I came here after going to another auto parts store and being told that the replacement windshield wiper was discontinued and I would have to go to the dealership. On my way home, I decided to stop by Napa to see if they have what I needed. I was instantly greeted by an employee who asked what I needed help with and when I explained to him what I needed, he took me to the desk and told his co worker what I needed. OK that's great customer service!! I bought a rear windshield wiper and the employee who was helping me at the desk offered to put it on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the wiper mechanism must really need to be ordered from the dealership because it wouldn't fit, but the employee has the idea if I didn't need my old blade, he could switch out the rubber blades using the same holder that fits. I told him that I didn't need the old blade and he switched out the blades. I was really impressed with his customer service and how nice all the employees were at Napa! This company really understands how to treat their customers. They have definitely made a customer for life! read more

Today I walked into Napa (after leaving Auto Zone for their lack of knowledge) not knowing if I needed a screw or a fastener for my falling bumper. Immediately I was greeted with someone asking if I needed help. After explaining that I didn't know which hardware I needed, he directed me to someone who could help. This gentleman walked out to my car, took a look, and confirmed that it was a screw that I needed. We walked back into the store and he found just what I needed. I expected him to ring me up. Instead, he walked back out to my car. I'm thinking "oh, okay, he's going to make sure they're a good fit before I buy the whole bag." But no, this guy gets the screw out of the bag, and fixes my bumper for me!!! He even went back inside and grabbed a tool to make sure it was secure. Napa exceeded my expectations today, and I assure you that I will be back! read more

Bought windshield wipers for my 2017 Ford Edge today and could not figure out how to install them - been changing wipers out for 50 years! Took it back to Napa Auto Parts and they spent 15 minutes getting them installed for me. Great customer service. read more

My driver side brake light was run into by a careless driver and the entire lamp needed to be replaced. After looking up some parts online I decided that Napa would be the best bet for both time and money and they did not disappoint. Although the first part I received was for the wrong model year, Jaime was very helpful in tracking down the right part and getting it to me in a timely manner. I'm not at all impressed with this Napa machine shop. I brought in a set of common upper and lower control arms off a 1960's Mopar that I needed to have the old bushings pressed out and new ones pressed in. The gentleman at the machine shop counter looked at them and quickly told me, "We cannot do the lower control arms. They are too difficult. But you can leave the uppers with us." What? I understand that the Mopar lower control arms take more time than the upper A arms, so charge me more labor like a competent shop would. This company certainly doesn't follow the old cry of "No job too small or too difficult!" and instead cherry picks its jobs for the easiest ones. And then the gentleman had the audacity to try and obtain my patronage with the upper control arms while telling me to pound sand with the lower control arms? Why would I give them my money to have to go to an actual professional machine shop who would perform the lower control arm work? I highly question the ability and quality of this machine shop and its machinist(s) if they think control arm bushing replacement is "too difficult" of a job. If you are in need of a trustworthy machine shop with a journeyman machinist and want to support local business with your money, I recommend finding another machine shop that will work as hard as possible to satisfy a customer's basic or difficult needs. In all the many years I have been working on cars professionally and in my own garage, I have never been turned away from a machine shop for anything. If I still had my own press, I could do these, so why can't a supposedly "professional" machine shop? I give this review two stars because I happened to purchase a water pump and some power steering hose from the parts counter before making the mistake of going to the machine shop counter. The parts salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, and I walked away with the parts I needed with no hassle. Unfortunately, because the parts department and machine shop are one in the same company, I will not be spending my money at this Napa in the future. I hope my review both helps potential customers make their decision on supporting this company, and I also sincerely hope the owner of this Napa hires an actual journeyman machinist who is capable of and willing to perform basic machining services. read more

I'm about sick of having to come back because they don't have enough money in the drawer to cover a core deposit. Put some money in your drawers so I don't have to come back seven times to get my core deposit back. I don't have time for this, third time I've brought back calipers and they didn't have enough money in the drawer. This auto parts store is AWFUL i just try to find little parts(screws,bolts,nuts,etc.) for my Honda but when i go there, I have to buy the part i need the part for instantly robbing me of plenty of money because the cashier wouldn't sell me what i needed and trys to sell me the whole part instead of what i needed. WORST AUTO PART STORE EVER. id much rather go to the auto zone across the street because they just sell me what i need and not what i don't need. That's why i give this store 1 star read more

I bought a guaranteed battery from Napa that subsequently failed, but that, obviously, isn't Napa's fault. When I arrived to Napa in Aurora (while travelling far from home) I had to wait for customer service. I presented my receipt and explained the issue. They said that they would need to see the battery in order to check the factory number. I indicated that my vehicle was right outside the door (visible through the clear front-door). Victor at customer service said that I would have to bring the battery inside. I said that I would need to unscrew the battery, and needed a screw driver. He said that he couldn't help me with that or lend me a screwdriver. I asked why the customer service was so poor and he directed me to the manager Dick. Dick told me that there were no tools, nor would he step the six feet to see my battery. This meant that I couldn't use the guarantee of the battery. The worst part was that no one apologized. No one was compassionate. They just acted like jerks. read more
