The worst nails place I have been in!! The lady burned my cuticle with the electrical file and it was bleeding, and right after she asked me to put the finger into Acetone!! She never said " I am sorry " they never gave me a bandaid. At the entrance they have a sign " new clients get a 10% discount and a drink." I went to this nail salon because a friend recommended it to me for their pricing, which was very good compared to other nail salons. They even had a Black Friday deal. However, after I sat down, I noticed the lady next to me was upset that her nails were being rushed by the nail tech. Although I was happy with my own nails, the nail techs don't really make eye contact or engage in small talk. It also feels more like a family business than a professional salon, since the nail techs talk to each other across the room while customers are right in front of them, which I found slightly unpleasant. I have been to this nail salon multiple times and have received great customer service. This past weekend I was in town visiting and decided to stop by to get a fill with French. The employee who attempted to complete my service did a HORRIBLE job and did not give me what I asked for. I went to the manger to express my concerns and he stated that I can come back to get them fixed after I STILL paid for this piss poor service. When I come back a couple days later to get my nails fixed he proceeds to say "you will need to pay more money for the French". What type of business is this if I need to pay more money because your employee doesn't know how to do nails. I had to attend my brothers party with nails looking like a toddler did it. Decent Nail Salon for a mall. Prices are reasonable and an appointment wasn't necessary for a Thursday evening. However I can see where an appointment would be recommended as there weren't many nail techs on hand when I came in. I walked right in and was taken right away but by the time I left everyone had a customer. Decent quality of service provided. Wish there was more attention given to my feet during the pedicure but maybe I needed to chose a specific pedicure in order for that to happen instead of just the basic. Mimi came over and found a polish combo for my toes that seemed very similar to the powder color I had chosen for my fingers. I've never had that experience before and was really impressed by that. This place has really lost it. I've been here several times and the last two attempts to make an appointment with Mimi were handled unprofessionally. The first time Mimi was obviously available, just walking around with her hands behind her back. When I asked if she had availability, she said "ummm why don't you come back in an hour?" I was so confused because it was very clear she didn't have anyone. So I asked her if she did. She said no but to come back in an hour. WTH?!?? To give them the benefit of the doubt, I tried again the weekend after. This second time, I called to make an appointment and the owner answered and said Mimi was available. When I came in for my appointment, Mimi had the nerve to tell me to come back in 45 minutes! She was again walking around the salon and it was very clear she had nothing to do. I told her I made an appointment with her and she just repeated to come back in 45 minutes. I am never coming back to this salon and I know for a fact that I am not the issue. This is the worst experience I ever had in a nail salon, the manager/owner is rude and does not care about costumer care/satisfaction at all, I went there last week to get a dip manicure and was done horribly the nails started chipping only 3 days after and went back there, the manager fixed one but the color looks different, the next day 3 more nails chipped I requested to please redo the set because the color difference is obvious and I was pretty sure of the name and number of color I originally picked He offered to redo if I paid half of the full fee, I couldn't believe it I already paid 48 dollars and have so many issues with it and he wants more money and completely denied the possibility of a refund or redo at no charge. Although that was long as I walked around the mall for about 20 minutes and then called Call to check if they were ready for me yet. At that point he told me that I didn't write my name on the list. She had a horrible experience and the woman (i think her name was Mimi) cut her finger with the cuticle scissor after she told her not to cut the cuticles too short. She ended up cutting her finger on the side. They blamed her for moving. The owner or Manager was rude and unprofessional and said to "get an attorney." I went to this salon less than 2 weeks ago, to be exact 1 week and 3 days. I was little worried about coming to this salon because of the pass reviews but because my friend had already gone a few times and never had an issue I took her word for it. I got dip done with tips & I couldn't have been more disappointed that I spent 70$ and 4 of my nails have broken completely off and it hasn't been two weeks (AT LEAST). Please try to avoid this place at least with nail enhancements. I've been here three times so far and thought I had found "my place" but unfortunately my last experience with one of the workers, MIMI was very upsetting. I texted her a week before to see if she had availability for a certain day of the week before I flew out for my bridal shower in New York and she ever got back to me. The day I went i was prepared to sit with someone else just this one time since I really needed my mani, pedi, and eyebrows done. Once I arrived, she was there and told me to come back in two hours because she had an appointment, I explained to her I was catching a flight in four hours and really needed to get my nails done now. So to avoid having me see someone else she rushed me to her table very upset. That was the first thing, I tried to make conversation, she rudely ignored me. Once my manicure was done she "shooed" me to the back for my eyebrows ( she took an entire piece off my eyebrows and left them very uneven.) It doesn't stop there, it was time for my Manicure and she rushed it so much that she cut me and my toe ended up being infected for the weekend of my bridal shower. I'll add that she doesn't clean her tools between customers so beware. You would have thought she was doing my nails for free. I even left her a tip bc I'm a nice person but she didn't deserve it. It's terrible that once you think you find someone good, they disappoint you. If I ever come back here I won't be seeing her ever again. The prices are reasonable but what happened to the customer is always right. This salon seemed like they would accommodate me and my tight schedule, at least I thought they were going to. When they called and said they could fit me in, it was right when they called, no notice and when I got there 5 minutes later, the man claimed to have called me 4 times and that because I (supposedly) wasn't answering that he had to rush my appointment. I showed him on my phone that I only had 1 call from him and it was the one I answered, but he insisted he called 4 other times and that my phone was wrong... Never once said sorry, just put Vaseline on them. Then after I walked out I noticed on my skin on EVERY tip of my nails there was gel polish in the skin.
