I was a little nervous trying a new salon, especially since I have hyperhidrosis, but Julie made me feel so comfortable and reassured me not to apologize about my hands. She was incredibly kind and understanding, which truly meant a lot to me. Julie's mom did my pedicure, and it was the most relaxed pedicure I've had in a long time. I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. I have been coming to this salon for quite some time approximately 6 visits with my mother and three daughters and I have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. The technician who worked on my nails, whom I believe was named Kevin, appeared to become frustrated when I politely pointed out that several of my nails were not straight and were leaning slightly to the right or left. I simply asked that they be corrected before the service was completed. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect attention to detail, especially when it comes to nail services. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally and making the necessary adjustments with a positive attitude, he became noticeably rude and asked if I wanted someone else to finish the service. I specifically told him that I wanted him to continue and simply correct the issues I had pointed out. Instead of resolving the concern, his demeanor made the experience uncomfortable. I consider myself a respectful and professional person, and I always communicate concerns politely. That is why I was surprised by the way I was treated, especially at such a beautiful salon where I have consistently had good experiences in the past. The atmosphere in the salon was pleasant, but the service I received from this particular technician did not reflect the level of professionalism I have come to expect. While I will continue to appreciate the salon itself, I cannot recommend receiving services from this technician based on my experience. Customer feedback should be welcomed as an opportunity to ensure satisfaction, not met with frustration or rudeness. The woman doing my toes insisted that she could fix my eyebrows because they were "uneven" and then proceeded to rip a chunk my of eyebrows off, while somehow managing to remove the thick hair I have in the MIDDLE of my eyebrow (the hair that's supposed to remain) . Ended up coming to this place for my nails on a Sunday just because the place I usually go to had a long wait and my family & I couldnt wait that long. So when we got here my sister, mom and my daughter were started pretty quickly within 5-10 min and then I was about 15 min later unfortunately. I did a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. i found the regular pedicure to be quite expensive for $29 when it was VERY BASIC - not even a hot towel wrap after...that was extra. I did a basic color so it couldnt really be messed up, no complaints on that. A gel manicure is $30 BUT if you already have a gel polish on and have to remove, then gel mani is $35+ if you do any design. But now thats regular gel polish...for anything else like dip or liquid gel...its way more than that. I included a picture of the price list when the services they offer. Service was nothing out of this world as it wasnt memorable. Usually other salons offer some water or have a nice ambience to it, but this one didnt to me. For the money paid, dont think it was worth it and the color selection wasnt too die for but they had a lot to pick from. I included pictures of my nails ad the two colors I used by the brand Chance? I had a horrible experience with Lu. I arrived about an hour before they closed. He did not seem like he wanted to do my nails or concerned about doing it to my liking. I felt like he just wanted to get it over with. When I asked for my nails to be shorter and shaped as I requested he seemed annoyed and mumbled "oh my God" under his breath. Although I showed him a picture of what I wanted, my nails look nothing like what I asked. To make matters worse, he got very rough even cutting and bruising my cuticles on several nails. I will never go there again. I suggest that when customers make a request if you are unable or unwilling to provide your services to satisfaction, that you state that upfront. Look elsewhere for acrylic nail refill. Stopped in today for an acrylic nail refill plus gel polish. I called at 4:15pm and got an appointment for 5pm. Went in at 4:47pm and was taken right away by a man sitting right in the front. I was out of there by 5:13pm. The fastest refill ever. I felt rushed, no special attention and my nails have many misses (polish mistakes, rough edges). On top of not being satisfied with my nails, the man doing my nails was in charge of answering the phone and tending to patrons who came in. He picked up the phone and took appointments atleast 8 times in the short time I was there. Each time he would stop doing my nails and talk on the phone. Then when he was done he would start back up and two times doing the same nail he did before he picked up the phone. The salon itself smelled very strong and was not clean. My area had lots of shavings around and there was no place for my large bag (there was a tiny hook which would be suitable for smaller bags). Big skip for me. Now she wouldn't Do my pedicure the past two times. Today she gave me to another girl who did a good pedicure. When it came time for my dips, Ivy was wishy washy about doing my nails. So I decided to give the other tech a try. I asked for a French Dip. Well, she proceeded to put very thick white gel on top of the dip, and it looks terrible. Aside from being thick, heavy and crooked, I had to ask her to put a polish over the white to tone it down . So now more layers on gel! I must have 6 layers or more of dip, gel and more gel! She needs to speak English! She was very sweet, but didn understand a word I said. Never is the 20 years of having my nails done have I had such terrible service!i i will go back one more time. But Ivy has to do the French dip on my nails, and