It's taken me a long time to find the perfect dentist office. I have been seeing Dr. Good for several years now. When you are in his chair, he treats you as if he was treating his mother. He is understanding about my anxiousness, he explains everything in detail as he is doing a procedure. Dr. Good continues to check in about how you are doing during the appointment. He always presents the option that will benefit you the most...he helps you watch your purse strings. Dr. Good also gets to know you and is always asking about the last thing you talked about. He has a great personality so that helps the time fly by during your visit. The entire staff is amazing!! I have adored all the assistants and hygienists. The office staff is efficient. After the exam, I was informed that I needed several cavities addressed. That part wasn't surprising. What was surprising was the financial process that followed. The conversation felt less like a healthcare discussion and more like sitting across from a finance manager at a car dealership--focused heavily on cost breakdowns and payment structure rather than care. The most concerning part: I was told I needed to pay a $100 deposit just to schedule the procedure. While I understand deposits in certain contexts, this felt out of place in a healthcare setting. Patients are already committing to treatment and cost--adding a pay-to-book requirement creates an unnecessary barrier and, frankly, erodes trust. Yes, the deposit is applied toward the final bill, but that doesn't change the principle. Patients shouldn't feel like they're paying for access to care. STOP. READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. TL;DR: Incompetent billing department turned a common $250 out-of-pocket procedure into a $1,000+ financial headache. They will lie to get you off the phone, then ghost you completely. Zero accountability or care for supporting patients financially through proper claim filing, even when you handle-hold them to what needs to be submitted to insurance. I'm writing this review to warn others about the incompetence I've experienced with this dental office's insurance handling. What should have been a straightforward scaling and root planing procedure in January 2025 has turned into a year-long ordeal that's now costing me an additional $800 out of pocket; money I shouldn't owe if they had done their job correctly or followed up when I did their work for them. The Timeline of Incompetence: January 2025: I had scaling and root planing done. Paid $248 out of pocket at the time of service. The office led me to believe this would be pre-authorized with my insurance. It wasn't. July 2025: My claim was denied by BCBS Dental due to insufficient documentation/justification from the dental office. Then the resubmission was also denied. According to BCBS, the office apparently just copy-pasted some generic justification on the resubmission without providing the actual clinical details required. I was not notified of either denial by the dental office. Here's what makes this inexcusable: This is a common procedure. The office literally wrote a blog post about it (https://www.leanderdental.com/blog/deep-cleaning/) and emailed their entire patient list promoting it in the middle of last year. I've even had this exact procedure done successfully with a previous dentist who had zero issues getting insurance to cover it. Yet somehow, this office couldn't figure out how to document it properly? The worst part? They never told me about any of this or my increased financial responsibility. August 2025: I only discovered the problem when I started receiving monthly statements for $791.86. When I called, Christina in the front office claimed they were "waiting on a decision for the resubmitted claim." So I called BCBS myself and learned the claim had already been denied a month earlier. I had to do their job for them. BCBS gave me detailed guidance on exactly what documentation was needed: pocket depths, bone loss measurements, crestal bone level greater than 2 mm apical to the CEJ, radiographic evidence, etc. I called the office back within an hour with these specific instructions. Christina assured me they would coordinate with my hygienist and resubmit with the proper clinical details. I was advised to ignore the statements for the time, as the claim would be re-submitted with greater supporting narrative / details. That never happened. The Final Insult: January 2026: Over ONE YEAR after my procedure, Zarika from the office finally called about my outstanding $700+ balance. She informed me they had resubmitted "as a courtesy" the one time and would not be submitting again. This directly contradicted Christina's promise. I explained the entire situation and referenced my previous conversation. Zarika said Christina would call me back within an hour. I never heard from them. I followed up with an email to the office, but never heard back by email either. The office will make promises to defuse an uncomfortable phone call, but won't do the work to actually follow up on the patient's requests/needs. They don't seem to care that a $250 out-of-pocket procedure becomes over $1000 out-of-pocket, despite the patient explaining to the billing department EXACTLY how to avoid that, per insurance. What This Means: Either this dentist performed dental work that wasn't medically necessary (unlikely), or - more probably - the front office/billing department is either too lazy or too inexperienced to file insurance claims correctly. This office failed at every single step: * No pre-authorization despite implying there would be for an expensive procedure * No proactive communication when the claim was denied (twice) * No proper follow-up / claim resubmission even when I communicated to them the exact documentation requirements * Conflicting information between staff members * Broken promises about callbacks * Zero accountability I'm now stuck with an $800 bill because they couldn't be bothered to document a routine procedure properly, communicate honestly about my claim status, or follow through on their promises. Thankfully, I proactively cancelled my other appointments with the office for ongoing dental procedures, pending a successful resolution to this issue, which didn't happen. So I saved myself additional headaches and high out-of-pocket costs. Was told my money would be credited back from previous appointment. Half way home received an invoice for cancellation of the appointment I couldn't afford today. Before I left my only to options was get a loan and complete appointment or cancel. Now I'm in debt for not affording today's service. Now I ended up with extra bill not planned and when I questioned it , just got "I am sorry " answer by the clinic manager. Shortly after posting the review [Google], the practice contacted me and informed me that I had been discharged as a patient, and that my then-wife had been discharged as well. When I raised this issue with the office manager and sought clarification, I was explicitly told that the practice would consider reinstating me as a patient if I removed the negative review and replaced it with a positive one. To assess whether the practice was acting in good faith and could be trusted, I complied with their request. I removed the negative review and posted a positive one, despite my prior experience. I did so solely to validate whether the practice would honor its own representations. After more than a year had passed, I contacted the office to schedule an appointment. At that point, I was informed that I remained discharged from their care. This outcome confirmed that the request for a positive review was not a genuine attempt at resolution, but rather a conditional demand that was never intended to be honored. The practice failed to act in good faith, despite full compliance on my part. At a summary level, this practice exhibits a consistent pattern of placing financial and reputational interests above patient care. Patients are routinely advised that they require diagnoses or procedures--such as Addison's disease determinations or "deep cleanings"--that may not be clinically appropriate. Ugh. It's taken me about a year to finally be able to write a review of this office without crying. I have been extremely active in my dental care after learning of some issues eight years ago. Since then, I have regularly gone in for cleanings every four months and been signed off by a periodontist that my dental hygiene was under control. I have had to switch dentists many times due to insurance, and visited three other dental offices in the Austin/CP area successfully prior to coming here. It took me about six months to get in to Leander Dental, which was already frustrating because I wanted to stay on my regular cleaning schedule. When I came in, the lady took a look at my x-rays and called the doctor in, and they said they wanted me to see a periodontist before cleaning my teeth. I told them I had already been signed off from one, they didn't care. They wouldn't even touch my teeth. For some reason, the hygieniest felt the need to tell me three times that they were doing this "because she loved me," which made me uncomfortable. They referred me to a periodontist OUT OF MY INSURANCE NETWORK, and told me there was no charge for the day's visit. When I instead made an appointment with a periodontist IN NETWORK, they refused to give a referral and the hygienist who "loved me" left a weird, rambling voicemail saying that she was confused why I needed a referral for another office. I had to have a personal phone call WITH HER for fifteen minutes to explain how money and insurance work and that I could not go to someone out of network and could not get my teeth cleaned (apparently) until I went to a periodontist, per their OWN REQUIREMENTS. Finally, she gave a referral. Went to the periodontist, and guess what? My teeth are fine and healthy, thanks. The kicker is that Leander Dental then tried to bill me for that initial visit WHERE THEY DID NOTHING. Do NOT go here. read more

