This is the spot for Great Puerto Rican food without the crazy price. Always a variety, food is amazing and has food you don't normally see. Staff is attentive, owner is always helping and the place is clean. Don't waist your time with flair, BS presentations and over priced food at other places near by.

Ample dining area super clean and great lighting

When we're in the mood for Spanish food, this is our go to. The food is delicious and hasn't had anything I didn't like.

They weren't busy at all even though the parking lot looked busy. They're situated overlooking Lake Toho and in a really nice public park area. They have a really nice outside patio/dock which we decided not to sit at since it was so hot out that day. They also had live music during our visit. The waitress was very nice and attentive and gave us a full rundown of the menu since we told her it was our first time. We all really enjoyed everything we ordered with a few exceptions. I liked my Mahi Caesar salad but will note that it had A LOT of romaine ends in the salad. This laziness is easily avoided and hope they correct this for future. The ends of the romaine are supposed to be thrown away - not mixed in with he rest of the lettuce. Also, my dad got a side order of conch fitters that weren't cooked through all the way. When we brought it up to the waitress she immediately apologized and put in an order to replace them. Lastly, the fish we all had was fresh, but the quality of the mahi in my mom's dish wasn't as good as the piece of mahi I had. The gator bites appetizer and the Dragonfruit Marg were both delicious! Overall, this was a pretty decent experience. I would say Crabby's is a bit of a step up from a dive but not a high-end waterfront establishment. I think with a few improvements, they could be a really great waterfront restaurant. 7/10 would recommended and we look forward to coming back.

They offer many different sides beyond French fry's. Dessert was the key lime pie by Mikes which is famous so being one of the best in FL. There's a park near by and an open pier so you can explore the surrounds before/after your meal with much to explore.

I went with my mom and it was probably fifty minutes after it had opened for the day. There were quite a few people already eaten and by the demographic (older crowd) I knew this place was going to slap. In addition to that, I heard some of the waitresses talking to the customers and most of them seemed to be locals and frequent customers. Due to that, I figured the food must be good. Anyway, we had a server who was very friendly and personable. I ordered the lunch special where I got the catfish, fried flounder, the vegetable of the day, squash, and mashed potatoes with country fried steak gravy. My mom got fried clam and fried catfish with a side of coleslaw. The ordering time did not take too long and our food came out relatively fast. The catfish was very tasty along with the fried flounder. They are were very well cooked and had a nice breading-to-fish ratio. I enjoyed the yellow squash as the vegetable of the day but I wasn't crazy about the mashed potatoes. I personally would not get them again. My mom enjoyed the fried clam as she talked about how she used to get a Howard Johnsons fried clam sandwich that she still dreams of. She said these fried clams were even better cooked than the ones she had in the past. She also said she really enjoyed the catfish as it was very tasty. Finally, she mentioned how the coleslaw was really good as it wasn't overly 'mayonaisey.' Now, I do have one negative thing to say. Although our waitress was very sweet and kind she was a bit slow on wrapping up our dining experience. We both wanted to get some desert to go, and waited at least ten minutes for her to come back to our table. There was a long period of time where I did not see her waiting on any tables and was in the kitchen. She eventually came back and we ordered the Chocolate Silk Pie and the Peach Cobbler. Then we ended up waiting another ten for the check. Other than that, we did enjoy our experience and this restaurant and would come back in the future.

I don't think I've ever had a disappointing experience with their food. I am always satisfied. I wanted to grab a quick lunch before running a few errands, so I decided to dine in. The hostess was friendly and seated us right away. The restaurant has the classic Chinese buffet atmosphere, complete with traditional Chinese décor and a beautiful koi fish pond. Since I visited during lunch, the selection wasn't as extensive as the dinner or weekend buffet, which I've noticed from previous visits. Even so, there were plenty of delicious options. The hot food was fresh and satisfying, and the sushi bar had a nice variety. They also have a hibachi station, although I haven't had the chance to try it yet. I ordered a Sprite, and I'm not sure what it was, but it tasted especially good and I'm not even a soda drinker! Overall, this remains one of my favorite Chinese buffets. The food is consistently good, the service is friendly, and I've always had a positive experience. They're doing everything right, and they've definitely earned my 5 stars.

I've gone into the restaurant a couple of times, and the staff has always been friendly and provided good service. It's a typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant. There is nothing fancy when it comes to the décor, but that's not why I go there. The food is. I've also ordered takeout several times, and I've found that as long as you're specific about how you want your food prepared, they usually get it right. I always ask for no peas and carrots in my fried rice. I honestly don't understand why the chinese restaurants in Florida add peas and carrots, unless it's vegetable fried rice, and you can always taste that the vegetables were frozen. This time I ordered chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and Mongolian beef with only onions, served with white rice. The food was flavorful, and everything was prepared just the way I requested. I also ordered the crab ration which was really good and a shrimp roll came with the meal. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because of three things. I was served chicken wings that still had feathers on it, which was a huge disappointment. Properly cleaning chicken is a basic part of food preparation, and that should never happen. I also wasn't a fan of the Styrofoam packaging for my order. The other thing was the shrimp roll. Half the roll was all vegetable and when I got to the bottom there were 2 shrimps. I hardly call that a shrimp roll. Aside from those issues, I really enjoyed the food and will continue to order from them, but will continue to let them know that they need to pay attention to these minor details.

You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of the ingredients and preparation. Huge kudos to Chef Frankie for delivering such a phenomenal meal. We also have to mention the banana fosters cheesecake for dessert--it was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to end the meal. Rich, flavorful, and something we would come back for on its own. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, only a few people were sitting at the bar, so I practically had the entire dining room to myself. Phyre is located on a quiet street just steps away from St. Cloud City Hall. The décor features black velvet booths, black chairs, and marble tables. It isn't fancy, but it has a cool, modern vibe. They even had a huge Christmas tree still on display, decorated in preparation for the Fourth of July, which definitely caught my attention. Allie was my host and server, and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Every restaurant needs a Allie. She was amazing! If Phyre management reads this, she needs a raise. I mean absolutely wonderful service! I started with what they call the "Our Fashion" cocktail and their famous pretzels served with beer cheese . The cocktail was enjoyable, and I can see why the pretzels get so much attention. They were soft, warm, and fresh. I would have preferred a little less salt, but then again, it wouldn't really be a pretzel. The cheese sauce could have been hotter, but it was flavorful and paired well with the pretzels. For my entrée, I ordered the surf and turf featuring filet medallions, three crab-stuffed shrimp, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, which I appreciated. The filet medallions were cooked to a perfect medium and had a nice slight crisp on the outside, although they weren't quite as hot as I would have liked. It was served towith a delicious wine sauce that really elevated the dish. The crab stuffed shrimp were flavorful, and the garlic mashed potatoes were a great complement to the meal. Overall, I enjoyed my Sunday dinner at Phyre. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food delivered a satisfying steakhouse experience. I'd definitely return to try more of the menu.
