I brought it back about 45 minutes after I bought it, same dude who sold it to me said "I can't do anything about this, I don't know what you did to it since you bought it." He was going to sell me another $19.99 bong for an additional $10, instead of exchanging the leaky defective one. This ended up being a good experience though. he grabbed a bottle of water and poured some into another $19.99 skull bong to make sure it wasn't leaking, and did the right thing by exchanging the leaky bong for a properly working one. I've been buying bongs here since they first opened in 2015. I used to get medium sized (about a foot high) single bubbles, nothing fancy, for around $20. Then they quit selling those and I bought a super small about 7" high single bubble which was $19.99. I didn't think I'd like it but I got used to it and have gone through 2 of those. Now the same single bubble super small bongs have a skull design melted into the bubble, which I think just looks dumb and it also weakens the integrity of the water pipe. But that's what I have now. Next time I'm going to Head East on SE Division which has been my favorite head shop since I was a teenager in the 1970s.
