Deep Green Smoothie
Nanea W.

I ordered the deep green smoothie ($8). I wasn't a huge fan of it since the flavor wasn't that sweet and it was grainy. It was a fan favorite on the menu so I was a little disappointed. I probably wouldn't order it again. On the plus side, the ingredients are clean and service was quick.

Great spot to grab a vegan breakfast/lunch or smoothie in Hawaii Kai. The whole menu is vegan which is great so I don't have to think about what I can and can't eat. I got the breakfast "taco" which is just a pita wrap. It was filling, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It came out pretty fast too and was still warm by the time I got home. Inside they have 2 small tables so you can eat there if you want. Definitely would come back for a quick meal.

My wife's favorite spot for her favorite salad - Rannowp Bowl no rice. It's power packed with all sorts of flavors and textures. From that the tangy funk from the balsamic dressing, the sweet punch from the blue berries and tomatoes, soft and creamy bites of avocado, crunch from the nuts , kale and, cabbage, and topped with a rustic lightly spiced hummus. You can get it with rice, but a much healthier version if you nix the rice. The servers are always polite and friendly. It's a take out window only, they take you name and bring it out to you when done.

Wow wow wow! I came here in a pinch because the other location took my order then told me they're closed. I needed a large order for an event so I'm so glad they were able to accommodate. Their ordering system is user friendly and they had my order ready promptly! The staff is friendly and helpful. I hear this location always have a line so they must be good! First time eating their food and OMG it was AMAZING!! The non- vegetarian people ordered from there instead of other offering I had for my event because their food looked soooo ONO AND IT WAS SOOOOO ONO!! I'd definitely be back for more. I tried Thai crunch. I'm gonna try other bowl next time...can't wait!! Oh and it's very filling. You totally get your money's worth and your body will rejoice & thank you

Bacon mustard tacos are still my go-to order. The portion size is good for late breakfast/early lunch, especially on days at work where I eat at my desk. Some days the bacon looks very burnt I've also noticed they're more generous with the almonds and bacon if you tip. Service is to be expected from a made-to-order takeout counter. Weekdays are less busy than weekends.

Found out there was a Leahi Health nearby and drove over to Manoa Marketplace for a quick lunch break. Ordered and received my food and drink within 10 minutes. I ordered the Da Beet smoothie as well as the Surfer Bowl salad. My smoothie was refreshing and not overly sweet and my salad was fresh, filling and tasty. I loved that the dressing had a little kick (ginger tahini) but I wish I ordered the dressing on the side, not a fault to the staff. Enjoyed my meal and will be coming back to try their tacos and other beverages

Good and service always on point. The ingredients are pristine and free of blemishes, just delicious. I feel healthier every time I come.

First, Malia is the best and was so patient with me while I asked one hundred questions. I ordered the Sweet Tweet and I wish I could have one everyday. These are real green smoothies that taste delicious but are also good for you! There's a special nearly everyday and I can't wait to go back.

I go to the Leahi Health in the Manoa Marketplace whenever it is more convenient than their Kaimuki location. Ample parking as it is a mall. Strictly a takeaway eatery but Manoa Marketplace has tables for dining on both the east and west ends. If you're vegan/vegetarian, Leahi offers affordable food that tastes good...good enough that regular consumers will find most tacos or bowls tasty. They offer some 20+ smoothies. Manoa just started featuring a special: Chocolate Salted Caramel Smoothie. Salted caramel is a trendy flavor and this was quite good; the drink having almond milk, oats, cacao, banana, amongst a few other ingredients. Maybe not as healthy as other offerings but it was good. They will offer different specials not available at other locales. Another current special is the Lentil Curry, which I intend to try. A previous Mediterranean Bowl was quite good but no longer on the menu. Service is pretty fast for a walk-in order. I also use the Clover app to order online - which is convenient.

Feeling like a smoothie... Yes there are days like this when I feel a bit run down and blah...I just crave a smoothie and that's where Leahi Health is the place that I love and you can find them tucked away in Mānoa Marketplace. It always seem to happen unconsciously on Thursdays when they run their "Thirsty Thursday" deal which is $1 off all smoothies all day and it's not the only day with deals... - Mushroom Monday (add reishi or lion's mane to any smoothie for Free - Taco Tuesday (any tacos & smoothie for $15) - Thirsty Thursday ($1 off all smoothies) - Free Shot Friday (Free health shots all day) - Taco Saturday (any tacos & smoothie for $15) On this day it was "Starburst" smoothie which consist of apple juice, almond milk, banana, pineapple, blueberries, orange and lemon and what a winning blend of fruits, you can taste the freshness the pith (the white part that surrounds the citrus) of the fruit which has a lot of nutrient as well as the amazing supporting flavor...as I was driving it was literally gone in no time. The place is very small but the staff here is very efficient and fast, the decor is super cute and simple though I did notice a Yelp award above the display fridge giving them "Yelp 2525 recipient for Best "Plant Based" Food" which is a cute lunch box...did anyone noticed that? They certainly do deserves this award as it got me feeling better with a fresh and delicious smoothie. Thank you!

This place is in the shopping center, it's a little hole in the wall. But has a lot of colorful and refreshing food. They offer smoothies, salad sandwiches. Everything is made fresh, it's vegan and vegetarian. This is not a sit down restaurant, everything is made to go. I came here with some friends after a day of skating, it was a nice light lunch. We ordered the beet salad, rainbow, tacos, and the breakfast tacos . I ate the breakfast taco, it was made with tofu, coconut and avocado. I needed the proteins and it was packed with it. I will be going back and try and other things off their menu..

