I was excited to have a Ledo Pizza come to Owings Mills. I have eaten at both the Pikesville and White Marsh locations. I have to say that I was disappointed with the pizza in the new location. I love the pizza crust so we ordered a deluxe pizza but the sauce was sweet. I am not a fan of sweet pizza sauce. In my opinion, it ruined the pizza. My family frequents this Ledo's often. The pizza is consistently good. Typically we get it to go but are inside with visiting family. In hindsight I wish we ate at home. We went Friday around 6 pm which seemed to be prime time. For the life of me, I couldn't understand how there was only one waitress servicing the floor AND bar. Even more strange was the fact that the gregarious owner was sitting in a booth with a woman watching this young lady skate around. We ordered appetizers and those came out with our pizza. My husband and I have always loved Ledo Pizza, and were pumped when one opened up in the neighborhood we had just moved to. I only ever get the pizza, so I can't really tell you how the other food items are. I recently discovered that I have a gluten sensitivity, which means I can't eat anything with wheat flour. Imagine my dismay! I had been to a few pizza places and had their gluten free pizza, but they were all sub-par. But Ledo's saved the day! Their gluten free pizza is THE BEST!!!! There are many places to get Pizza in NewTown but If you want a great dining in experience please don't sleep on Ledos Groffs Mills location! The owner, Frankie, bends over backwards to make you feel welcome ! He greets everyone as " My friend" and he means it! You can even host your event at his location and he will roll out the red carpet! Of course, the pizza, subs and salads will not disappoint! Food was great. I had the pizza with salami and pepperoni, extra cheese, yummy. I also had an order of wings which was great. My only complaint is that there was no wifi. That sucks everyone has wifi service!!! Needless to say and unfortunately until they have wifi I and my coworkers will not be returning to this particular establishment again... As a pizza lover from NY and New Haven, I was excited to try the new pizza spot. Ordered the 18" cheese pizza, BBQ wings, and fries last night for take out. On the phone, I reviewed the order with the guy like three times to make sure it was accurate before hanging up. I was so disappointed. The pizza was flat, dry, and boring. I really thought the crust was going to be similar to a thinner Neapolitan/Sicilian. It was some pre-made wheat thin. Yuck! They gave us fried wings and not a sign of BBQ anywhere. The shoestring fries looked like a soggy hash brown by the time we got home. Paid over $32 bucks for crap. If you are a pizza lover, don't waste your time and money going to this place. Came here again to give this place another try. Again i was disappointed. Pizza is bland. Service was off again. We ordered an app, waited a while then ordered or meals. The boys meal came out by itself. Fast forward 7 min....my meal came out. Fast forward another 10 min and the app came out. Bass ackward. No acknowledgement from our server. I have only been to this location one time and will give it another try. I was the only customer and it took a while for me to get my order of cheese fries. The music was not welcoming and the lady that waited on me was not pleasant. I assumed she owned the place. I had to say thank you as she did not thank me or say anything other than signal me that my order was ready. Last night I had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered 2 pizzas for my family for dinner. When I got home and sat down to eat my pizza halfway through one of my slices I felt a sharp pain. Imagine my surprise when I realized I was bitting into a small piece of wood in one of the slices. After I calmed myself down I called the restaurant to talk to the manager about what happened and my experience became even worst! When I spoke to the manager he was unapologetic to say the least. I was told they don't cook with wood so there couldn't have been wood in the pizza. I was offered another pizza or my money back when all I wanted was an apology and for them to insure no one else would experience what I just experienced. I was expecting just a regular cheesesteak like you can get at most halfway decent places that serve pizza and subs, but nope! The toppings were sparse and the steak was overcooked and greasy. Ordered large half and half toppings pizza, Our server didn't write down our order and it came out wrong, no surprise. Then when she fixed it by reordering another medium, she charged us for two mediums, which was more than the original large order. To compound matters, my wife ordered diet coke because she is diabetic and received regular coke instead. I don't mind mistakes, but hate to be charged MORE for them. Also, the bathroom was dirty. I was excited about having a Ledo's Pizza in the neighborhood. But unfortunately all that changed when I ordered a pizza. My pizza was suppose to be ready at 8pm. I got their at 8:02 and I was told that it wasn't ready. I waited 25 minutes and went back up to the cashier to see about my pizza. the same employee looked over at the pizzas coming out and notice that my ordered was there the whole time but it had the wrong receipt on it. When he handed it to me it was cold. I said to him that I do not want a cold pizza. He gets the owner. Well I never in my life met a owner that was in the business of serving people that was so rude. After I explained to her my pizza was sitting there for almost 30 minutes, the food was cold and I wanted my money back, she told be that she will take care of it later. I was like "No I want my refund now," I am not going to rely on you to return my money at a different time. then she said that if I take the pizza she will give me five dollars off. The place was busy and they appeared to be overwhelmed and could not handle the crowd. So I agreed to her offer. Instead of crediting $5 back to my account she handed me a $5 off coupon and told me to "take the pizza and the $5 coupon and go!"" I was like "Well I never". I said to her it is obvious that you do not know how to communicate with people. I will never return to this place of business and although, I was glad that there was a Ledos in the neighborhood, I wish this one would close for business. I've been a home owner in Owings Mills New Town for 20 years, so I was excited to see that Ledo's was coming to our neighborhood. After my experience a few minutes ago, I have to say that I am disgraced and disgusted. As I am sitting along side another customer both waiting for our orders I over heard the young male at the counter talking to another co-worker and referring to him as a "n*****". I was praying that I misunderstood what was said but the other customer said, "nope you heard him right...wow". Moments later the female owner/manager walked in and a young lady at the front counter questioned her about some sub rolls and she rudely replied, "don't worry about it, it is none of your business." Again, the other customer and I were in complete awe and both agreed that apparently some of the management and staff there have issues. This was not a good experience for a neighborhood restaurant that is supposed to create a friendly environment and eating experiences for families and other patrons. Needless to say, I highly recommend that they all go through some cultural and sensitivity training. Using a word that have such a negative connotation is a disgrace and the rude owner/manager disrespecting her employee....SMH read more

i had an absolute horrible experience. my friend and i got a sample of a soup and she order that soup but i ordered a different one. when they came out she tried mine and decided she wanted the same one as me so she politely asked the lady could she switch her soup to the same one as me and the lady says "you tried the soup so we know you liked it no sorry" like what... anyways so when we ordered our other food i told the lady i'm allergic to pickles right so then our other food comes out and there's a pickle on the plate and i was like "they still put the pickle on there" the lady said "i told them not to" , waited a few seconds then said "let me take that off for you" and put her dirty hands on my food . she really picked the pickle up off my plate. so then we ask for a manager to complain about the soup bc my friend never even touched the soup bc she didn't want it. the manager comes over and we tell him about the soup and he switches the soup out. and i tell that my service was horrible and he says "i'll take care of you next time" LIKE WTF . so THEN , the lady came back and was like "i'm sorry i don't have the authority to take it off the tab , even after you left that generous tip yesterday" this lady was mf hurt bc i didn't tip her yesterday bc the SERVICE WAS BAD . so then we leave and i left my keys there and i had to go back to get them as we were leaving the restaurant again the lady was walking in and said "you left your keys again huh? you're lucky bc i did that out of the kindness of my heart yk bc i don't get paid for that" . never again . read more
