The vest was essentially brand new -- it had only been worn twice and this was the first time it had ever been cleaned. The vest cost $90. After they lost the item, the process to resolve the claim was extremely slow and frustrating. It took over a month to receive any reimbursement, and I did not receive a claims check until March 5, 2026. The negotiation process for anything over $40 was painful and difficult. To make matters worse, they only reimbursed me $60 for a vest that cost $90 and had barely been worn. Losing a customer's clothing is bad enough, but taking more than a month to resolve the issue and then refusing to reimburse the full value is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

When I walked in, Amanda (the owner) kindly greeted me with a warm smile and I explained my issue and her and her seamstress helped me right away. I realized the best thing to do was collect the blouse in question plus all of my other clothes, including the 3 dozen or so hangers we recycle from them every month or so then return them, I just turned and walked out.
