I truly did not enjoy this place. My boyfriend and I went in to get a pedicure and they were so rough. My boyfriend got a manicure and I got a pedicure it was so painful. I told the lady multiple times the water was too hot and it felt like she put more hot than cold. Also, we went when they just opened and she acted like she didn't want to do my feet, she was so rough and moving so fast. I do not recommend this business. Maybe I just had a bad overall experience but 0/10 for this business. read more

I was in Orlando about to fly out and needed my nails desperately done. My flight was at 6 PM and they took my walk-in at 1 PM for a gel X full set and gel French tip pedi. The service was amazing and I was done in an hour and 35 mins. Van did such a great job on my hands and helping me figure out what I wanted. This place is my go to. They have the option of doing bonder gel , which is a great option to not damage your nails and come in for a fill in. Susann is the best nail tech/artist. I'm visiting from the west coast and this place was close to my hotel and they take online reservations. So I was able to make an appointment same day. I don't really have anything negative to say about this place. When I got there at 11:45a, it was fairly quiet and empty (2 customers). The tech that did my pedi also did my fill in. I got the deluxe pedicure and she spent about 45 minutes. The foot exfoliation could have been a little better. Pricing was pretty standard- $40 for the pedi, $40 for the fill with gel, plus an additional $15 for the cut down and design. I don't know the techs name, her hand painting skills aren't the best, but they're not the worst either. I'm not sure if offering water or something to drink was standard, but I heard it offered to others- was not offered to me. Overall, I give my service appointment a 3/5. read more

The establishment itself is well kept, and clean. The pricing however is a bit disturbing. I paid $50 for a regular fill in, no paint. They charged $10 extra for using nude powder, which is ridiculous...even $5 is unnecessary, but $10 is diabolical. They also charged me $10 extra to fix what they said was 2 nails, when in reality it was only 1 nail that had to be fixed the other was a regular fill. Mind you, I paid $45 two weeks prior at the same place for a FULL SET. Instead of causing a scene, I paid the $50 but will not be returning. read more

Very nice establishment. An (one of the male nail techs) did a wonderful job on my nails and was very friendly! I do think they are a bit over priced though.The lady who polished my nails told me that the design i wanted could only be done with gel polish otherwise "the brush wouldn't work" and it wouldn't look good. Acrylic full sets are $35+ and I was charged an additional $20 for getting the almond shape and moon tips (no gel polish). I would've expected that kind of price with gel polish... so I adamantly requested the regular polish also bc I don't like to us the UV light and I change my polish often. I didn't like how pushy she was being and I felt she charged me the $55 as a way to still get the same amount our of me but I couldn't prove that since $35+ is a bit vague. Also, I've had regular polish on acrylics several times and it looks just as good. I recommend you tell your nail tech exactly what you want and get a rate BEFORE they get started to avoid this. Lastly, and what was most alarming was when I was finished getting polished and sent to set my hand to dry, I noticed one of my cuticles were burning. When I look, I saw it bleeding but the nail tech didn't say anything or try to cure it. I felt An nick it earlier while filling my cuticles but didn't see the blood until later. Nail techs should immediately stop servicing a client if they begin bleeding to keep themselves as well as others safe. read more

