I went in this morning for a dental check up and cleaning. I had an amazing experience. The facility is clean and nice. Above and beyond for a clinic. The front desk staff was nice and informative. We just moved to the area, so finding a new dentist was more than a little overwhelming. Luckily I discovered Leander Dental Care. I felt good choosing them based on reviews, and I was right. It was a great choice. The front desk staff was very welcoming and pleasant. I barely waited in the lobby at all, but it's a really nice setup with comfortable chairs, coffee, kids play area, etc. Brandy was my hygienist, and not only is she great at what she does, she's the sweetest lady! Dr. Good...well, he's not called Dr. Good for nothing. :) He's super personable, knowledgeable, and doesn't recommend stuff you don't need just to pad his pockets. Another great thing about this place is that you can make your appointments and fill out paperwork online. All that in mind, I readily give Leander Dental Care a full five stars. read more

My family and I have been going to Leander Dental for years now. We have had some hiccups along the way but I felt we were getting quality care so I just detail with these small issues. Lately as the office has expanded they are not providing the friendly quality care as before. My first complaint as of lately is that we were over billed by $640. Now as the benefit letters came in on my husband and I notice they over charged us, I called them and they told me my son also had a claim coming in and wanted to waited to refund me until his he claim came in. So you over charged me and you want me to wait longer to make sure you billed and charged me for my sons visit correctly. Second, several months past I go in for my cleaning and I want to make my husband a cleaning appointment. They now have a policy that my husband (or any spouse) needs to come in and sign a consent form for me (a spouse) to make him an appointment. REALLY? I just want to make him a cleaning appointment. I did not ask for personal information or his dental health history, I just wanted to make him an appointment. Why make it more difficult to get your patients in to be seen? read more

I called on Monday and had an appointment The next morning. Great Service! Dr McCormick was the dentist I saw. He was a very concerned and gentle professional. Dr. Good is the best dentist I've ever seen in my life, and I met the nice dental hygienist lady from Baghdad and she was very kind and caring as well. The cleaning went very smooth and they even fixed an old filling that was bad from a previous dentist. They have massage chairs and really the star of the show is Doctor good this guy is full of class and character and he is a true professional his communication is second to none and he really makes you feel like a member of the family I could not be happier with this experience and I will be bringing my wife and three children here as long as I live in the area in fact I'd even be willing to drive an hour to come to this place because it's just that good and I recommend you get your dental care here as well. read more

My family and I have been coming here for our teeth for the better part of 6 years. One of my wisdom teeth compacted into molar, so I went in for initial visit. Went through the scolding process of getting a checkup where they then said there was nothing they could do and to go see an oral surgeon. I was asked if it hurt (nerve is hanging loose) where I replied yes and that especially when I eat or grind my teeth in sleep. She said okay, we will get you some pain medication. Okay thank you. Sounds great. I left when told, assuming prescription was sent to usual place. Went to Walgreens and nothing there. Call them where they claim I was given prescription (not given anything). So I go into the office where I explain that I was there to pickup a prescription. I give them my name and told them it should be some pain medication. Not sure exactly what. Immediately they start talking and close the window where I wait for 15 min. They give me the paper and I leave. Just to get to my car and see that they gave me a dose of antibiotics. I've been in pain for 4 days now (over weekend) because of this "miscommunication" where I am now seeing the real doctor on Monday. Thanks for the rude and snide attitudes and giant waste of time yall. read more

The dentist here are great. The office staff leaves something to be desired. If you schedule an appointment weeks or months out, they should be able to get a pretty "hard" figure for the estimate from the insurance companies. Instead, they bill what they want, what they "think" the insurance will pay and then see if you catch it on the back end if you paid too much. Then instead of giving me my $ back for their overcharging they wanted to "credit" my account. No thanks. read more

The dental assistants are well trained and work efficiently with the dentist during dental procedures. The dental hygienists I have had over the past few years have all done an excellent job with a gentle touch. The office is newly remodeled and very comfortable and attractive. Dr. McCormick has made several crowns for me. All have been a perfect fit and helped me to save teeth when sometimes there was little tooth structure left. The staff processes my insurance correctly. I've never had an issue with rejected claims or owing more than expected. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would not hesitate to call for an appointment. read more

Great dentist and hygienist. I began taking my son for check ups at age 3 and going there ever since. They are not a "pediatric dentist" but who cares. They are great with my son. I came in with severe toothache and swollen cheek, couldn't sleep or eat much because of the pain and as usual the tight ass dentist refused to give me any pain killers and was very rude when i asked if he could prescribe me any. He said just take ibuprofen which I have been and it wasent helping much. read more
