Gel x stiletto cat eye - by Van
    Brianna G.

I was in Orlando about to fly out and needed my nails desperately done. My flight was at 6 PM and they took my walk-in at 1 PM for a gel X full set and gel French tip pedi. The service was amazing and I was done in an hour and 35 mins. Van did such a great job on my hands and helping me figure out what I wanted. A girl needs that over here cause I'm so indecisive when it comes to designs. And Stacy did a beautiful job on my French tip toes. I highly recommend them both!

This is the other hand, what the nails originally looked like

Acrylics snapped off within 48 hours just while doing laundry. I've never had this happen before, which is especially upsetting since they were $71 :-(

This place is my go to. They have the option of doing bonder gel , which is a great option to not damage your nails and come in for a fill in. Susann is the best nail tech/artist. My nails look always amazing with her. And I'm never bored with my colors. She also does a great job of cleaning the cuticle. Everyone here is very friendly. The place is very clean and spacious.

I'm visiting from the west coast and this place was close to my hotel and they take online reservations. So I was able to make an appointment same day. I don't really have anything negative to say about this place. When I got there at 11:45a, it was fairly quiet and empty (2 customers). The tech that did my pedi also did my fill in. I got the deluxe pedicure and she spent about 45 minutes. The foot exfoliation could have been a little better. Pricing was pretty standard- $40 for the pedi, $40 for the fill with gel, plus an additional $15 for the cut down and design. I don't know the techs name, her hand painting skills aren't the best, but they're not the worst either. I'm not sure if offering water or something to drink was standard, but I heard it offered to others- was not offered to me. Overall, I give my service appointment a 3/5.

The establishment itself is well kept, and clean. The pricing however is a bit disturbing. I paid $50 for a regular fill in, no paint. They charged $10 extra for using nude powder, which is ridiculous...even $5 is unnecessary, but $10 is diabolical. They also charged me $10 extra to fix what they said was 2 nails, when in reality it was only 1 nail that had to be fixed the other was a regular fill. Mind you, I paid $45 two weeks prior at the same place for a FULL SET. Instead of causing a scene, I paid the $50 but will not be returning.

    Acrylic full set (almond shape)

Very nice establishment. An (one of the male nail techs) did a wonderful job on my nails and was very friendly! I do think they are a bit over priced though. The lady who polished my nails told me that the design i wanted could only be done with gel polish otherwise "the brush wouldn't work" and it wouldn't look good. Acrylic full sets are $35+ and I was charged an additional $20 for getting the almond shape and moon tips (no gel polish). I would've expected that kind of price with gel polish... so I adamantly requested the regular polish also bc I don't like to us the UV light and I change my polish often. I didn't like how pushy she was being and I felt she charged me the $55 as a way to still get the same amount our of me but I couldn't prove that since $35+ is a bit vague. Also, I've had regular polish on acrylics several times and it looks just as good. I recommend you tell your nail tech exactly what you want and get a rate BEFORE they get started to avoid this. Lastly, and what was most alarming was when I was finished getting polished and sent to set my hand to dry, I noticed one of my cuticles were burning. When I look, I saw it bleeding but the nail tech didn't say anything or try to cure it. I felt An nick it earlier while filling my cuticles but didn't see the blood until later. Nail techs should immediately stop servicing a client if they begin bleeding to keep themselves as well as others safe.

    Butchered big toe

A week after my nail butchering aka pedicure and I have a nasty toe infection. Mind you, they charged me full price even though she ripped the crap out of my toe. I'd stay away from this place if you want to keep all of your toes or at least make sure you have decent health insurance, you're going to need it.

This is not a clean up she created a completely different eyebrow against my wishes and i hate it!

I did a gel manicure and it was good. A blackhead removal on my nose, a collagen eye mask, lip wax all of these services were good. But MY EYEBROW IS GONE! I asked for a clean up as i like to keep my eyebrows thick and full, she waxed it off and created a short and high arch ... no wonder she didn't give me a mirror to see before I left. With me running out of time, I didn't think to look until i had already paid and walked half way back to my hotel. I'm really sad about my eyebrows this hasn't happened in years

I haven't written a review in a long time but I feel like I have to now. I spent $100 on Thursday feb 9th, it is now Wednesday feb 15th and my nails look like garbage. I haven't gone to this nail salon in like a year and now I remember why. I should've known it was going to be a crap experience when I got a $50 "hot stone pedicure with a lotion massage" and there was only hot stones and no lotion massage. The $50 pedicure lasted for exactly 30mins. Mind blown. I feel like my nails were done crappy because the lady doing my nails was a older lady and she kept pushing gel pedicure and I said no then when I went to get the dip on my nails she kept pushing for a dip mani and I said no and she was like mad. Take your $100 somewhere else. Literally less than 6 days and that's so ridiculous to have nails looking like this.

I believe in opportunities!! Second time going to this place! 3 weeks ago and yesterday for my fill.

I believe in opportunities!! Second time going to this place! 3 weeks ago and yesterday for my fill. A lots of things could be but no matter what is they fault! $40 for fill plus $15 for the gel polish and $15 for two repair nailsreally to get this? I don't even from here! I was here for vacation!! And I paid less and better quality where I live!! Well, Any of these problems may have happened! 1. cheap powder (bad quality) 2. bad application of the powder filling 3. Bad buffing The technician is a very sweet nice lady!! But I think that the management need to get better quality products!

    Flat screens everywhere!

