I'm so excited to share this review because of the amazing massage I got after a week long Spring Break vacation joying Universal Studios, Islands Of Adventure and Epic Universe. Walked many miles with a backpack definitely did a number on my neck, shoulder and back. Never gotten a massage at the airport before and I'm definitely sold with XpresSpa. These a few locations at the Orlando MCO Airport and the specific one I went to was located in the Terminal B Concourse in the Centre Hall near Gates 30-59. I requested a 20 minute massage and the lady who worked on me did an outstanding job. Pressure was perfect, conversation was light, engaging and best of all, I felt refreshed again. The following days I was still sore but I don't mind because my neck, shoulders and back are loose and not stiff. Hit or miss I guess. Last visit was a miss. All I wanted to do was 30 min in the zero gravity chair with no one at the spa at 9:30 am. The guy there tried to force me to fill out a big questionnaire including my address and my nationality. I've never had to do that before to sit in a chair and thought it was excessive and creepy so declined. He claimed it's Florida law for massages. If true, I don't believe it's Florida law to require one's nationality for a massage. Contact info, medical history, yes. Nationality no. Ick. read more

I came here to this spa while waiting for my next flight. Experience was not that pleasant. When I got there apparently there was someone already there but the way I was talked to was rude! He could have said there is someone in line instead of being upset and saying it you have to wait for 25 mins. It's pretty much one chair and you have to wait but you could be saying nicer than that. I noticed another lady came and was treated just like the way I was treated. I was going to use it along with my husband however my husband refused as the guy working there was rude and unpleasant. I wish I knew sooner that you can get access to the massage chairs at XpresSpa through priority pass! You get 25 minutes to use their lounger chair - but there's only one and unfortunately it was occupied with a 40 minute wait at the time we came. However because there weren't any customers using the other massage chairs, we asked if we could use them instead and the staff was super sweet about it and said that was fine! Very pleased with the quality and care of my 15- minute massage by Richard today before catching a Friday evening flight. Totally worth $45 plus tip. He asked if I had any medical conditions, recent injuries, and areas of higher tension. He focused on my upper back and neck as requested and it was a great relief! Had a few hours to spare and stopped here for a 30min massage. The masseuse was excellent, she applied the right pressure and communicated with me often to ensure I was comfortable throughout the massage. The masseuse focused on the areas I had directed I wanted worked on and her technique was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this place! read more

This is not about the services but the communication. I booked a nail appt but I was delayed due to travel. I showed up 5 minutes late and was told all the nail techs were going home. Oddly, I can still book my nails to be done until they close at 9. Not sure how they deal with what I'm sure are MANY dissatisfied potential customers when they show up and can't get the one thing done that they need. Maybe a management problem...who knows...seems odd to me that a business that actually told me they close at 9 would lie about that and not want $$$ but hey, you do you XpresSpa. Gotta give this a 5 star experience because it was so awesome! My gate happen to be in the same area. I had a super busy conference week and a massage was in the books. This spa just popped in front of me view. I went in to ask about the services and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I chose the 45 min Table Massage and had them focus on my legs and neck and back. I can't believe I have already forgotten my technicians name. She was so amazing. She focused on all my pain areas and had the best prof manner. If you book any service then you can relax in their lounger chairs after your service. I didn't partake but it's a good tip for others. I was just denied by two girls at this salon for a gel polish change. They legitimately told me they would not do my nails. I have brand new fresh acrylic nails and wanted to remove regular polish and put gel on for vacation while on a 3 hour sit at the airport and they said no. Meanwhile they are massaging each other and other employees instead of taking business. I am beyond frustrated and it makes no sense. I had an appointment at 4:55pm today. I confirmed and gave the lady at the front desk my name & number! Normally at every XpresSpa I get a text to confirm my time immediately. This one nothing. Then she claimed she called me three times, no phone calls at all. I showed her my phone! I look at her sheet, she says my 3 is an 8 on my phone number. Well there was the problem right there she couldn't read her own writing. Cause when she repeated to me earlier she had my right #. Right below the sheet, she has an 8 written down for someone else which looks nothing like the 3 in my phone # above! Worst receptionist ever then she's arguing with me! At least be honest & admit to your mistake! She couldn't even do that! The 3 and her 8 looked nothing alike! Really her 8 looked just like that an 8 and my 3 in my phone number as a 3. I've been to plenty XpresSpa this one definitely is the worst! Well, I wouldn't say the people massaging were but the receptionist was very very unprofessional! Never even apologized! She definitely needs a lesson in quality service not even slight service! Horrible! Why even get an appointment set up if the lady at the desk can't even read her own handwriting?!
