The worst in my life!! I was referred to Ben and used him 2 weeks ago, I made an apt for 3:00 today when I was leaving that apt. I got a confirmation ( see attached) today for my apt. Apparently Ben was double booked. I'm leaving here now pretty shook. The other client complained loudly while he was rushing through my nails. I was cut and bleeding and my nails look like big, huge wide lumps! It was handled so poorly. Because I don't want to wait for a police report, I paid the $47 dollars. I now have to try to go somewhere else and have my nails redone. What a joke. This place is garbage and Ben was pathetic as welll as the owners. read more

When they've come off or the Polish was damaged it was repaired free of charge. However, I do wish they had a separate room for eyebrow waxing like most other places. I get a gel manicure and a pedicure every 2 weeks and it always comes out perfect and no problems. I'm not sure what the girls name is but I always get here and she doesn't speak much English which is fine because I don't want to talk to anyone when I'm having my me time lol she cut me a few times and then I had someone tell her to be careful and it never happened again. Im not picky..... i pick a color... thats it! But if I'm paying for something I do expect not to be burned and not for a 30 minute service to take over an hour. The owner tried to "fix" the problem when i finally spoke up after sitting quietly for an hour. He basically drilled down all my nails and started from scratch. Now my cuticles were on fire from being burned with the drill. I was in there well over an hour for the dip polish. To top it off,my nails look horrible!!!! They don't look like they're growing out of the nailbed at all. They're super thick my cuticles are all burned up and they still had the nerve to charge me full price. Being in this industry I gave this owner an opportunity to make the situation right and he was an epic fail. I will never be back. Reading the other reviews that people get burned all the time.... This place is very close to where I live so it is extremely convenient (and they are open on Sunday's). However, they quality and customer service is lacking...every time I go back I instantly regret it when I walk out. They are quick which I like but not if the quality is sacrificed. The one thing that bothers me the most is the attitude of "most" of the nail techs. It's as if it's a bother to them that you came in. They speak to each other in a different language which I normally don't have an issue with but when they are all standing around watching the tech do my manicure I can't help but think the conversion is about me. I was looking for a new place to try out...what a mistake coming here...my nails are ruined! Taking them off and some of them were ridiculous to come off which I've never had such a big problem getting them off before. My thumb is all messed up. Pulled nail and skin off at the edge...was bleeding some as well. Such a horrible place to go to. Never again will I go back!!! I was with my friend & the only thing I didn't like I asked may my friend sit by me because we like to chat while getting our nails done but they told us no. So I didn't like that. But I got a gel manicure! Very beautiful, and they were so reasonable! i paid $25. And I usually pay that just for gel. I also got my eyebrows done and they did a pretty good job. I was coming home from a late practice at my school, the salon was almost closed and they were cleaning up. I asked if they could take us(we had 3 ppl), and they said "yes". They had a lot of color choices, but I ended up choosing white. My nail person barely spoke english, and i had to constantly tell him to take away more of the cuticles. He painted my nails were fast and the nails looked nice. However, when I got home, 2 of the fingers already chipped. I didn't get too upset and repainted them myself. I was leaving to camp the next day , so I wanted not to worry about the nails. Little did I know that in the next 2 days, ALL of my nails started chipping, and by the end of the camp, half of my nails were broken. read more

I do not recommend this place anyone.it is a total joke they charge $45 for acrylics and when you get a nail replaced they charge $35 that is ridiculous every time I go they change the prices.The nails are never completely painted.there there are always spot that's missing our polish with air bubbles or streaks of the nail polish they fall off within a week and they don't seem to care about it. I've been coming here with all of my sister and mother for over 10 years and my experience two days ago has uprooted the whole family to a new salon. We've had 3 bridesmaid parties there over the decade as well as going in multiple times with other clients. Two days ago i went in for a SIMPLE next gen manicure figuring i had 2.5 hours before work that id be in and out no problem. That's where I went wrong. The managers sat me with someone at a table in the front with someone who had no license present or even posted (first red flag) then she does my dip 3 times (should be twice with a clear then drilled) she cut me 5 times..... i only have 10 fingers and im a server so how can i work without being in pain? Got switched to the manager and she still made me pay, late to work, upset, fingers in pain, a write up for being late, VISIBLY UPSET and was still expected to pay and tip. Decided to give Lee Nails another chance. Went back to Lee Nails today with my sister for mani/ pedis. On their website it says a basic mani/ pedi is $32.00. I figured they would charge me a little extra since I get gel polish on my nails. Little did I know that when all was said and done I would end up paying for a gel manicure AND a pedi instead of the combo. I wound up paying $47.00 for two services instead of the combo and not only that, one person did my toes and a second person did my fingers so I wound up having to pay a double tip as well. My sister only had one person do both her toes and fingers, so even though she got charged $47.00 also , she only had to tip one person. When I asked why two different people worked on me, his excuse was that not everyone knows how to do a gel manicure. So train them!! In the end not only did I get ripped off by having to pay for two services instead of one ( mani/pedi combo) I also had to tip two separate people. No more chances for Lee Nails. My usual spot was slammed on a Saturday afternoon and my mother and I happened to be in this plaza on 84 and pine island when we stumbled across this particular nail shop. Friendly staff, clean equipment all around, and the space is huge! They have a large staff as well so even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait at all. Definitely coming back soon. read more
