I came to wardlow top shop and worked out an agreement with steve lance(owner) , and I explained what I wanted and needed done very clearly. I also mentioned to Max the one who was doing the work to my seats, that the seat structure was dirty and I need to clean them, He said "don't worry about it, I'll handle that." Awsome! Well after about a month and a half they finally got to working on my upholstery. I stopped in to see how they were coming, and to My surprise the two front seats were already covered with the material, and nothing was cleaned from what I had previously mentioned, and agreed upon. So at this point they wrapped new material around a dirty seat, as if we never spoke of anything at all. This is truly an eye opener on businesses that really doesn't care at all about quality & customer requests. I started cleaning them myself and mentined something about it to Steve the owner, and he didn't wink an eye, as if he didn't care at all. The rear seats needed to be attached to the rear carpet kit in order to function when laid down for cargo, was never completed while the new carpet kit was there the whole time. Also, the head rests were really dirty and needed to be stripped and then wrapped, THEY JUST WRAPPED THE DIRTY old SMELLY HEAD RESTS!(see pics) Seriously?! talk about knowing nothing about upholstery! And half ass'n a job... Ive never seen this before, ever. There are permanent marks on the new seats, scuffs, dirt, you name it.(see pics) At this point I figured Out plain and simple... this shop is a Rip Off. I should've have seen the signs when his son across the way purposely sabotaged & changed the internet password so steve couldn't use the internet for days, Ha! His son instructed me not to say anything to his dad. Sounds like the "apples don't fall far from the tree" situation here. In conclusion, I hope this review will prevent someone else from being scammed/ripped off by this business, make sure you get everything in writing EVERYTHING or the owner wont hesitate to half butt your upholstery in a heartbeat, like he did to me!
