Brought my mom & little brother here while they were visiting us for a family fun day & safe to say, we had fun! My little brother was so excited & didn't want to leave lol. The prices here are super cheap, especially compared to alleys off base. I will say it was super dark inside so that can possibly pose an issue for some. The staff that helped us at the front desk were so lovely & sweet. Once you get assigned your lane, using the touch screen to set up your names is super easy. They have automatic bumpers for kids as well. We will be back next time our family comes to visit again! read more

Where to start? THIS IS A REALLY NICE ALLEY! I've been to more bowling alleys than I can even attempt to count, including the National Bowling Stadium in Reno. Since 2002, I've been through many military bases as well and this is the nicest one yet! (Yep, even better than the Air Force ones!) Prices are unbeatable. $20/hr per lane--on a weekend?! What?! The lanes were well oiled, the approach wasn't worn out or warped, the equipment (score board, ball return) were advanced, the forward seating area was nice and not torn up or worn down.... The negative reviews blow my mind because it is clean, modern, and has well-maintained lanes and ball return machines with a wide range of bowling ball weights. This place was better than three stars for the bowling. However the food deserves a 1 star. It was not good at all. Not sure what it was, perhaps the grease they cook it with but it just wasn't good at all. Family of 4 so it was not that cheap no one out of the 4 enjoyed their meal. We did enjoy bowling. I don't know why they close so early. My friends went out on a Saturday night and couldn't get dinner because their grill was closed by 8 and they kicked us out of the bowling alley by 9. The ball-return machine broke for like 15 mins so we couldn't play as long as we wanted either. The whole situation was kinda lame. I've only gone once, and my experience wasn't a good one. I was on lane 19, and my ball kept getting stuck. The attendant would have to get someone to manually return it, but she was on the other end of the alley with the league bowlers, so getting her attention was a hassle. Other bowlers I saw didn't seem to have the issues I was having, so perhaps it was just certain lanes. Either way, it wasn't a great experience, and I hesitate to go back despite the incredibly good prices. read more

You should advertise that this is on a military base. Or at least tell people when you call and make a reservation that it's on a base. I just drove 45 minutes to come here with 8 people WITH A RESERVATION just to be turned away at the gate and drive back. read more

Food: I was not really impressed with the food selections. I had a cheeseburger and unfortunately, it was very bland which tasted like eating cardboard . However, some people really enjoy coming for lunch here so I'll leave it neutral for me. Location: If you have military base access then you are in luck. This location is not available to the general public and it is a nice, fairly renovated bowling alley. It has great seating, all the equipment is in good condition and the ambience is great. The bowling itself is fine. Balls are neatly organized by weight/color. I don't know much about bowling so I'll focus on what I do know... food. There IS food here. There are adult beverages here. In my opinion, bowling alleys should have a few menu item requirements. Required menu items: pizza, beer and nachos. No nachos here. Only few will truly understand the disappointment. With the lack of nacho cheese in my system, my mood has declined. I ordered some popper things that look like bready tater tots. They're filled with diced jalapeño and cheddar. Meh. It came with a little cup of ranch. Not the good ranch, but the cheap ranch. Half filled and crappy, I still asked for extra. Her response "a dollar". That's how you talk to people? Great the the Marine Corps is maintaining the Bowling Alley and food areas for our Marines and their families. The place was clean and inviting. We were happy to sit and visit with our Marine. This review is strictly for the service and the food at the base bowling alley. Stopped in earlier last Friday with some co-workers to get some lunch. I was glad to see that the line was pretty long as this can attest to how great their food is -- it looked promising. I was also glad to see that they had quite the extensive menu of typical diner fare -- burgers, dogs, pizza, wings, sandwiches, and even chicken adobo, taco salads, and cheesesteaks!! As I got closer to the grill, I watched the preparation of the food and was disappointed by the look of their pulled pork sandwich, which had the appearance that it lacked presentation quality. The taco salad looked meager in substance, with just dollops of ground beef, refried beans, and some vegetable toppings. What caught my eye next was flyers posted on their glass case which offered several dining specials: one special was called "Bernard's Special" which had 3 pieces of fried chicken atop a bed of rice with a cup of "Adobo" sauce. I thought to myself, "really?" As a Filipino-American, I've never heard of this, and waived off the idea of trying such a "fusion"-type dish. I opted to go traditional with a slice of pepperoni, a double cheeseburger with bacon, and some fries. As soon as I reached the ordering counter, a Filipino lady eagerly assisted me. Her first question after saying "hi" was "where is my money?!" I thought she was playfully joking but proceeded to hand her my charge card nonetheless. I asked for a bacon double cheeseburger combo and she automatically swipes my card without asking if I needed anything else. After she does this, I proceed to state that I wasn't done yet, and that I wanted a slice of pepperoni pizza as well. She proceeds to apologize, attempts to fix her mistake, all while I steadily grow more and more annoyed. Apparently, she had forgotten what she asked "where is my money" while clumsily rushing to get me through the line. This lady needs to be re-trained in the art of workplace professionalism and customer service. Her demeanor was completely unprofessional and inexcusable. Onto the food: it took a while to receive, but it's entirely understandable when noticing the ratio of staff compared to the volume of patrons. They were definitely busy with lots of orders during that lunchtime rush. As mentioned earlier, I got pizza and a bacon doublecheeseburger combo. My buddies got: [1] Bernard's Special, [1] fish 'n' chips plate, [1] slice of cheese pizza. The pizza and sodas were served quick and they were hot, melty, and delicious. We all got our other dishes around 15-20 minutes later and dove in. My buddy who ordered the Bernard's Special was delightfully satisfied with his fare as he had ate it before and couldn't get enough of it. My other buddy who ordered the fish 'n' chips dish was disappointed with the meal to the point that he didn't even finish it. As for my bacon double chee -- it looked better than it tasted. It left much to be desired and was lacking in overall quality. The fries tasted like they've been fried in the same oil as their battered fish. Next time, I think I'll stick with the pizza or even venture out and try the Bernard's Special if they still have it. In short, 2 stars earned for the pizza that was pretty good and the fact that the food was prepared fresh. 3 stars off for unprofessional employee lady who asks "WHERE IS MY MONEY?," crappy burgers and crappy fish 'n' chips I'd return to see if the rest of their menu is equally as crappy and I will most definitely get someone else to take my order, as that lady would probably drive my insane. You make the decision if you want to try this place out for food. I'm just telling it how I experienced it. Showed up 15 mins before they closed because (I understand that's not conducive but we hungry). They still had the grill on and burgers cooking. The lady covering the counter was extremely rude (I'm sorry you hate your job, maybe you shouldn't work in food service). Cuts me off mid sentence to ask me if I had a big list (I was ordering two meals). She then let's out a big sigh, like I inconvenienced her entire life with my two burger request, and tells me I'm going to have to wait an hour for her to prep two beef patty's as if making burgers is rocket science. read more

