.
