You can pay them directly with either card or credit, and they load your car right then and there. I wish I wasn't a repeat customer lol but they're really awesome!

He showed up promptly and was able…read moreto get my car on the tow truck, but when I had to go to the lot to get my belongings, the nightmare began. My car was damaged further from the tow. There was new damage that was not from the accident. The windows were left down so the car was wet and filthy. Additionally, there was trash inside my vehicle that did not belong to me. The vehicle was considered totaled so I guess it's moot, but the value of my vehicle from the insurance company was low due to "prior damage" (the damages from the tow). I had to submit photos to the insurance company from the night of the accident to prove the damage was not there prior to the accident. Additionally, in Maryland, license plates need to be returned before insurance and title can be refunded. I asked Asikin if I could come get my tags and he said he would remove for me. Turns out, he did not remove the tags and released my vehicle to insurance so now my car and attached tags are in the ether. As of today, which is more than a month after the accident, I still have not located my tags. Asikin has not assisted me in any efforts to track down my vehicle and the only explanation I was offered was "I forgot."

I called my own auto insurance, triple A and about 4 other towing companies (including Airpark Towing) that Friday night to see if we could get a winch. Every company quoted me nearly $300 and about 45-90 min wait to get someone out. As a last resort, I tried Airpark and I was told about $180 with 30 mins wait time. The customer service, kindness, and professionalism I experienced was something I haven't experienced even in California. Jaxson came out and tried to find a way to fit his tow truck, but to no avail. He told us to wait inside the home as it was raining and quite cold, and that he would call someone out with a smaller tow truck to winch out the car. About 40 mins later, the car was winched out and we were on the road again. Thank you Airpark for your professionalism, honesty, transparency and repose during a time when my family and I were concerned how we were going to get help so late at night (that too on Friday night). To Marcello and Danny and the owners of the company, thank you for running such an amazing business. There is a reason Airpark Towing has so many 5 star reviews and I now understand why. He put on his hazards and started directing traffic. He asked if I had arranged for a towing service. I told him I hadn't yet. He told me that they didn't use AAA and told me what the amount would be for a tow. He also told me that he could get a truck there in 10 minutes. The dispatch was so nice and friendly and told me to turn my flashers on and that he is sending a driver right the way. My car was inside a parking garage qnd the entrance was only 8 feet high clearance, too low for the tow truck. So Luis surveyed the situation and decided to push the car out from the garage - a significant distance. Once outside he quickly and efficiently set up the tow, headed to the tow destination, and quickly efficiently set down the car.
