Was SO hungry and pizza was on the menu. Out of the three choices provided, I picked the one with the mushrooms. This was serve on a board and cut into slices ready to eat. The cheese was so goood! I never had cheese like that before. I was the only customer. The service was fast as it should be since I was the only one. There was a DJ playing music and it was pretty awesome. Amazing lunch spot! This restaurant has really lovely indoor seating in their patio out back. The decor is hip and plant-centric. The back patio has a nicer raised seating area (pictured), but it seemed like no one was allowed to sit up there. (We and a few other groups asked about it.) Their menu has lots of Italian options, and their pizza and pasta is fantastic. We tried the búfalo mozzarella and ham pizza, which we liked very much. The dough is fantastic, and they baked it so it was perfectly chewy and soft. The pasta was also amazing, especially the noodles (nicely al dente). I wished the pasta serving size was a bit bigger, though. read more

Wonderful Italian restaurant! Cozy and endearing. We had a magnificent meal, ordered way too much food but it was soo good we finished it all! The wine selection is grand for such a little looking hole in the wall. I say that but peering in to the back room I feel like they had a whole party section out of the way. So the noise wasn't grand. We ordered the muscles as an appetizer and was astounded at how many was in the bowl. Deep fried olives. Amazing. He enjoyed one of their delightful pizzas and I devoured the gnocchi. Strongly suggest you do not pass this place up!! read more

Located a few blocks from our hotel we came here for a late dinner on a Friday night. Walking in, the place was packed which is always a good sign. It's more of a neighborhood restaurant than a tourist destination which was fine with us. Our waiter was quick to bring us sparkling water and a glass of wine. I chose the white pizza with truffle oil and mushrooms. I'm glad we didn't order any starters as it was big enough to share. My husband settled on the special which was a grilled bone-in ribeye steak. It was huge, at least 18 oz, well marbled, and juicy. We split the tiramisu for dessert on our waiter's recommendation. It came in a coffee cup and was the perfect way to end the meal. Our total bill came to €56 which was a bargain for the quality and presentation of the food. read more

Stumbled upon this gem with the help of yelp and current location in barcelona Pizza sold by weight, and ready to order. Eclectic selection, but something suitable for even picky pizza eaters like myself. Indoor and outdoor seating areas. They also have some mixed drinks available. I felt staff was very helpful and welcoming. Prices were good being that we had a generous serving of pizza, bottled water and a mixed drink all for $24. First off, I am an Italian-American, and a chef. Walking up into the Eixample area was really nice and totally less congested than the Rambla. My husband and I searched high and low for a really good open Italian place. This was as close to perfection as we could get. My only notch from the 5 stars was that the pizza did lack salt. We asked for a little pecorino romano and it did enhance the truffled mushroom pizza. My frutti di mare was excellent, but only 1 shrimp, the mussels and clams were delicious and fresh. Flavors were excellent. Price was worth it. Lunch was 50€ for 2 with wines and dessert! Not bad at all! read more

On Christmas Eve, I thought I would be forced to eat chips and soda from a convenience store, but was lucky enough to happen upon this establishment. Not only did they save me from an unsatisfying snack fest, but their to-go pizza was amazingly satisfying in flavor and rich with quality ingredients. I enjoyed two types of pizza: one with potatoes and four cheeses and the other with onions, garlic, mushrooms and a red sauce that perfectly rounded out the slice with a smoky flavor. I was skeptical about potatoes on pizza, but this experience changed my mind! Edited to add: this was so good we went again he next day. That pretty much tells you what you need to know. Every detail about this place has been beautifully thought out. The food, the interior, the seating, even the packaging of the cookies. The pizza is amazing - delicious crispy crust, quality ingredients, it's even beautiful to look at. I had a slice with ricotta, sun dried tomatoes, and spinach - it was the best pizzas I've ever had. The shop is lovely, with windows and doors bringing in a breeze and sunlight. We sat at a table with an open window and enjoyed the great weather. Everything is made from scratch, and if you can save room for dessert! I tried the tiramisu which was divine.