What I'm about to explain may seem strange if you are a believer of 'always leaving customer happy', but this was my experience at Leander Dental Care. A new customer, I went in for a crown and after the initial work I had some swelling so I sent the doc an email about it. I didn't receive a response and thought it was weird - but no big deal; it wasn't an emergency as far as I knew. Arrived for the crown fitting and was cancelled while sitting in the waiting room. Reason? A computer issue. As a customer service expert I only consider emergencies acceptable reasons to cancel an appointment after a client has cleared their schedule and appeared on time. Computer issues are common so the need for a backup plan is necessary for such reasons. I told the office I was unhappy and wrote Dr. Hazembuller via email explaining the same. I did not receive a response to that email either. I even instructed an office worker over the phone to make sure the doctor got my letter. Two days later my wife was cancelled in the waiting room in the exact manner, for the same reason. My wife has an important job and taking a day off is no small thing. She was indignant as one may imagine, and would not go back. A few days later my crown was fitted and afterwards I told Dr. Hazembuller what I said in my email (he hadn't read it): that treating our family in such a manner puts our business relationship on rocky ground and he would have to convince us to stay on if he valued our business. I suggested a small discount or the like. He said he would get back to me. A few days later we received this in the mail (see below). Dr. Hazembuller not only appears to not be an adherent of the custom of customer service but to also be vengeful to those who cause him 'too much trouble'. I wasn't banned - my entire family was. UPDATE Jan 20th, 2024 (2 months later) After eight contacts (phone and email) with Leander Dental Care, they continue to disregard requests for communication to resolve line items that the insurance finds questionable (adverse determination). LDC is charging me for these items but will not assist in them being paid by providing further information to the insurance company. read more