someone else can do the pedicure if Ivy doesn't want to do it, I am trying to support a small neighborhood business. I really like this place a lot. No appointment, just called before driving here and they saw me right away for a mani and a pedi. I am a soap and water girl...so pampering and treating myself is a rarity. Because of that, im wary when it comes to these places and kind of an awkward turtle. But the tech, Becky, was very nice and did an amazing job on both the pedi and mani. The chairs were massage, and she took extra time to massage and exfoliate my feet and hands. I didn't feel like she rushed at all, yet the mani and pedi only took and hour. So super efficient! I got a neutral tone color so that it could match with a lot of outfits for work and I love it! I always go gel nails (just stays longer and I like the look and feel) and the nail polish brand I usually opt for is OPI. Overall, really great place and not too pricey. It was about $50 for both. This is the worst experience I've had with this business. I have been coming here since 2018 and I've had nothing but praise. I bring my family and friends when they come to town. I've never had any issues until today. I have a business trip and my flight leaves tonight, so I booked an early appointment to get my nails done. I was on a time crunch so it should have been a quick gel manicure and simple pedicure, so I could move on to the rest of my errands. I booked online and choose one of the available techs, Toni. I have never done my nails with him, but it shouldn't matter anyone who works should be able to do a good job and he was available so it made my life easier to pick who was there at that time. Well I was wrong, not only was it messy, but the gel reached past my cuticles and started to lift. Seeing as I had respect for the establishment and had other things to do I decided to not cause a scene and not insult Toni in front of his peers and customers, Toni was really nice, I left and called back in the afternoon. I explained the situation politely and respectfully and asked, since I could not come back nor did I have the time at the moment, to get my nails re-done when I came back from my trip or get a refund for the disatrous manicure. Instead of having a polite response, I was met with quick, snappy, aggressive, and all-around rude responses: "Why did you choose Toni then?" to which I repeat anyone at their establishment should be able to do something as simple as a gel manicure "You should have said something then, you would have offended us anyways" I was trying to be considerate I could have called them out in front of all the customers, on a packed Sunday mind you, but I decided to be kind and know that causing a scene would have caused them more trouble They kept blaming me for this and were very rude. The "solution" they offer was that they give no refunds and unless I could come back today would re-do it and charge me half price whenever I decided to come back, I would have been okay with this if it wasn't for the fact that they were so rude. Horrible customer service. This will be the last time I ever come here, honestly, I'm disappointed and feel all the time and my family and I have spent here was a waste. So I lee nails is usually my go-to nail spa. I usually get my nails dipped and I love them. However, this time was a little different. I walked in to an almost empty spa, one other woman receiving a manicure and that was it. I was asked what I wanted and immediately taken to a seat. Jack began to remove my old dip manicure, and that's when I knew it was bad. He quickly drilled all of the nails cutting two of my fingers, and sticking a cotton ball with acetone on them. My fingers were BURNING, but I don't like to complain so I sucked it up and dealt with it. He then began cutting and filing my nails. I like to keep my natural nails long so I asked him not to cut them just to file them. He quickly and mindlessly filed them and my thumbs were completely uneven. Fast forward to him actually dipping my nails, he rushed the entire process and even touched some of the nails leaving a print. Right before finishing the top coat he dusted off the nails with a black brush leaving little black specks all over my nails. Instead of brushing off the black specks he left them and painted a top coat. He asked me to go wash my hands and before I even made it to the sink he walks away and yells "pay at the front". I didn't even get a chance to ask him to fix it! So I go to the front and they charged me to remove the old dip polish (which was done by them). I have never been charged to remove posh before so I was confused. Next time I go I'm going to explain everything and show them the pictures I took. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This was The most painful, horrible, unflattering manicure. My french manicure, had a liquid red base which made my white tips pink. He had everything wrong and I couldn't wait to get out of that place. Cheap polishes and terrible quality of tools, not sanitary, he refused to soak my nails and ripped all them off. I have 7 real nails left under this plastic garbage. It is crooked and not good at all! The nails are curving upward and it is incredibly thick. It's expensive for terrible quality. The white is mushy and all chipped, there's pinkish reddish polish on some nails, the white is uneven. This looks incredibly tacky. Save your money, it'll go to waste. read more

I don't come here often unless I am in the area. I like that there are a lot of technicians available so the wait is almost nonexistent. I have had gel manicures, powder manicures and regular manicures here. Their pedicures are great and very relaxing. I had Lilly as a technician and she is GREAT! She doesn't say much but that's okay, quiet time is rare for me and welcomed. She takes her time making sure each toe is up to her standards, my heels are smooth and my finger nails are all manicured and even. I love the way she paints my nails.
