There are a variety of mini parks within Legoland that will have rides, food, and of course Lego figures. I think two days is ample time to really explore Legoland. Food quality and selection is theme park style. The workers are young people who are interested in learning and having a job for the summer. Many have great attitudes and are enthusiastic is helping you to have a great experience. Kudos to management in providing training to develop their customer service skills. Of course, the stores have so much Lego sets and products available for you. Be prepared to exercise patience when shopping towards the end of the business day. Kids (young and old) can get rambunctious as their eyes are opened wide to the world of Lego. Any size tote bag is $2.00 for purchase. There are also 2 hotels on the property. One day I'll check them out and give a Yelp report. Special commendation to Jose at the VIP Guest Services desk in helping me. He explained how to use the member benefits and even helped me to have my adult daughter enjoy the park when the system locked out. He was friendly and kind and took his time to listen and understand my situation. Lots of paid parking. Suggest you pre pay on the app for convenience. Be prepared to walk. The lifeguards, supervisors, and other employees worked incredibly hard throughout a hot summer day. Everyone was attentive, focused, and organized--I didn't see anyone distracted or using their phone. It ran like a well-coordinated operation, with every employee knowing exactly what to do and paying attention to every detail. We felt completely safe the entire time. Many of the employees appeared quite young, and it was great to see them developing valuable life skills, discipline, and a strong work ethic. Excellent job by both the staff and the management team. The Wave Waterpark deserves to be at the top of the list!

Now, there's just too many inside and everyone is rushing to be the first one to view the sea life animals. Overall the kiddos and I enjoyed it, and there is an area to touch the star fish, etc which is highly popular and a washing station. They have a tank filled with sharks, you see them swim above you as you walk through this tunnel. Time well spent with the fam here.

The Coast Cruise is a great ride to start your trip to Legoland out with. The ride is basically Legoland's answer to Disney's Jungle Cruise ride. You go around in a boat while the 'skipper' tells really bad puns about what you're looking at. Each skipper will give their own little spin on things, but generally they're all going off the same script so there isn't really a need to go on the ride multiple times for unique experiences each time. Some of the animation on the ride is broken. For example the massively impressive giant octopus & band was completely frozen last time we were there when usually it comes to life as the boat comes back to the dock at the end of the ride. Getting this animations back up and running consistently would be a huge improvement on this ride. But as it stands, the ride just sits there as a fun ride not living up to its intended and true potential.
