The quote was about $300 cheaper that Safelite. I was able to get an appt within a couple of days. I arrived for my appt and was greeted warmly by Nate. He made me comfortable during my stay. The waiting area is very nice and conducive work plugging up my laptop at their workstation. I had about a 3 hour wait time, so this was very handy. Free wifi access with good stable internet. I was able to remain efficient while working. I was able to listen to Nate handle calls over the phone while I was waiting. So kind and professional. He listened patiently and answered questions with care. He's the right person to have at the front desk for sure. He talked to me about my window repair and assured me that they service Tesla's frequently, which gave me instant confidence. I'd highly recommend this location. You'll be in good hands. Zuzu showcased exemplary customer assistance by throughly explaining when emailing back about the quote offered for my glass clearly in detail. When I arrived I came in the wrong door but they kindly walked me to the lobby and moved my car for me anyway. My two children came with me. They accommodated us with water and coffee. The kids played with the games in the lobby while Auto Glass updated me as we waited. It was such a good interruption from the stress of their grandma being sick. The customer service we received from that call through completion of the replacement was exceptional!! Due to our travels it was difficult to fit in an appointment, but the Safelite reps worked tirelessly with us to find the best appointment and location for the replacement. On the day of the appointment, it rained unexpectedly, and we had nowhere to provide cover to complete the service. However our tech, Michael (from the Asheville, NC office) encouraged me to think creatively to find a location and stayed with us for 30 minutes while we found a solution. He then drove an additional 15 minutes to a local garage where we could safely under cover complete the work. Michael willingness to think outside of the box and go the extra yard was unexpected and extremely refreshing! As the owner of Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals, we subscribe to the policy of "exceptional hospitality", which basically means we will look to do everything and anything to create the best guest experience for our customers; so, it was refreshing to see Michael & Safelite exhibit that same exceptional customer service to us!! They were using some kind of gel that they knew left a residue. after the third trip I realized they disconnected my dash camera and didn't say anything. Called the shop. Amanda (asst mgr) was unable to say anything except "it wasn't connected when it came in" (not true - nice thing about a dash cam is I have the video from when i pulled in) and "we aren't liable for third party devices." not sorry no request to bring it in to make it right. etc. avoid if possible and check their work if you have to go
