We've bought several animals from here, and they've all been healthy and lived for a long time. We still have our ferret who is now 6 years old. The two gerbils we bought nearly 5 years ago recently died of old age, but they were very fun pets. Most of the animals are allowed to be held, and they're very tame. The only animal I wouldn't suggest holding would be the dwarf hamsters... They may be cute, but they're defensive! ;) Recently we've noticed some of the animals are sickly or wounded, mainly the rodents. It could be the breeders, as the animals are often young. Otherwise all of the other animals are very tame and healthy. This is our favorite and most relied on petstore, we always go here to buy food etc. for our pets! Highly recommended!

They were amazing when it came to my step dad's dog Lucy. We had lost my step dad just a few months…read moreprior and I spent thousands trying to keep her alive, only to come home from work to find she had passed on. My spouse brought her to natures pet loss for me, and since I couldn't come to pick anything out for her, the owner personally texted me and made sure I was able to pick everything out, and kept me updated. Saturday I ended up having to put my shepherd down, and called natures pet loss to find a time to bring his body in, and she answered right away even though it was past 10 at night and met me first thing Sunday morning. The vet that I went to to put him down left me with a very traumatic experience, but natures pet loss really helped me through that. She let me know she was formerly in the medical field, and talked me through everything in terms that I as a nursing student understood a lot more; and gave me advise for if I ever have to go through it again. She even walked me through how to make a shadow box to put his paw print in. She helped me with getting him out of the car, and let me continue to say goodbye and grieve for as long as I needed to. I am so so grateful for them, and all of their help with navigating this difficult time. I will never again do a fire cremation, and will continue to bring my pets to them, and it gives me peace of mind that I know that I am getting my pet back, and only pet pet back

She was nice enough to let them know she took a different route, and they bullied and guilt tripped her. "Sorry for your loss" was all that needed to be said if anything at all after her initial message, instead my best friend who was already heart broken by her cats aggressive mammary cancer, was shamed. Im not including the entire conversation, just the first few unnecessary messages. You dont even know what route she decided to take at all. Cremation may not even be the choice she made, which is none of your business. Gross behavior by someone who deals with such delicate clientele.

I only brought Lucy there and Sally ran away from me to go there. So, I am thinking about the $100 deposit should be credited towards my account. They charge me $180 for the package to do what is needed. I had to pay $130 instead of $80. They refused me to give $100 credit towards the service. I ask them if I bring Sally on another day, they told me no credit towards her. What can I do in this situation. I am thinking about dispute it and call my Bank about my debit card.

We found the facility to be very clean and well appointed. The dogs are allowed to play all day in an outdoor common area, and then have individual kennels for sleeping. Our 2 dogs were able to share a kennel. After inspecting the premises, the owner suggested we leave our 2 dogs for a complimentary "play date", so that everyone, dogs and attendees could become comfortable. All of the people we met here were obviously dog and other animal lovers. We picked our dogs up from the play date, and a few days later went to drop them off for a week. As soon as we pulled in the parking area, the dogs began to whine with excitement. They remembered their play date, and were glad to be back! We rarely leave our dogs behind when traveling, so they were not accustomed to being kenneled in a new environment. We were so pleased when we picked them up, to squeals of happiness. Over the next several days it was obvious that our dogs had received excellent care, and lots of attention during their stay. Our big Golden Retriever has a new habit of rolling over for you to scratch his stomach, the moment you give him any attention. Obviously he got a lot of attention and affection during his stay. It's nice to know that Precious Pets has such exceptional care for pets, and is so conveniently located. We will have no hesitation about entrusting our animals to their care in the future!

Have been bringing my pup back every since and she just loves the staff and the other dogs to play with. She gets a terrific workout and naptime so when I pick her up she is all played out and just cannot wait to go back. Great place for working people who want their dogs to have a good day instead of sitting home alone. Prices are terrific but most importantly it is knowing that my pup is safe and happy and in great hands. Truly recommend this place for working dog owners or just to give your dog a play date to socialize.