Leahi Health has recently opened a new spot in Manoa Marketplace, so we decided to stop by and see how it compares to their Kaimuki location we've visited before. Specializing in healthy eats, this café offers a variety of options for those looking to indulge without the guilt We ordered the Surfer Girl Salad--a hearty mix of kale topped with all the fixings. The salad came loaded with fresh tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, and a sprinkle of quinoa. It was drizzled lightly with a tangy vinaigrette, not overly dressed, which let the freshness of the ingredients stand out The salad was good, but didn't quite hit the mark to be great. Maybe it needed a bit more zest or a unique ingredient to make it memorable. That said, it was definitely filling and made us feel like we'd done something good for our bodies At $14, it's fairly reasonably priced considering the portion size and the quality of the ingredients. The new location has a bright and airy atmosphere, with plenty of outdoor seating and a friendly staff. If you're in the area and looking for a healthy meal, Leahi Health in Manoa is worth checking out!!

Breakfast tacos
Kaleo L.

Went for the Tuesday/Saturday special of $15 for tacos and a smoothie and wow what a deal! The breakfast tacos were super big and flavorful served on soft and warm pita bread with coconut bacon, tofu scramble, avocado, and tomatoes. I only wish it had a few more tomatoes because the acidity really brightened the dish (there was only 2 halves per taco). The green monster smoothie is also a must get. It has almond butter that tasted so pure and clean along with other healthy ingredients. There is no seating inside, but Manoa marketplace recently renovated and has plentiful seating. It's also really small so maybe one or two parties can be inside ordering at a time.

Came with my parents and husband to try out a new to us vegan place on Oahu, and most of us were…read morepretty happy with it! Three of us got the Iron Man Sandwich (only one of three got "spicy" and it was apparently not super spicy, so spice wimps like me could probably handle it), and my mother got the cheeseburger. The three of us with the Iron Man liked ours, but my Mom wasn't impressed with her burger. My husband also got a banana and peanut butter smoothie (the "nutty banana"), and my parents got the Nutella chocolate milks, and everyone was pretty happy with their drinks! The location itself is pretty cute and small, and appears to be operated solo by the lady we assumed to be the owner and eponymous "Blondie." She was really friendly and helpful while we were trying to decide what we all wanted (we can be a slightly indecisive bunch). I thought the wall of little index cards illustrated by various patrons showing where they were from was a really nice touch! We chose to sit indoors, since outdoor tables that would take four were occupied, but it might be noisy out there with the proximity to the main road. Inside the music can be a little loud, too, but the lady behind the counter turned it down some for us, which was kind of her to offer. Overall a decent little vegan sandwich shop with a great smoothie and drink selection! I think if my husband and I are about town on our own on our next visit to the islands, we might stop by again, but my parents will probably opt for other things given that my mother never gets beyond a first impression. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for a nice vegan meal and beverages!

Parking is the greatest challenge though there are a few street metered parking fortunately they are right beside a municipal lot that's just the fraction of the cost though on Sunday all street parking are free. Though there are some cute outdoor spot to enjoy some fresh air the indoor vibe ain't so bad either with artificial turf along with huge windows that bring in the light with bench seating does give that picnic feel while you enjoy and cool of in the air conditioning. What did I enjoy...well thanks to Nadine and some gift certificate she had it was a generous morning of fresh pineapple juice with breakfast sandwich on English muffin all vegan and plant based was just so light and refreshing which is a great way to start my day. The service is always so friendly at this family owned and run biz as they still keep to their amazing menu and vibe that they have here is just so nice and relaxing place. Thank you!

The fish was perfectly crispy with fresh slaw and really creamy sauces. The tortillas for the tacos tasted very fresh too, which made them even better. Both entrées came with lemon wedges that added a nice bright touch. The fish and chips were great and the fries were perfectly crisp. I still think about the crème brûlée. The texture and caramelized top were spot on. Portions were generous as well. We were staying at a nearby resort so it was an easy walk for us. The service was good, although we came when there was not much of a line. The truck is located in a lot with several other food trucks so it is easy to find. I first spotted Tane months ago while grabbing dinner with the family at Mini Garden next door. I made a reso for my birthday on open table, so it was seamless. The vibe inside is super trendy--it's got that darker, modern Izakaya feel that I really like. Highlights: The menu is super creative. The poke tofu salad with fresh ogo was so good, and I was also a big fan of the charred shishito, the red pepper sushi, and the stuffed mushrooms. The drinks were smooth, too (the mocktails and cocktails were both solid), though fair warning: the ETOH pour is on the lighter side. Hits & Misses: They're definitely doing some innovative things, like the pickled mango sushi. Personally, I didn't think the mango meshed well with the sushi rice: it was a lot sweeter than I expected, almost sickly sweet. I also didn't really care for the agedashi tofu because the dashi wasn't traditional and leaned pretty sweet and thick, which was also the case with the aburage sushi. The eggplant and mushroom sushi were standard and exactly what I expected, though. Service: The waitstaff was super friendly and attentive. Parking is easy to find, and the pricing is really good if you hit up Happy Hour. Bottom Line: I would go back, but I'll be a little more intentional about what I order next time!

It's made with amazake, Yuzu purée, unsweetened yuzu soda, and matcha from Japan. The combination sounds odd, but tasted great! There were bits of yuzu with rind on the bottom of the cup. There is a parking garage nearby that allowed for long enough free parking for us to go order and grab our goodies to go. We'll definitely be ordering again.
