We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.

I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

Worst. Towing. Company. Ever. Stay away from this outfit!…read more 10 mile simple tow from accident scene - was charged $3,700 for three days storage. Police won't help. Takeaways from having to do business with CHD: Hiked up…read moreprices over $1,000 for a short 10 minute non-consented tow. Rude no explanation to questions. The rudeness of the employee could have been partially because of the snowstorm. I am an essential worker and had to work right after the snow storm so I get it. But they were rude nonetheless when they towed my car on Monday around 2am they failed to inform state or local police. So I was under the impression that my vehicle legal which is legally owned by my father was stolen. I contacted the towing company on Monday asking if they had my vehicle and if it could be released they said rudely that they were closed and refuse to answer questions I had about the price it they had towed my vehicle they were quick to get off the phone. I called again on Tuesday for updates and to figure out if they were open and to confirm if my vehicle was in the lot and available for pickup since my AirTag were now showing me my vehicle's location. Again I was met with a quick rude response that they going to be closed until Friday. At this point I wrote a review about my interaction with the company. Soon after their manager called me explaining the their situation and seemed to be empathetic to my situation he asked me to delete my review both on google and yelp. I edited my review positively since I thought I would be getting better customer service. They said they would open it was Tuesday morning around 9 when I receive the call from the manager. I was told I could retrieve my wallet. And my car.Everything seemed like they were turning around for me at that time but when I got there they charged me $1150.00 for having towed my vehicle 10 to 11 minutes away mind you they weren't open for two day from Monday when they towed my car around 2 am to Tuesday when I received a call that they would open around 9am Yet they've charged me $200 storage fee $100 per day. The most offensive problem came once I payed the money and I mistakenly viewed their liability waiver clause as a forced no contest compliance clause. I told them verbatim " I don't think I could sign it" I put the paper down and was thinking it over after a while I ask if I would see the invoice again the employee said no. Which made me think the clause in the invoice wasn't a liability waiver clause. I asked if I could take a photo of the clause he refused. I asked if he could hold it on the window and I'll simply reread it he refused. I then asked him if he could tell me what the clause was again he refused. Mind you all that time I had already paid . Then I received a call from the manager essentially calling me a thief, insinuating that I wanted to steal money from their company. He claimed he was being nice to me and opened the office today because of me. I appreciated being able to get my car but then he told be that I couldn't get the itemized receipt and I couldn't get my car unless I payed $1150 cash and not electronically. I went to an ATM and withdrew the money called a lawyer friend to come and check if the clause was indeed a liability waiver and not something else. It wasn't something else so that was good. This whole ordeal took about 5 hours. It could have been solved in 30 minutes with better customer service. Through the whole ordeal I was going to rate them a neutral 3 star but insinuating that I was a thief was rude and over the top. All though they've denied having taken me of a common thief in front of a bigger audience the fact that I was forced to pay through cash or money order is proof enough when others payed through Zelle Cash App or other electronic means.
