The customer service here is super annoying, especially in the era of coronavirus. I get the rules in place, but they were quite rude about how far we were supposed to stand and how many people were allowed to be inside. Look, if you're scared of getting covid19, just close your shop. Otherwise, treat your customers with some respect. I am willing to appease to your restrictions. Some normal cordiality is the least of expectations. We're not talking about Charles Dickens here. Also, I think part of good customer service is empathy, which they lacked. They were treating me like I'm some Oliver Twist. My driver's license expired in the middle of coronavirus, and I had no means of getting it renewed because the DMV, a state-level government agency was closed. Sometimes, it's okay to use common sense. I'm in my early thirties. Just take my money. I want to give it to you. I'm not a damn minor. I would likely not return due to shitty service and shitty attitude. They don't have that great of a selection either. I was straightforward and honest about my expired license. It's no one's fault I couldn't get it renewed. It's their fault for providing shitty customer service. In fact, if they just politely refused by apologizing, I would have been better off. But they were quite rude about not taking my money, as well. I was polite. I'm usually polite because I grew up in a Vietnamese family. We are polite.

They're all;laid back and mellow, yet they always help me with everything that I ask (I am pretty clueless on the vape stuff so I ask a lot). I've been to a lot of head shops over the years, and this one stands out. I came in to get a new coil for a vape I bought the previous week and I needed help changing it (the manager Tyler did it for me t first time and I couldn't remember how to do it). Chase (or was it Steve?? I forgot) had a slip up changing it and broke the glass on the head of my vape). He was super apologetic about it but he and the owner George were super helpful with trying to find the right glass to replace it. They didn't have it and they actually set me up with an even better head and they didn't even charge me!! When I asked about what I owe for it, George goes, "Just pay it forward." I've only ever had good experiences there and it's my neighborhood shop so I'll always go there, but I'm definitely now recommending that all of my neighbors and friends use it because that's exceptional service.
