I really like this idea because then people can make their unique style, add in pasta salads, or load up on bread with cheese spread. The chicken gravy is a great addition to go with the mash potatoes, it was sooo savory. The fish was nicely fried and coated. But there was a soggy side to it that was facing on the plate. Our waiter was nice and kept checking on us and was apologetic regarding the long wait. Regardless of the long wait, I would come back here for the same order again. Good stuff.
