This place is my go to. They have the option of doing bonder gel , which is a great option to not damage your nails and come in for a fill in. Susann is the best nail tech/artist. My nails look always amazing with her. And I'm never bored with my colors. She also does a great job of cleaning the cuticle. Everyone here is very friendly. This shop has great customer service. All the employees are friendly, kind and attentive to client needs. I walked in for a gel pedicure on a Friday afternoon while visiting town. Nina was amazing. You can tell that she truly cares about a job well done, pays close attention to customer service detail, she's also very sweet. Wish I lived in Orlando, anyone looking for a nail shop with great quality, prices and customer service, give them a visit. Annie was very hospitable. 5/5 stars. I'm visiting from the west coast and this place was close to my hotel and they take online reservations. So I was able to make an appointment same day. I don't really have anything negative to say about this place. When I got there at 11:45a, it was fairly quiet and empty (2 customers). The tech that did my pedi also did my fill in. I got the deluxe pedicure and she spent about 45 minutes. The foot exfoliation could have been a little better. Pricing was pretty standard- $40 for the pedi, $40 for the fill with gel, plus an additional $15 for the cut down and design. I don't know the techs name, her hand painting skills aren't the best, but they're not the worst either. I'm not sure if offering water or something to drink was standard, but I heard it offered to others- was not offered to me. Overall, I give my service appointment a 3/5. read more

The establishment itself is well kept, and clean. The pricing however is a bit disturbing. I paid $50 for a regular fill in, no paint. They charged $10 extra for using nude powder, which is ridiculous...even $5 is unnecessary, but $10 is diabolical. They also charged me $10 extra to fix what they said was 2 nails, when in reality it was only 1 nail that had to be fixed the other was a regular fill. Mind you, I paid $45 two weeks prior at the same place for a FULL SET. Instead of causing a scene, I paid the $50 but will not be returning. read more

Very nice establishment. An (one of the male nail techs) did a wonderful job on my nails and was very friendly! I do think they are a bit over priced though.The lady who polished my nails told me that the design i wanted could only be done with gel polish otherwise "the brush wouldn't work" and it wouldn't look good. Acrylic full sets are $35+ and I was charged an additional $20 for getting the almond shape and moon tips (no gel polish). I would've expected that kind of price with gel polish... so I adamantly requested the regular polish also bc I don't like to us the UV light and I change my polish often. I didn't like how pushy she was being and I felt she charged me the $55 as a way to still get the same amount our of me but I couldn't prove that since $35+ is a bit vague. Also, I've had regular polish on acrylics several times and it looks just as good. I recommend you tell your nail tech exactly what you want and get a rate BEFORE they get started to avoid this. Lastly, and what was most alarming was when I was finished getting polished and sent to set my hand to dry, I noticed one of my cuticles were burning. When I look, I saw it bleeding but the nail tech didn't say anything or try to cure it. I felt An nick it earlier while filling my cuticles but didn't see the blood until later. Nail techs should immediately stop servicing a client if they begin bleeding to keep themselves as well as others safe. read more

Tourist go here!!! We had a wonderful and relaxing experience while visiting for a cruise. The staff was skilled and easily took care of the three of us and our different needs! I had one particular artist who had mastery and speed (as we were on a time crunch). I got my favorite nails(EVER) and a rockin pedicure! read more

A week after my nail butchering aka pedicure and I have a nasty toe infection. Mind you, they charged me full price even though she ripped the crap out of my toe. I'd stay away from this place if you want to keep all of your toes or at least make sure you have decent health insurance, you're going to need it. read more

I did a gel manicure and it was good. A blackhead removal on my nose, a collagen eye mask, lip wax all of these services were good. But MY EYEBROW IS GONE! I asked for a clean up as i like to keep my eyebrows thick and full, she waxed it off and created a short and high arch ... no wonder she didn't give me a mirror to see before I left.With me running out of time, I didn't think to look until i had already paid and walked half way back to my hotel. I haven't written a review in a long time but I feel like I have to now. I spent $100 on Thursday feb 9th, it is now Wednesday feb 15th and my nails look like garbage. I haven't gone to this nail salon in like a year and now I remember why. I should've known it was going to be a crap experience when I got a $50 "hot stone pedicure with a lotion massage" and there was only hot stones and no lotion massage. The $50 pedicure lasted for exactly 30mins. Mind blown. I feel like my nails were done crappy because the lady doing my nails was a older lady and she kept pushing gel pedicure and I said no then when I went to get the dip on my nails she kept pushing for a dip mani and I said no and she was like mad. Take your $100 somewhere else. Literally less than 6 days and that's so ridiculous to have nails looking like this. read more

I believe in opportunities!! Second time going to this place! 3 weeks ago and yesterday for my fill. A lots of things could be but no matter what is they fault! $40 for fill plus $15 for the gel polish and $15 for two repair nailsreally to get this? I don't even from here! I was here for vacation!! And I paid less and better quality where I live!! Well, Any of these problems may have happened! 1. cheap powder (bad quality) 2. bad application of the powder filling 3. Horrible. Pedicures are over priced for little services. They try to minimize all the products they use on you, I'm assuming to lower cost. She use a quarter size amount of lotion for both legs and feet. The massage was a dry rub.... If you're getting a pedicure DO NOT COME HERE. read more