My husband, son and I moved to Texas a month ago and were fortunate to schedule new patient appointments with Dr. Good within days of calling to set up our appointments. The staff was friendly and Dr. Good was very nice with a great sense of humor. I have had to go back twice in a week's time to have a new crown put in. Ok - So I HATE leaving this kind of review, but after today and past experiences with this group, it is time. I have been a customer for about 10 years and prior to, what I suspect is an owner change, it was a great practice. I agree with others that there is something off with billing. They do not communicate effectively or something. For example, I had two crowns I needed and had the appt for roughly 3 months. I never received a call or any cost information, so thought that things might be covered or not a huge cost. So, when I came in and was told that I needed to pay $1600 for my crowns, that was alarming. Now, I don't think they were ripping me off or anything and I am sure that was based on my insurance, but my bigger issue was the lack of communication from anyone at the office. They had 3 months to call me. So, I pay the money and move on, thinking ok they are just too busy. I get told I need to have my wisdom teeth removed. So, I get an estimate there on my cost. We agree on the quote, and I wait the 1.5 months to come in for the procedure. I get a call a week prior, and they say, wait did you want meds to be knocked out? Yes, Of Course I do. We had discussed this when I got my quote, and I am squared away. No, we gave you a quote without meds and you will need to pay another $800. Wow - ok, that is a lot more than I was expecting, but not sure I can be awake for 3 teeth being cut out. I guess I have no choice. I come in for my procedure and I get told the morning of that it would an extra $1000 ON TOP of what I was quoted. This is 15 min before the procedure mind you. After back and forth, we came to an agreement on what I would pay at the time, but only because I was going to walk out and not get the procedure done. Between this, my husband waited 5 months for a teeth cleaning, and he gets canceled 2 days before. We waited 5 months and the soonest she could reschedule was 3 months later. To be clear they canceled on him and made him wait another 3 months for a cleaning. I come in today for my cleaning, check in and get my BP taken within 10 min of my start time - Great. Then I wait 30 min and never get checked on or have my cleaning started. I come to the front desk and tell them I need to leave, as I have not even started on my teeth, and it is 40 min after my start time. I have to get back to work. She says my appt is an hour long and I said, so should I wait an hour, or my cleaning should be an hour. She said my cleaning should be an hour. Exactly and it is 40 min after and they didn't start. They apologize and reschedule me, but I am going to cancel and not go back. Look - the doctors and assistants are great. You are not going to have a bad medical experience here. Everyone once you are away from the office management is great. To summarize, if there is a new owner, then it is obvious. They are cramming as many patients in as possible and any management of claims and expectations are gone. This is just a spot where you will be treated like a rotational body and that is it. They will not care about losing my business, as they have so many patients, that they likely didn't make the connection of my walkout. I've always had issues with my teeth- ever since I was a kid and the dentist wasn't always my favorite place to go. I've been going to see dr good for about 10 years now and at Leander for about 15. Dr good is the kindest, sweetest dentist and person I've met. Although I still have some things I still deal with about my teeth, he never makes me feel uncomfortable, insecure or that I should feel bad- but instead he always gives me a plan, encouragement and had a smile on his face. I don't think I'd be able to even somewhat handle the dentist if it wasn't him. So 10/10 always recommend Leander and dr good!! read more

