After a debate he tell me his tech person is gone for the day. Her commute is an 1 n 30 min to go home, up n down mountains. Holiday weekend, n it's nothing u can do! GtFoh! I asked if he could pay for the bill if she gets it's replace on her own some where else. He has the nerve to say "you cant get pulled over bc the horn doesn't work" This RYAN is a clown! They will lie from the beginning to the end. We purchased a car and took it back for them to fix a few things. I bought a used Rav-4 last month from Maurice, a very charming and friendly salesman. We went over the Carfax report on his computer and everything seemed fine. When I got home and read a printout of the report he had given me as I was leaving, I saw the car had been in an accident and sustained "structural damage." I soon learned that used cars are not returnable FOR ANY REASON. Calls to Maurice went to voicemail. Long story short: the car turned out to be okay despite the report. It was checked out by two different mechanics here (I live hours away) who said the damage had been minimal. Maybe Maurice knew this and knew I wouldn't have bought the car if I thought it had structural damage. Maybe he didn't and wanted the car off his lot pronto. But the important thing is he INTENTIONALLY WITHHELD the full report from me and only showed me the good pages of the report. This sale and the car worked out for me but I was lucky. So if you buy there, please make sure you are given the FULL Carfax report, in print, and read it carefully. Buyer beware! And good luck! read more

UNTRUSTWORTHY. Please be very careful dealing with this company especially RYAN. We thought he was trustworthy. After signing the paperwork, he told me that it is company policy to hold on to the other key (car we bought was keyless entry) until the payment is received and will be mailed with the registration paper. I TRUSTED Ryan but it was a big mistake. He does not respond to phone calls or text messages after he got the payment. What a disappointment for Ryan not to fulfill his end of the deal. And yet, it you look at the reviews in their website, Ryan is a superstar. Do not believe it. I don't know how many others have the unfortunate experience with Lease Return Center specifically with Ryan. Cannot even begin to explain the horrible experience we had with this place. They seem nice, friendly and helpful until they get the sale...but every single word that comes out of their mouth is nothing but a bold face lie. No joke We live in Ky. Found the car i was looking for. Talked with Ryan over and over to confirm everything about the car because we were so far away. He swore it was perfect. We purchased it and he was to ship it Once he had my money----game over. He moved the car to the back lot and it sat. Didn't find a shipper like he said he would. After a week, i found my own. The car arrived and parts were missing. No gear shifters, no radio button, the outside mirrors are all scratched up, no second key. ...and Ryan refused to answer our calls. No only did Ryan refuse, but most often, no one at the dealership would answer. Messages were not return and on the rare occasion someone did answer, they were rude and gave only excuses. I called him on his cell give and he screamed at us that he was off work and not to bother him!! Total nightmare. After a LOT of arguing, he finally sent the shifters and a radio knob that didn't fit. Never got a second key so there's another couple hundred dollars. Then i had a blow out. Come up find out, they had put 4 dry rotted tires on it before they shipped it---i could have died!! Now were up to another thousand. My horn doesn't work and he assured me that it had push button start and driver seat leg extension---but it didn't Nothing but liars. Absolutely the worst car buying experience. First of all, this place might have shown up in your search results because of their competitive pricing, but there is a good reason for that. Their business relies on buying damaged or unwanted previously leased car and selling it to a customer without making any effort to address any issue besides covering up the car issues. Unfortunately, I have purchased a car from them recently only to find out that the car had major leaks, past-due oil changes and lacked even the basic tune-up services needed to keep cars running properly. They promised to provide a short-term warranty for the car and have completely refused to submit the application to the warranty company even though they have signed the agreement paper. They have failed to mail out license plate before the license plate expired. On several occasion, they have either hang up, put me on hold for an extended period of time or flat out ignored my calls that they have picked up when I called from an anonymous number. Deceitful business and unprofessional staff you would want to avoid at all cost. You have been warned. The awful reviews below say it all. This car dealership's motto is be rude, shifty, non-responsive, and hide the ball. I live an hour drive away from this place so naturally before taking the long drive to see a car (Audi A7) I saw online, I decided to call and get some information about it. Most importantly, I wanted to see if the car had any previous damage or accidents. The initial response from the salesman was no but he immediately shifted the conversation to our cars are previous leases. Whether the car was previously leased has nothing to do with whether it was damaged or had an accident. So I asked if they had a clean carfax which immediately resulted in putting me on hold for over 10 minutes until I hung up. I called back, got the same guy who put me on hold for over 10 minutes again at which point I hung up again. I then called the number for Customer Relations Manager number they have on their website. No answer, and apparently this manager has no name to put on his outgoing voice message so you can call back and ask for him. Based on my experience and the reviews below as well as the reviews on BBB, I would not hand these people $30K of my money to get shifty answers, get insulted, get information that they can't back up, and based on other people's reviews to be totally lied to and buy a car with issues that they claim is immaculate or in great condition. read more

If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. I did not have a good experience. I was looking at a vehicle that had a few issues and decided I wasn't going to buy it. Maurice Skinner convinced me to purchase the vehicle and that he would take care of all the issues that concerned me. He even went so far as to write those things into the contract. I signed the papers, and he gave me a loaner for the week. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, he didn't not hold up his end of the deal. The items he failed to fix would have costed me about $2k more than the $22k I already put into the car. When I asked why he hadn't held up his end of the contract, he got extremely irritated and told me "I expected too much." I told him that it was his choice to write up those things in the contract, and he got extremely rude and aggressive with me. I do not want to do business with people who lose their temper and can't maintain a professional tone with their customers. He refused to give me my copy of the contract or the receipt for the money he failed to return to me because he knew I could sue for theft and fraud. Don't waste your time with these dishonest people. And I don't do business with people who do not follow through on the contracts. I had put in a down payment which he failed to completely refund me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Spoke to Maurice (a salesperson there) on Wednesday. I was interested in a vehicle that was on the website, and coming up from Virginia beach on Sat morning. LIES LIES LIES... He sent me pics and purposely omitting all the damage the vehicle had.. He spoke very good things about this vehicle and had me SO EXCITED to purchase. Low and behold I arrived in Triangle (3.5) hrs away, just to find out the vehicle had EXTENSIVE DAMAGES.. Ripped leather, damaged, ripped out TVs on both headrests, a totally rotten smell throughout the whole truck.. bad window regulators... and plenty more damage.. Maurice of course was "off" for the day so I couldn't talk to him.. Maurice gave me this whole made up story about some old guy trading it in to purchase a newer vehicle from them. The Salesman Who I worked with informed me that the truck actually belonged to an employee there and they were just trying to get rid of it.. LIES LIES AND MORE LIES... BAD BUSINESS HERE.