My pedicure looks good, so far... This may have been the quickest pedicure I've every had. But note, I was pressed for time and even though I didn't communicate this, I was in and out in 20-25 minutes. I suppose this could be good for some. Or a less sought after experience depending on what you're looking for in a pedicure. The pedicurist was friendly and moved quickly. Not skipping a beat in the steps. I can understand why some other reviewers may say their nail tech seems less focused. This place is huge with a lot of chairs and some techs. This fast service can come across as less personal or possible communication loss. This all worked for me due to my timing. However, I do admit that I prefer a longer foot massage verse one that is hurried through. There are a lot of nail polish colors and various services to choose from. They take appointments and walk-ins, various credit cards and apply pay. The pedicure materials were all pulled from unopened new bags and discarded afterwards. read more

Popped by as a walk in on our last day in Orlando. Middle of the day and they had customers, but not slammed and could take me right away. I had gel on and it had just started to peel and I didn't want to pick at it the entire flight home. I asked for gel removed and a new gel manicure. The man who checked me in repeated it and I confirmed and he handed me the Polish color wheel. Hannah had me come sit at her chair. Place is decently clean and big. She worked on my nails and used a brand of nail polish I was not familiar with, but the container said gel on it. The next thing I know she is putting clear coat on the nail polish without using a light and told me to go sit at the dryer. Well, it was quick, but not what I wanted, at all. They didn't apologize or offer to do anything, change it, just shrugged. Super annoyed. Also, polish on my fingers. That is not acceptable. read more

Far from a relaxing experience. Picked color, sat down to have gel removed and just wanted simple manicure, regular polish. After he wrapped my nails, this man was texting his life away not even acknowledging me as a customer. He then went to the back for a good 5 minutes, came back and continued texting probably for another 10 minutes. Long story short, he could not stay focused but kept looking up and at his phone. He even cut into my nail which hurt pretty bad. Best way to put it, my manicure sucked, he skipped many steps and my nails are painted like a 7yr old did it. Suggestion: Please switch careers and do something NOT customer related. read more

I have been going to this salon for several months. Today the service was horrible and I was charged the outrageous price of $30 for removal of dip and a manicure with no polish. They were also very rude and disrespectful, when I questioned why so much money?. Did not even get polish and my dip was removed by placing my nails in professional acetone which irritated my skin. I was very disappointed and upset, especially since up until today they seemed to be one of the few places in Orlando worth going to get nails done. Although I have noticed my last two visits costumers seemed to be irate when at checkout. I guess their policy went from good costumer service to "show me the money", even if the price does not reflect the actual service. read more

I was pressured SO HARD to get gel nail polish during my pedicure, the stress ruined my experience. I have a personal history with melanoma/skin cancer and do not like being under excess UV lights. The salon manager was incessant, "it's better for vacation. It's better for the beach. It's better, etc." Finally, after several minutes, and several declines, I gave in just to make her stop pressing me. The saloon worker did not remove the dark, existing nail polish on my right big toe, and even though they assured me it would cover, it did not. I can see a dark spot under my new paint. I will never return here. The up-sell is too much. read more

WENT 3/6/21 FAIR EARNING HALF THE EMPLOYEES ARE SICK AS DOGS. Only come here for pedicures!!! (CINDY AND AMY ARE AMAZING). The manicurist I had was absolutely trash. I told her twice my nails were for my wedding. She was rude and I was almost in tears. She kept rolling her eyes when I told her my nails were too long even before she started and felt I felt bullied into doing what she wanted, I told her three times. I still tipped 15% but I'm so mad and never going again after going for 2 years for pedicures. Worst experience I have ever had in my life, made no conversation and was rough on my hands. She's the older lady in the front row with super short hair she doesn't have her name posted. Uneven and choppy work. read more

As you can see from the photos there is a nail polish all over the skin. What a waste of $47, $40 for the pedicure and then even though I didn't really wanna tip I felt weird leaving without tipping $7. I also got cut in a few places and them using the actual cheese grater on my feet was not very safe I feel. You can tell she probably only pays attention to her regular customers because she kept on leaving me without seeing where she was going to help other people. I also did not see her put a topcoat on and the nails are already chipping after a few days I'm very glad that I did not get my fingers done as I was planning on getting because I'm sure they would've been chipped within a day. read more

Visited this salon as a walk in this morning. They were very busy due to Mother's Day but were able to fit me in within 10 minutes. I have natural nails and normally do them myself but we are on vacation and I broke three of my nails (I had super glued the tips in hopes to save my manicure till I was able to get to the salon). After explaining my predicament, and explaining that I'd need my nails cut down my technician explained that she could save my nails and keep the length without turning to acrylics! She applied dip powder, a little extra to the broken sections and did a very excellent and sturdy job! I would definitely return here if I was local! Thanks Lee Nails! read more