Most inept, unprofessional business I have ever done business with. I took the day off to get a cavity filled, showed up for my appointment to be told I was "discharged as a patient by the dentist (Dr. Good). No reason given. I owe them no money and have never had any issue with anyone there. And, I had received a text a week before my appointment asking for me to confirm, which I did. Then this. The front desk person was very glib about the situation and showed no empathy. She stated they'd sent me a letter advising I'd been discharged. I advised I received no letter. Then she read off the address they'd sent the letter to. It was the house we had sold over eight years ago. i had been seen several times since we moved to our current house, over eight years ago, and I had updated my address. Every visit, the forms you have to fill out include your current address. They had my current address. This rule front desk person then said they'd also called me and left a voicemail, on March 19. My only phone is my iphone, and I've had the same number for 25 years. They did NOT leave a voicemail. I can see all of my voicemails going back to March 4, including deleted ones. NO CALL. They lied and treated me horribly. I was told the office manager would be "more than happy" to call me. She hasn't. I was told they were "more than willing" to send me all of my records. Then they sent only my x-rays from February 2025. I need to see the letter they sent to the stranger who lives in our old house. I need to know what personal information about me was in that letter (and any other letters they might have sent me previously, I suppose). This used to be a good practice. I've been going there for several years. It is now, as I said, the most inept, rude, incompetent, unprofessional medical office I've ever been to, and they treated me horribly. I hate to leave a bad review, but don't want anyone else to have a similar experience. I had an extremely disappointing and painful experience at Leander Dental Care on Crystal Falls. When I went in for a crown procedure, the dental hygienist attempted to remove my temporary crown without numbing me first--despite the fact that it was cemented on. She simply grabbed a pair of dental pliers and started yanking, causing significant pain. Only after it became clear that her approach wasn't working did they offer to numb the area--which they had to do three different times just to remove the crown properly. Even after enduring unnecessary pain, the dentist, Dr. Good, had to drill several times to fully remove the temporary crown. The entire process was far more painful than it should have been. But what made matters worse was that they added a note in my chart labeling me as having "dental anxiety"--which is completely false. As if they are even qualified to make this diagnosis. I wasn't offered any paid meds afterwards to take home and they didn't even call to check on my progress after the procedure. This office caused me pain and trauma, and then instead of taking responsibility, they mislabeled me in their records as if I were the problem. To top it all off, the office manager called me today and said Dr. Good suggested I go to a different office where I could be sedated for future dental work....and I'll probably like them much better, then I'll want to get my routine teeth cleanings there too for now on -- essentially passing me off instead of acknowledging their mistakes. The audacity! The office manager also said, it was in my notes to numb me first, but the hygienist missed it. It's frustrating and unprofessional, and I do not recommend having any major dental work done here. If you value proper care and pain management, look elsewhere. I've been with this practice for 6 years and never had a situation or any major dental work until now -- I will find a new dentist of course. Over ten years ago, my family and I were patients here. Sadly due to unforeseen circumstances, we weren't able to go back. Yet through the years, kindly and with great tips, Leander Dental Care sent emails reminding me that they cared about my family and wanted us to return when we could. They did an amazing job on my daughter, and my husband and I was anxious to return. The golden day came, I got our new Dental cards from my husband's job, and I called in December. It wasn't the holidays yet, but it went to VM, and I left one. Then I called again, and it turns out, they were on vacation at the end of December, and I left a VM. And then, when they should have been back, which was Tuesday, I called twice, one where I did not leave a message and one where I did. And nothing happened. So today, I get not one, but two calls back. The first call is the one I answered. The woman told me that they wouldn't be able to see us, like not at all. Not even till April, not going to happen. She was also miffed at me for my previous VM where I mentioned it was my fourth call. She explained on her records I only called once, implying I suppose that I was lying to her on the VM. I know I wasn't. I know I called. While I was talking to her, another call from their office came, and I asked, "Why are you calling me again" she said, "Oh, I guess another person must have had a call from you and is trying to return it". This of course, contradicts her implication I was lying to her, but neither she nor I got into that part of the discussion. Politely I said we wouldn't bother them again and asked them to take me off the mailing list. I even apologized if I ever bothered them at all. I am pretty disappointed. I did not call anyone else, because I was looking forward to returning. Oh well, they don't care. I suppose I shouldn't either I guess, but I will leave a review in case anyone else is in a dental holding pattern. read more