Bowling Alley: Lanes are very nice, staff is courteous and nice. Grill: Well, let's see, I would have liked to know. Hours (from multiple resources) state that the grill is open until 9pm on Sundays, however I got there at 8pm and attempted to order. The unkempt "cook" told me the grill was closed. I asked for pizza, she said she didn't have any, and when I asked for a grilled cheese she said she just shut down the grill. All she had was fries (and who knows how old those would have been). Great prices and cafe had a ton of options to pick from. Overall very clean and staff was nice. We ended up moving lanes because we were next to some serious bowlers & they were stressed out about the kids bowling next to them. After we moved lanes adults and kids had a blast. So normally we don't have any problems here but today, while bowling our lane froze and shut off. Pins wouldn't reset, lane blacked out, etc. So my boyfriend went up to the desk to let them know and they said that they'd get the mechanic on it. We sat around for 15-20 minutes total, saw the mechanic guy fix another lane, sat around some more, watched the employees just hanging out and bowling, and still were waiting on our lane to be fixed. Finally, after seeing them continue to bowl and do nothing, my boyfriend and our friend's boyfriend went up to tell them again. The mechanic, who was one of the guys hanging out, was called to go fix it; didn't look at either of them, no apologies about the wait, no acknowledgement, nothing. Pretty rude and definitely not good customer service. read more

They should have left it like it was before. You can change you look but you can't change the people who run the place or the food. Bowling is suppose to be fun and exciting not look like a sports bar with the huge tvs in the back and a place to just hang out. We were there over the weekend for a birthday party. It was 100+ outside and close to that inside. The front desk said it was being fix but nothing ever changed. The food was average if not below average. The floor was very sticky ( the carpet) and falling apart. I did however see one lady actually cleaning the screens and seats after a party left. That's why they get 2 stars. read more

Went here yesterday for the first time since it was remodeled. Good lanes I enjoyed the lighting big screen tvs and modernized scoring. Only had to reset the lane twice but the rest button worked workout fail. In place of the old hard chairs were comfortable couches. The food was good for bowling alley quality. We went here last night for a last minute birthday party for my son. The staff was beyond amazing, especially Tyler, Robert, and Gary. They made sure we had everything we needed. They gave my son a bowling pin for our friends and family to sign for his birthday. They also checked on us every little bit to see if we needed anything. They made sure my son had a blast. I've been to plenty of bowling alleys in my day. This is by far the best experience myself and family has EVER had!
