The store sits in a hidden spot between the Pikesville post office and the staples shopping center. You have to walk down a winding set of steps to get to the door. Decent cheese steaks, decent fries. The fries were the extra crispy style that seems to be popular these days for some weird reason. I'm only commenting on service as I haven't tried the food yet. I loved Salvino's, the sub shop that used to be here. I'd call and by the time I arrived, the food was ready. I ordered online at 5:10. At 5:40 I got the notification it was ready. I arrived at 5:50 and they said the order was almost ready. That's when they started making the food. Pros: got food when I came back to the house at 6:30, Con: hangry family that was counting on eating sooner (including a particular 5 yr old). I dig their pizza. It's big. It's floppy. Some would call it N.Y. style. I call it wide-mouth style. I'm not good at coming up with names for things. Real nice cheese-to-sauce ratio. Unlike the far overrated sauce-to-cheese ratio. Each pie has a robust crispy crust that doesn't fold under pressure. Now I'm a toppings guy. Not just a toppings guy, I go full-on supreme. But in this particular case, the plain cheese was so simply satisfying, the mere idea of adding toppings would have tainted the sanctity of the humble zero-topping, plain Jane pizza. There is something so pure about a circular piece of dough topped with a slathering of sauce, spread around with the back of the ladle, topped with nothing more than a few handfuls of soft, milky mozzarella cheese. And this was it. This was all I needed. My day, which had already been elevated to near fever-pitch levels of happiness because I was reunited with long-lost family (ok, maybe just my sister who lives "kinda far away" who I rarely visit because she was being a total B that one time), ascended to new highs with the consumption of locally sourced Italian pies. I had a late night craving for wings and decided to try them out. When I walked in they had the plexi glass shield at the counter and everyone behind the counter had on a mask. I called in my order ahead of time which was an order of Honey Old Bay wings 12ct. They were ready when I arrived! Baby!!! I was not disappointed! They were generously coated with old bay and they were so crispy!! I would of liked my wings to have a bit more honey on them. So I'll ask for extra next time. And I didn't care for the blue cheese dressing that I got with it but I had some at home anyway. But other than that they were absolutely delicious!! One of my favorite local places to dine in town. Had a craving tonight and decided to try their chicken cheesesteak. It hit! I was looking for a certain flavor combo, and this did the trick since one of my favorite restaurants growing up closed years ago. We happened to stumble across this hidden gem when we got lost in the city. They always say the little basement places are the best places to eat, and this place lives up to that statement. When we first walked in, I was a little confused because the business was not being ran by any Italians, yet it was an Italian restaurant. We looked at the menu wanting to order pizza by the slice since we went that hungry, but we're told that was not an option. So we looked at the Megan's ended up ordering a small 10". They had a wide variety of gourmet pizzas that blew my mind. There were options that I had never thought of adding to a pizza. We settled on the Greek Style pizza which included feta cheese, Gyro meat, sliced tomatoes,onions and black olives. It was served with a side of garlic dipping sauce that had some other herbs in it. Our minds were blown with the first bite. I've never had a marinara sauce that tasted like that it was so flavorful and complemented all the toppings perfectly. I never would have thought of adding Gyro meat with a tomato sauce, but this worked!!!! The Gyro meat was full of flavor and moist. I wish we had been hungrier, because we would have order a Gyro. It would have probably ended up being one of the best we have ever had. We ended up adding some crushed red peppers to ours to give it a little bit of kick; which I feel was the ingredient that set the flavor profile over the top and made it exceptional. I wish we lived in the area because we would definitely have made this one of our go to places. The only reason I did not give it a five star, I would have given it a 4 1/2, was because the bathrooms were a little nasty. read more

called in an order to Pizza Brothers around 9pm on 2//7/23 for delivery and spent $40. Order was confirmed to be delivered as of 930-945. Once time hit 10pm i called the store and no answer. I called repeatedly no answer . I then left home to drive to the location only to find no one at the store. There was no notification that order could not be submitted because store was closed, website of restaurant advises of store not closing until 11pm. I would like my money refunded or order delivered next day (2/8/23). I was charged quickly but no notification of the store not being open. read more

