They repeatedly said they would call and follow up with insurance, but they didn't. We had to constantly chase them down ourselves just to get updates. After finally getting approved, they scheduled my procedure a month in advance--only to call the day before and cancel, saying the dentist was sick. They also said they couldn't reschedule at that time. What made things worse is when we called back with Medi-Cal on the line, they gave a completely different reason, saying the dentist had a family emergency. They couldn't even keep their story straight. This level of disorganization, lack of communication, and inconsistency is unacceptable--especially when patients are waiting months for necessary care. I would not recommend this office.

I originally went into their office by a referral of a close friend- my wisdom teeth have been bothering me for a week. I went into their office, was greeted by Letty who was extremely patient with me. I was seen right away and after my X-rays were taken, I was explained with great concern from the dentist why they wouldn't be able to do my extraction, and if I was a family member, they wouldn't do it.
