New to the area. Tried a few salons for my nails. Landed in this one the last few times. They do a great job on my nails but the place could be cleaner. The plexiglass between the client/techs is really dirty. The stations need to be cleaned up. The shelf behind the pedi chairs is thick with dust. The rolly carts are just dirty. Excellent manicure and pedicures. The salon is clean and well staffed. All technicians are excellent and despite heavy traffic, they take the time to make sure the manicure is impeccable. I travel a lot and get manicures on the road but am always happy to get back to ProNails where I know I will get and excellent manicure! Highly recommend. read more

The service I received was alright. Was taken right away, and the technician was friendly. As anyone knows, the best part of a pedicure is the foot massage which they have basically extracted from the procedure. Beware, they make up the prices when you go to pay. The website isn't accurate. The manager told me they raised prices due to COVID. OK? But you've had over a year to update your website to the "COVID" prices. Made and appt with a friend 6:00pm. (close at 7:00) They started vacuuming at 6:30, near where we were sitting, doesn't make for a relaxing experience. Neither does the owner taking a call via speaker phone with her tired upset child, or speaking very loudly in her native tongue about Hawaii. To top it off she over charged both of us. On a positive note the mani/pedis came out great. NOT the place to go for a relaxing experience! read more

I've been here a few times for a pedicure. They do a good job and focus on scrapping callous and dead skin in addition to a nice foot and lower leg massage. They trimmed nails short which is how I like them. read more

I'm giving this one star because of the very poor customer service and the degrading treatment I received when coming here. I went in for a full set and pedicure. I asked the lady about was doing my nails, I believe her name is Tammy to cut them short when she asked me what length I wanted. After she cut two nails, I realized that it was a little too short and kindly asked her if she could make them longer. Next thing I know, she began yelling at me and saying that I wanted them short and now I want them long. I understand why she was upset, but the way she spoke to me was very degrading and embarrassing.. Everyone in the salon was looking at me as she yelled for a few minutes straight and then began to speak to her coworkers probably about me. I suspect that if I was a regular customer or white, I would not have been spoken too the way that I was. After she finished with the set, I left and went to get a pedicure somewhere else. UPDATE: I gave the owner a call to let her know how I felt with the treatment of customer service from her and she hung up on me. I got my nails done on Thursday and by Saturday they started falling off. I haven't even done dishes. It is now Monday and I have one nail left on my left hand and three left in my right. read more

I would not recommend using Pro Nails for waxing. I just had a nightmare experience that no one should ever have to experience. To start, the person doing my eyebrow waxing smelled like cigarette smoke. Secondly, they literally waxed my skin off. When putting on aloe after my waxing, I was burning so much that I shot up to see what was going on since this is not something I experienced before in my 20 years of waxing my eyebrows. When I looked in the mirror my heart dropped as both of my eyelids were bleeding - lots of unstoppable bleeding. I immediately asked for the owner or manager who had to stop what she was doing to help me and try to fix the problem. While the manger was nice, that employee should never again be allowed to wax another person. Needless to say, I will not be returning and please be cautious of using their waxing services. read more

Went here for the first time today to treat myself for my birthday. Great little place and I loved the nails I got done. I got tips & acrylics with gel polish. They came out fantastic. Great section of colors and great job! I'll be going back for my fillings here too! Called and got same day appt too! Update 4/24 I got the gel manicure and it's still perfect after many dishes and LOTS of yard work. I'm amazed. Not one chips and I still don't need a fill 17 days later! 5/4 UPDATE: Although I had a good first experience I have to update this. I got full tips and acrylics and gel polish my first visit (that I posted at the top of this). It cost $50. I want back for a fill and gel polish and it cost me the same amount $50 plus a $10 tip. $60 every two weeks is not sustainable for me. I didn't want my nails square either they don't look right on me and I cannot work my job with them. She refused to oval shape them. She refused the first visit as well but I didn't think too much about it. My nails should be how I want them. I have to live with them. They told me I had to get the gel it lasts longer and better for my nails. Come to find out from a different salon the only difference with the gel is it dries faster for the technician. Aughhh. Paying $10 more for gel just so she can finish sooner, I don't think so. Still going to have to get a fill from growth the color isn't doing me any good. Have tried them three times, once went home with an open cut near my big toe and ended up with infection. I have gone here multiple times to get manicures and there have been no problems. But i have gotten a pedicure here twice in the last few months and both times i have gotten really bad toe infections. When i went there the second time, i told them about the toe infection and asked them to be very gentle as to not hurt my feet. The first five minutes were great, but then the lady got up and switched out with another woman. She then gave me the most aggressive and painful pedicure i have ever gotten. I am very pleased with my pedicure. I walked in a little after 6pm, and although there were still quite a few patrons being helped, they agreed to see me in 30 minutes. I was happy to wait, and didn't wait any longer than the estimate. I was a little disappointed that the chairs aren't massage-style, but this isn't worth taking away a star. Omg I am so unlucky when it comes to my nails. I stopped getting manicures because my nails would chip after a week! It upset me because I was spending $25 a week for nails that never lasted. Mt friend introduced me to Pro nails in Sudbury and I swear I will never let another salon touch my nails! I get the gwl nails and they last forever, I need a redo because my nails have grown out not because they chipped! I can go at least 3 weeks although I recommend at least 2.5. By far one of the best nail and skin care salons in Sudbury! I had an absolutely wonderful outstanding experience! After work, all I wanted was to get pampered and relax. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and I was properly greeted as soon as I walked in. They are very meticulous when it comes to customer's needs and safety first. The salon is cleaned daily within the day, color polishes are neatly organized, customer service beyond extroadinary, price range is fair, operation of business is well maintained. One of the best place to get a massage during a pedicure or manicure. I wouldn't complain if they charged me $2 to use my credit card due to their service and it's not illegal. 12/16/17 went here and got a dip gel manicure for the first time. My sister got one on the Cape and loved it. She was told it would last up to 3 weeks and it did! So I went to this salon for the first time. My appointment was for 9am and I was the first customer. Many staff were cleaning and it took a while to get me started. Also not good is the very little English spoken. When I tried to ask questions, the manicurist got a little defensive. I was excited for this to last for at least 2 to 3 weeks taking me through New Years. While preparing dinner at Christmas, my nail gel came right off my fingers! I now have 3 left on! So 30 minutes ago I went in to show her, and she was not helpful and said I told you the other gel was better.....don't remember that (or we didn't understand each other) and there was no offer for redo, apology, or compensation.
