I've noticed that the cashiers treat customers differently based on how they're dressed. If they assume you have money because of your clothes, they don't hand you your change -- instead, they quietly put it into the tip jar without your consent. Tipping should always be a customer's choice, not something taken without asking. It's disappointing to see a place that had so much potential decline like this. I hope management addresses these issues soon, because right now it's hard to recommend.
