When I walked in, I was politely greeted and told it would be about 20 minutes until they could start my service. I ended up waiting about 40-45 minutes for my service to start, which I was a bit disappointed with. I don't mind there being a wait when I come as a walk in but I wish I was given a more realistic estimate when I came in of when I'd be seen. The pedicure I got was nice, I feel that he did a good job. The price for a gel pedicure was quite reasonable in my opinion ($42). I'd definitely come back in the future, but will be sure to make an appointment.

I had some concerns regarding square shape as I've gone to other salons and they aren't done properly, however here they did so great with the square shape. I gotta say this place is nice. It is very very nice and the staff are very friendly they make you feel comfortable. My tech was Ms Sina, she did my pedicure and she did a great job. She was very gentle and communicative. She spoke English and her language, which is Cambodian. Also, there is a bar and drinks and water is available upon request. Kudos to her and the staff for a job well done.

Incredibly skilled artist who can do anything you ask. If there's something she can't do she's honest and works with you to find a solution. Bring pictures, tell her what you're inspired by and she will make it happen. Sina, is also incredibly skilled and quick. Tiger gives the best pedicure IMO but everyone does well. Pedicures are a bit more expensive but it's because it's what a deluxe pedicure would be anywhere else. They didn't soak off my old gel polish but instead drilled it off. Nail shaping is kind of uneven. I prefer round nails but got more of a square shape on most of them. No hand massage. Light colored polish started fading at the tips as soon as that evening. Day 4 and no chips or breaks just faded tips. I don't live here and didn't have time to go back and get them fixed. It was my own fault for not checking the card, but they showed no consideration for me as a regular customer. I was told that I had essentially thrown $45 in the trash, even though the money remains in their account. I find that inconsiderate. I've never seen a gift card with an expiration date before. My daughter goes for the experience and simply wants to have her toes cleaned up and painted. Her feet and toes were already clean, so I don't understand why there was a need to pick and dig at her toes so aggressively. Afterward, my daughter told me that the technician cut her and that she felt like the woman did it on purpose. I was sitting right next to her, but unfortunately my daughter didn't tell me what had happened until later. I really wish she had told me at the time because I absolutely would have addressed it right there on the spot. Following the pedicure, her toe became swollen and she developed an infection, and now we are still dealing with the damage to her nail. As a parent, that is extremely upsetting . Perhaps the stuff she used was also not sanitize. What also bothers me is the attitude and treatment we have experienced. The technician can be mean, and it seems that when you don't pay the additional $5 fee, from $35 to $40, the quality of the service changes. A customer--especially a teenager--should not be treated differently or made uncomfortable because they don't pay an $5.00 fee. A pedicure is supposed to be an enjoyable experience. There was absolutely no reason for my daughter's toes to be picked at to the point that she was cut. And then not tell the parent, Nail technicians should be careful, sanitary, professional, and respectful of their clients. it was the oldest lady there, she usually does pedicure. there's better salon near the area with better proper care and professionalism.

I stated I did not want the dye near my roots, due to not wanting to mess up the natural red hair I have, the dye went all the way up. Some streaks darker than others, was supposed to be a dark red but came out a dark brown, and the hair is shorter in the back than it is in the front.

During my first visit, I paid approximately $60, including tip, for a gel refill. Within only two days, several nails had chipped and the polish began peeling. When I returned to have them corrected, the response was dismissive, and I was told that the color was simply "supposed to do that." I did not feel that the quality of the service matched the price, nor was the issue handled professionally. Despite that experience, I later decided to give the salon another chance. Unfortunately, the customer service was still an issue. After the salon provided me with the wrong total--and after my friend and I had already been overcharged--the owner followed me outside to my car, knocked on my window, and demanded an additional $5. The situation could have been resolved calmly inside the salon, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. No apology was offered for the billing confusion or the interaction afterward. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters. Between the premature chipping, inconsistent billing, and poor handling of my concerns, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.
