We returned the vehicle this Monday, and were told by the new manager that Enterprise would no longer offer drop off from this location. I guess he hasn't heard the commercial about Enterprise picks you up, and Enterprise drops you off.

I've only ever had very good experiences with them at airports. This location is understaffed. Every time I've been in here people have to wait an extremely long time to get there. They don't have a healthy stock of vehicles almost ever. And every person I've encountered in there has had a tough time with the process of getting a vehicle. It's unfortunate since I'm a preferred member and again, I back Avis locations elsewhere. But if you can go to a neighboring rental service I would recommend that here in San Juan. Cheers.

He wasn't using the bathroom and just said he had things to do, so I had to stand there and wait up to 15 minutes. I returned the car, got a paper receipt, and, notwithstanding, Avis online changed the amount and charged me more than $20 extra. I had a paper receipt for the correct amount and Avis just charges my credit card for more than that. So I was yet again forced to call Avis, wait on hold for an extended period of time, and talk to a lifeless customer service representative who couldn't do math and literally I asked to calculate the exact amount of the overcharge. When I arrived at the counter of Enterprise the nice young guy was super helpful, polite, and it took less than 5mins to get my car since I did all the reservations online. I rented a new Nissan and the car was really clean, drove well and had all the bells and whistles needed for a long car ride up to Nor Cal. I also appreciated the speediness and not having to spend 15-20 mins at a counter just to get my rental.