Besides the look of this elegant spot, the services they provide are with professionalism, expertise and are excellent! The cleanliness of this establishment is the cleanest I have seen any nail salons in Florida. My favorite nail artist Precious does a fantastic job with what ever style nail I wish. Her pedicures are out of this world. Make your appointment today!

Lightly Salted is unique and very relaxing and fun. This is located in Lake Nona and definitely a place we will be going back to. You can register online and it was very simple. You will need to put a card down but you are not charged till your appointment. They also offer packages and memberships. My wife and I have only tried their salt room, but we will be doing it again. I don't know if we would get a membership just because of the location, it is a little far for us. If they opened one near our home, in Winter Garden, sign up right up! What a great experience this was. This was the first time for my wife and I, to a Lightly Salted. As soon I entered the building I can honestly say it didn't take too long to feel calm. Checking in for our Salt Room was seamless. The person checking my wife and I in was absolutely polite, informative about Lightly Salted and offered us water. We did chose to do the salt room and let me say that was fantastic. I felt like we were essentially transported elsewhere. This is a room with 4 chairs, you have to take your shoes off since the ground is also salt. You sit down and are given a blanket and tissues. Once the session starts, the lights go down and you can hear the salt being sprayed into the air and the room. It is not a private session, so you might have others in the room with you, but everyone has their own chair. To say I was in zen mode is an understatement. My sinuses were absolutely clear afterwards. You might taste the salt a little bit and you might start to sneeze but the salt is very good for you. All in all I definitely want to return and do a full day. You are there in the room for about 45 minutes, by far not long enough, but it is probably all you need to get the benefits. Im sure the more you go, the better you feel. We definitely left salty (black pants are a no no) but we really enjoyed it.

Registering was super simple, even when we needed to adjust our time day of. It was super easy and there were no issues. You will need to put down a credit card when booking. Since it was our first time, we choose the salt room. They also have saunas and massages. Both my husband and I do not enjoy the heat so we chose the salt room. I have read there are amazing benefits with salt rooms so we were very excited to try it. We were greeted when we arrived and waited about 10 minutes before getting to head to the room. There is some merchandise for sale in the waiting area and they also have water. The room itself is salt so we had to remove our shoes and wear booties. Each room had about 4 chairs with a foot rest to put your legs up. I would have liked the chair to go back a little and I think it did but I couldn't figure it out and was trying to be quiet for the other guest that joined us. We were completely unsure of what happened and I really questioned if the room we entered we just sat there. We were given a little instructions such as your eyes might run or nose and what the benefits of the salt room was. Once it started the lights dimed and this loud blower started. This is what was blowing out the salt. It is such a fine mist you really do not feel it, however I did start to taste a little salt. It was extremely relaxing, I think I fell asleep for a few minutes. After we were covered, white powder on our clothes and our shoes were totally white with salt. I would recommend not wearing dark colors! But overall I loved this experience and I cant wait to go back and do it again!

Happy that the new therapist was good and I enjoyed my massage. The therapist applied the right pressure for my taste. I've been trying to go more, to this location. But this location in Eagle watch is stepping up and I noticed I am slowly booking more than before treatments I love to have options so Thank you.

In early October, I scheduled a facial appointment for October 21st with a specific esthetician…read more The day before the appointment, I did not receive a confirmation text, so I contacted the location directly. I was then informed that my appointment had been incorrectly scheduled for November 21st, not October 21st. The staff rescheduled me for October 22nd with the esthetician I originally requested. Upon arriving for my appointment on October 22nd, I was informed that the esthetician I had specifically booked was not working that day. This was extremely frustrating and confusing given the prior rescheduling. I was encouraged to proceed with another esthetician, which I reluctantly agreed to. Before the service began, I asked to redeem my reward for a neck and décolleté treatment, which I had used many times previously. I was told that rewards could only be applied to massages, which contradicted my past experiences and the program's prior flexibility. During the facial, while I was lying down with my eyes closed, the esthetician improperly positioned the hot steamer, causing burning to my face and direct contact with my eye. I immediately screamed in pain and panicked, especially given that I was scheduled to be married within three days. Despite the severity of the situation, there was no sense of urgency from the front desk staff. The manager was not on-site and only instructed staff to have me complete and sign an incident form. No immediate medical assistance or concern was offered. I requested to cancel my membership, but was told I had one remaining package that needed to be used within a month, without being informed that a refund was an option. My fiancé (now husband) immediately took me to urgent care, where I paid $75 and was diagnosed with a burn, scarring, and a corneal abrasion. Due to the proximity of my wedding, I was referred to an ophthalmologist the same day for proper treatment, resulting in an additional $45 expense. I attempted to contact Massage Envy corporate, which was extremely difficult. When I finally spoke with a representative, I requested reimbursement for: * $75 (urgent care visit) * $45 (ophthalmology visit) * $75 (unused service package) Total: $195, along with accountability and additional training for the staff involved. Months have passed, and I have received no response, refund, or resolution. I have since learned through an acquaintance that the esthetician I originally requested was actually working that day, and that staff provided inaccurate information and were enforcing their own rules inconsistently. This experience caused significant physical pain, emotional distress, anxiety, and negatively impacted what should have been one of the most important moments of my life--my wedding. The lack of accountability, follow-up, and concern has been deeply disappointing. I don't not recommend anyone to go to this location. However, if anyone does go to this location, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution, as there appears to be a lack of professionalism, consistency, and responsibility for client safety.