I have been coming here for years & seeing Dr. Good. I recently found myself without dental insurance and called to schedule a dental cleaning for a cash price. I haven't been able to get my teeth cleaned in over a year due to loss of a job. I made an appt and the rep told me it would be around $121 for a teeth cleaning. I scheduled. Showed up for my appt and thank goodness I asked before I went back for my appointment, the lady said, "$453". I said, "no way! I was told $121, what are you charging me for?" They tried charging me for xray pictures and an exam plus the cleaning. The doctor said he wouldn't take me unless I paid and had an exam on top of a cleaning. I left. NOT OKAY THAT I WAS LIED to and they wasted my TIME! Will not be going back. They are only for $$$ with no regard to your actual care. read more

Leander Dental Care helps me ease that anxiety with highly knowledgeable staff that are seasoned (not fresh graduates, no offense meant) who know what they are doing. I used to really like this dentist but in the last couple years they have been a nightmare. From unprofessional front office, to weird billing, to can't even get cavities filled in a timely manner. Save your money and your energy and go elsewhere. They recommend things that they have no license for (medical advice on medications being taken). They try to up-charge you at every turn. My husband has never had the same hygienist and you have to constantly explain your chart and what was stated last time. Beyond frustrating and when you tell manger staff this, they don't care to retain you. You're just a number and a dollar sign. Go elsewhere. If I could put zero stars I would. read more

An unprofessional establishment that was pretty aggressive and pushing treatment that their team failed to submit for pre-approval on request. I have called countless times with no way to get ahold of their team responsible for handling submissions to insurance. I have even reached out to insurance to see if they submitted it and they didn't receive it. They (insurance) told me that that if they did get something (a rejection) then they are not seeing it on their side, and they can always file for an appeal. On the visit with the dentist they again claimed that they didn't get anything and the dentist became a little aggressive with me telling me that we have to do something now or it could result in further damage (again explains that insurance would cover if you are telling me the truth with my call to insurance) then got mad and said he would recommend that I go somewhere else if I didn't agree to treatment (again trying to explain that his team failed to submit to insurance). Service was fine, but financial practices at this dental office seem a bit shady in my opinion. Notably after paying my share of the agreed upon amount for dental work, they came back the next year and charged me significant additional fees, despite my insurance having also 100% paid their portion too. I reached out to them to ask for an explanation thru their contact us form on their website but received no response from them. Their bill included a penalty for late payment, despite it being the first copy of the bill I had received from them. Not surprisingly, my Cigna insurance has now dropped them from our network. We received a letter from Cigna specifically about it, which is a touch unusual. Again, service at this dental office was fine and staff were friendly, nice building and parking lot too, but I cannot recommend this provider based on their questionable billing practices. Update 05/30/24: Regarding the reply comment left by Amanda H., since I already had reached out via Leander Dentals' website contact us page, if the office manager would really like to talk, then perhaps they should try responding to the inquiry I submitted. Rude, unwelcoming, and most likely racist. I recently went there to accompany my elderly father for his a dental appointment. While he was having his procedure done, I sat in the front lobby area with the other patients and family members awaiting their appointments. After roughly 45 minutes, one of the receptionists approached and asked me if I was loitering there, even though the entire staff saw me enter and check in with my dad. The receptionist's exact words were, "Are you here to watch our TV, because you've been sitting here for a very long time?" I was truly puzzled because it's not out of the ordinary for patients (especially elderly ones) to be accompanied by family members and loved ones. I told this receptionist, "I'm here with my dad who needed my help getting to this appointment. Didn't you see me walk in with him?" Realizing that she made a wildly incorrect assumption, the receptionist didn't even apologize, but rather said, "Okay, you're good. Just checking..." After scanning the area and realizing that I was the only black person in the lobby, this interaction did not sit right with me. Whether this was a case of innocent obliviousness, indiscriminate rudeness, or racial profiling, I can't say for certain. However, what I do know is that it was a highly inappropriate and a bafflingly unprofessional way to approach anyone accompanying one of their patients. And it's really unfortunate because, according to my father, his hygienist was extremely competent and kind - but because of the discourteousness of their front lobby staff, we will not be going back to this place. I would not recommend this dental office for new patients on Medicare. Appts were confirmed Jan 8th (granted based on insurance approval). But I receive a phone call one day before the appts for my wife and myself for a cleaning. The office informed me the Humana plan we have was not included. When I spoke with the office I was told letters were sent out to existing patients (with Humana) but it seems they failed to include new patients. Took 4 months to learn of this issue, completely disgusting. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