I usually get subs, pizza and calzones from Pizza Brothers and all are very good. During the snowstorm, my father wanted to eat a decent meal so we decided to try their seafood. A Of course we were thinking ordering seafood at a pizza place would be a mistake. It was NOT a mistake, the seafood platter and the crabcake platter were delicious. Full of flavor and meaty. My coworkers and I eat here relatively frequently as we work directly across the street from them. We are always happy with our orders and everything is usually ready very quickly. I have to give credit here they were early per the delivery time the crust taste fresh the sauce had a nice flavor subtle differences from typical sauce but the topping ratio was not great. I ordered ham pineapple and banana peppers and there were more banana peppers than the ham and pineapple combined. They were not stingy on the cheese which I appreciated but wish the topping ratio was more accurate so that I could enjoy the turkey ham and pineapple that was provided. Unfortunately the pineapple came out of a can and was almost translucent lacking all of the flavor and juices that normally come with a succulent pineapple. With all the positives and the struggles I give it a 3.5 but that's not an option here. read more

This place is walking distance from where we live so we decided to walk over and try it out. Since this was our first time we decided to try a few different things off the menu. Our cheese pizza was doughy but decent if you enjoy a crust that isn't super thin. I would definitely order it again in the future. My husband had ordered boneless honey BBQ wings which he liked but they were more like chicken finger pieces than your typical boneless wings. The mozzarella sticks were your typical mozzarella sticks so those were pretty good. Overall the food was ok and we liked that they have later hours since some nights it's hard to find places in the area that are open past 9pm. Just ordered for the first time. Looking at some of the reviews I decided to order. First off the delivery time wasn't bad. I ordered a small cheese pizza, churro fries, and a cheese steak. Yes I was hungry but also wanted to see how good it was looking at the reviews. Pizza was pretty good. Wasnt the best but by far better than others I had. The churro fries were different but I kind of liked them. I haven't touched the cheese steak yet because I'm full. But I pretty sure it's good. Also I got the banana shake. DELICIOUS. Do NOT order the "lasagna" from take out. It isn't anything resembling lasagna. Closer to hamburger helper or some kind of lasagna soup. I think I counted ten broken lasagna noodles in the entire bucket of sauce. Thank god for the free Italian bread to sop up some of the sauce, which in fairness was tasty. I'll start by saying that the pizza was good and I will probably order again,however, when I called in the order I asked for the 2 pizza special at 16.99(toppings extra) I asked the guy to add extra cheese to one and the meat lovers toppings to the other basically just saving me a few dollars. Complicated I guess but not really. I also ordered crab soup which they called back to tel Me they were out of it which is no big deal but relevant in a second. After placing the order the guy goes to hang up and I ask him for the total and he says 38 and change so in my head I'm thinking that's a little much but ok so I added it up and should have only been 34-35$ again not anything serious but it does matter. So the delivery guy has trouble finding my house and when he gets here I ask him price and he tries to charge me for the soup that I didn't get. Lastly the pizza that was supposed to be a meatlovers was only peperoni and ground beef not steak,peperoni,ground beef, and turkey. This is our third time ordering from Pizza Brothers and each time has been delicious. Fast delivery, piping hot food.

First time ordering from this establishment and will probably be my last. I went on their website to order food for me and my wife. I originally was trying to get the Russian meat pies but was told on the phone that it was on their old menu. It was on their website...but ok...i instead picked a medium cheese pizza, ten honey mustard wing dings and a thing of fried mushrooms. When i got my order i looked at the wings after the fact. It wasn't honey mustard wings it was wings with honey mustard sauce. The mushrooms were raw - the breading wasn't cooked. Same with the wings, the breading was raw. Pizza was okay for hungover pizza or still drunk pizza. Nothing special. On top of everything, after all this is said and done, i looked at the menu that they give to everyone when you have delivery and sure enough -- the Russian meat pies are on that menu. So it wasn't an old menu- it was either laziness of not wanting to make that food or they don't know what's on their actual menu. I'd rather frozen pizza and heat it in the microwave. First time ordering. The pizza was good, but needed more sauce. Also, got fries, steak sub drink special. Fries were soggy and under cooked. Steak was very good, but very little meat, like really little meat. Bread was fresh. Also, we said everything, no mayo. There was a tiny bit of lettuce, like you could barely see it and raw onion. We did not specify raw onion and thought it odd as most times a steak sub has fried onions. Not sure if we will go here again, so many other pizza and sub places in the area. read more