I've been here a few times and like the service provided. They do sometimes try to push services, as I've found many nail salons do, but they are not overbearing once you say no. The chairs are in good working condition and the location is clean. They have a lot of tables and chairs to enable servicing a couple dozen people at a time. These are my real nails with the dip or SNS which ever you call. My nail polish didn't last 5 days after coming here. First I ended up with a lady in the far back right hand side. She performed a mediocre job on both my mani and pedi. She barely used the pumice stone and didn't push my cuticles back before trimming. VERY little effort was put in by her. When it came down to my mani she was chatting with a guy and girl the entire time no effort or attention. They were looking at food on the phone. The next day I noticed how poorly my nail polish looked so I called and then went back in the next day to get them redone. It was uncomfortable because she was there with the same girl she was chatting with. I'm assuming someone of higher power was doing my nails instead of her and again with the chatting and laughing in a different language the entire time. Once again, uncomfortable. The guy who did them apologized and tried to make things much better but when I left my nail polish was rippling (too much nail polish was put on) and then five days later multiple nails started chipping. Overall I don't see any sanitation, masks are barely worn and no cleaning the chairs. They have acrylic up at the mani stations and they use the plastic in the pedi. I won't be going back. read more

I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to pink and white nails. I read previous reviews and thought I would try out this place as I am in town on business and didn't know where to go. I couldn't be HAPPIER that I walked in here. I walked in and was greeted right away. I told them I wanted pink and white acrylics and sat with John. He was on point with exactly what I wanted and listened to my requests about off-white tip vs French white. I could tell right away his technique was spot on and he knew exactly what he was doing. We talked about it and he specializes in p&w and has been doing them for 20 years. It sure shows and I'll definitely be back. Thank you John! read more

The are nice and very quick to get you seated. It's big and nice location. The first few times i went they messed up my nails and i am not the one to complain at all. Went for the third time one hand looks nice lol which it the picture i posted. But my other hand the two finger nails i asked her to fix still look weird but i digress lol. But you should give a chance if your looking to try a new nail shop maybe you will have better luck than me! read more

I chose this nail salon due to the reviews and ratings on Yelp. I am glad that I did! I had an excellent experience and Mina is an amazing nail sculptor & designer. The Salon: The salon is extremely clean and well organized. The nail designers are in the middle and the perimeter of the salon has pedicure chairs. It's also very well lit and the atmosphere is calming and inviting. The Service: My Nail designer Mina was extremely friendly, sociable and excellent at her craft. I have pink and white acrylic nails which I had filled in. She took care of my natural nails and made sure not to drill into them. She also was very fast while also meticulous in the appearance of my nails. I am extremely happy with the appearance and the shape of my nails. I will be returning for a fill-in and I will also be returning later this week to get a pedicure. If you are in this part of town I strongly recommend this salon read more

A couple people got massages while I had my toe nails filed, buffed and painted. They offered me the file and the buffer to keep, since they throw them away after each use. Kind, but I declined. Good to know they use a fresh one on each client. The price for the polish change is $17. It's a nice way to relax in the terminal before a flight. The massage looks decent. She got her elbows and knees into the guy's back. They change the cover on the face pillow for each guest. Not sure of the prices.

Now they don't have the best reviews, and they don't get a lot of them, but from the photos you could tell that the quality was there. I'd been here one time before some years ago, and I really needed my nails done so I thought what do I have to lose? The vibe upon entering was super chill. The owner greeted me immediately, and asked me to pick a color. I really wanted something similar to what I already had, and they had a huge selection of it. When it was my turn, I had chosen a color and before I could speak, the nail tech said "is this bubble bath?" I laughed and yelled "yes! I am so amazed that you knew!". My nails came out EXACTLY how I wanted them. Length, quality, color, were PERFECT! And it took less than an hour, which is the fastest I've ever had my nails completed. Total was $50 & I left a $20 tip. Will be back!

We love the clean and fancy feel to this nail salon. I love that they have very transparent pricing and you can tell them exactly what you want without any up-selling or pressure to do something different. We came here originally because they are one of the few places around that offer (or at least advertised) that they have children's services. They treated my daughter like royalty and she got the exact same treatment on her toes and fingers that they give adults. We have been other places that skimped on the kids service because they are kids. The ladies here went all out making her feel special. $45 for a kids mani/padi is a great price too! Ben did my nails today and I fully intend to request him next time we come. He took his time to make sure the shapes on my finger nails were exactly what I wanted. Thank you! We will be back!

I ended up waiting about 40-45 minutes for my service to start, which I was a bit disappointed with. The pedicure I got was nice, I feel that he did a good job. The price for a gel pedicure was quite reasonable in my opinion ($42). I had some concerns regarding square shape as I've gone to other salons and they aren't done properly, however here they did so great with the square shape. These a few locations at the Orlando MCO Airport and the specific one I went to was located in the Terminal B Concourse in the Centre Hall near Gates 30-59. I requested a 20 minute massage and the lady who worked on me did an outstanding job. Pressure was perfect, conversation was light, engaging and best of all, I felt refreshed again. The following days I was still sore but I don't mind because my neck, shoulders and back are loose and not stiff. Thank you and I'll be on the lookout for a XpresSpa massage location after the next adventure.
