He went over all of the features and gave me some tips in case I ever had to make a repair on the fly. I also decided to buy a new carrier for my truck. I was perfectly fine to install it, but Jim grabbed his tools and insisted on taking care of it. I really don't think you're going to find better service. I went to lunch, while at lunch I looked online at one of the manufacturers and that they had a sale going on online for a significant discount for the exact bike I was looking at. I went back to the shop to see if they would honor the discount, they said no problem. I then took the bike for a test ride and it was exactly what I wanted and being able to get the online discount in store was icing on the cake! They even made sure I knew how to fold it up.