I should've known it was going to be a crap experience when I got a $50 "hot stone pedicure with a lotion massage" and there was only hot stones and no lotion massage. The $50 pedicure lasted for exactly 30mins. Mind blown. I feel like my nails were done crappy because the lady doing my nails was a older lady and she kept pushing gel pedicure and I said no then when I went to get the dip on my nails she kept pushing for a dip mani and I said no and she was like mad. But note, I was pressed for time and even though I didn't communicate this, I was in and out in 20-25 minutes. I suppose this could be good for some. I can understand why some other reviewers may say their nail tech seems less focused. This place is huge with a lot of chairs and some techs. This fast service can come across as less personal or possible communication loss. This all worked for me due to my timing. However, I do admit that I prefer a longer foot massage verse one that is hurried through. There are a lot of nail polish colors and various services to choose from. Popped by as a walk in on our last day in Orlando. Middle of the day and they had customers, but not slammed and could take me right away. I had gel on and it had just started to peel and I didn't want to pick at it the entire flight home. I asked for gel removed and a new gel manicure. The man who checked me in repeated it and I confirmed and he handed me the Polish color wheel. Hannah had me come sit at her chair. Place is decently clean and big. She worked on my nails and used a brand of nail polish I was not familiar with, but the container said gel on it. The next thing I know she is putting clear coat on the nail polish without using a light and told me to go sit at the dryer. Well, it was quick, but not what I wanted, at all. Far from a relaxing experience. Picked color, sat down to have gel removed and just wanted simple manicure, regular polish. After he wrapped my nails, this man was texting his life away not even acknowledging me as a customer. He then went to the back for a good 5 minutes, came back and continued texting probably for another 10 minutes. Long story short, he could not stay focused but kept looking up and at his phone. He even cut into my nail which hurt pretty bad. Best way to put it, my manicure sucked, he skipped many steps and my nails are painted like a 7yr old did it. I have been going to this salon for several months. Today the service was horrible and I was charged the outrageous price of $30 for removal of dip and a manicure with no polish. They were also very rude and disrespectful, when I questioned why so much money?. Did not even get polish and my dip was removed by placing my nails in professional acetone which irritated my skin. I was very disappointed and upset, especially since up until today they seemed to be one of the few places in Orlando worth going to get nails done. I was pressured SO HARD to get gel nail polish during my pedicure, the stress ruined my experience. I have a personal history with melanoma/skin cancer and do not like being under excess UV lights. The salon manager was incessant, "it's better for vacation. It's better for the beach. It's better, etc." Finally, after several minutes, and several declines, I gave in just to make her stop pressing me. The saloon worker did not remove the dark, existing nail polish on my right big toe, and even though they assured me it would cover, it did not. I can see a dark spot under my new paint. As you can see from the photos there is a nail polish all over the skin. What a waste of $47, $40 for the pedicure and then even though I didn't really wanna tip I felt weird leaving without tipping $7. I also got cut in a few places and them using the actual cheese grater on my feet was not very safe I feel. You can tell she probably only pays attention to her regular customers because she kept on leaving me without seeing where she was going to help other people. Visited this salon as a walk in this morning. They were very busy due to Mother's Day but were able to fit me in within 10 minutes. I have natural nails and normally do them myself but we are on vacation and I broke three of my nails (I had super glued the tips in hopes to save my manicure till I was able to get to the salon). After explaining my predicament, and explaining that I'd need my nails cut down my technician explained that she could save my nails and keep the length without turning to acrylics! Best pedicure I have had in awhile. Sprung for the Luxury one and it was totally worth it.

My nail polish didn't last 5 days after coming here. First I ended up with a lady in the far back right hand side. She performed a mediocre job on both my mani and pedi. She barely used the pumice stone and didn't push my cuticles back before trimming. VERY little effort was put in by her. When it came down to my mani she was chatting with a guy and girl the entire time no effort or attention. They were looking at food on the phone. The next day I noticed how poorly my nail polish looked so I called and then went back in the next day to get them redone. It was uncomfortable because she was there with the same girl she was chatting with. I'm assuming someone of higher power was doing my nails instead of her and again with the chatting and laughing in a different language the entire time. Once again, uncomfortable. The guy who did them apologized and tried to make things much better but when I left my nail polish was rippling (too much nail polish was put on) and then five days later multiple nails started chipping. Overall I don't see any sanitation, masks are barely worn and no cleaning the chairs. They have acrylic up at the mani stations and they use the plastic in the pedi. I won't be going back. read more

I couldn't be HAPPIER that I walked in here. I walked in and was greeted right away. I told them I wanted pink and white acrylics and sat with John. He was on point with exactly what I wanted and listened to my requests about off-white tip vs French white. I could tell right away his technique was spot on and he knew exactly what he was doing.