It was 50 minutes before I saw the doctor for what was communicated to be an emergency visit for severe pain. I only had an X Ray done at the 30 min mark, but otherwise was just trying to ignore the pain until I could see the doctor. HOWEVER... once Dr. Wong was able to see me, she was extremely attentive, helpful, and gave me a plan of action. Turns out I need to have a wisdom tooth removed ASAP. Seriously, if the wait hadn't been so ridiculous, this would have been a rave review. Dr. Wong is fantastic, and was sympathetic to my issue. I just wish that I hadn't waited almost an hour past my appointment time to see her. read more

In the past, this dental office was welcoming and wasn't all about making a business or trying to take advantage of patients, but after my most recent appointments, the new dentist suggested that my husband and I might need a night guard to prevent teeth grinding at night. She searched for something on your teeth throughout the examination so she could conduct business. Not like the kind older physician, I believe he is now retired. He has been very polite and professional, easy to work with, and hasn't tried to upsell you on anything other than teeth cleaning. I also spoke with another patient and she confirmed the same thing. When I locate a new dental office I will stop coming here. read more

I must admit that it has been a hot minute since I've been to the dentist. The last one I went to was a less than pleasant experience, so needless to say I have not been in a hurry to get to the dentist. I am so glad (thanks to Yelp and another local network) that I chose this dental office. I can't even begin to tell you how much I LOVE this dental office!!! Everyone there from reception, hygenist, and the dentist are AWESOME!! I have never felt as comfortable as I did today. Nancy was who did my cleaning- she is AMAZING! I saw Dr. Good- it's all in the name ;) he is really good. I love the fact that they are honest and don't try to just wrench in to your wallet with all kinds of treatments etc. that you really don't need. They are honest and caring and that seems rare these days so that was very nice. I can't wait to get my whole family in there! read more

Worst dental office ever. I had a procedure in June 2023 that I was led to believe I paid in full at the time. It's now late July 2024. Over 13 months passed when they send me an invoice for over $300. The invoice did not even state the procedure nor the date of the procedure, only that I had 10 days to pay it. It took them 400+ days to bill me and all I get are 10 days to pay, and with no explanation as to why. At first I was told they did not know why I received the invoice, but after looking at my record they said it's because my insurance did not cover that amount. That's fine, but why wait 13 months? Couldn't they figure that out 13 months ago? I feel like it was a scam that I had to pay. They are all business and only care about their money. No bedside manner in this office. This office can not get their billing right. Wife and I have very good dental insurance. We both get two free cleanings yearly. Not hard to figure out. Yet we get letters in the mail of "Final Notice of Collection" for our teeth cleaning. It took them four months or more to get my wifes teeth cleaning bill billed properly. So I go went and got my teeth cleaned in June. Sure enough, I got a bill from them. Had to contact them four times and guess what, they still did not bill it right. Got another Final Notice of Collection. Were done. And don't let them put you in the stand up machine to do the 360 x-ray. You will be charged $125+ for this. I tell them when I went in, I do not need anything done other than normal x-rays and my teeth cleaned. Unreal. read more

VERY IMPORTANT!!! I came in for my appointment at where we discussed one filling for around 80 dollars and when i show up they try and say i need 3 fillings and 200$. Then once I said i'm not doing 3 and to focus on the most important one the front desk said it would be my lower right, When i get seated he says he'll be doing my up right. I left with my tooth shaved and when i asked to get it looked at he said "because you grind your teeth at night" The photos i have from a day before and my tooth was completely normal,I also left with a blister on the top of my lip which again WASNT there before i sat down Not to mention I waited 2 month to get in with Dr.Good and Dr.Good was not there.Also 20 minutes late to grabbing me from my original appointment time. My entire family has been going to Leander Dental for many years. Recently, we are very disappointed with the service. All of the recent changes have not been for the better. Sad to say we are leaving. Dr. Good is awesome but the staff changes not great. The front office can't seem to get it together, we have to give them our insurance every time because they show we don't have coverage. We've had to call our insurance for them. We got hit with surprise charges that insurance didn't cover because they did x-rays when they weren't due. It's just been a mess. Gina was our hygienist for years, she's gone....I don't recognize one person in there now. A few years ago this review would have been 5 stars because everyone was amazing. read more
