It was an OK manicure and Pedicure, had better had worse. The service isn't great and comes across as rude. The pricing is bad though, wanted infills was told it was $13 so during manicure I asked to make the nails shorter this would be an extra $2 and then for any color was an extra $5 so was $20 in total for infils which isn't bad but they had quoted $13 to begin so make sure you check for all the hidden extras read more

They are the worst nail place in Kissimmee i waited two hours to get my nails done they opened at 9:30 and none of their employees showed up till almost 11 then when it came to pay they have no sign on what cards they accept so they didn't accept mine I told them I can leave my license or something to go get cash out no the lady that sits in front said you have to leave your phone i told her no and she decided to yell and argue with me in front of all the other customers! I started going to lee nails about 4 months ago just moved here from NY. I have to say the employees that work there are friendly and are ok at what they do. I'm not a picky person so my manicures are always just ok and I'm ok with it. Being that said I got a manicure done in February before my vacation to South America and within two days my nails were peeling I was upset since I couldnt go back as I was already at the airport. When I got back I went to get my nails done and I let the owner/manager know what had happened, let's start by saying she's very unfriendly and started debating me and just kept going Instead of apologizing and letting me know that if it happens again they will gladly fix the problem instead she made it seem like it was my fault. She did say manicure is what I pay for and color is free. I totally understand however she should've not argued with her client instead offer a solution. I told her I wasn't there to get anything free just wanted to let her know for future or maybe nail polish was expired. Even after her horrible customer service I still got my nails done this time a fill in set by her husband/owner whom is not that friendly either but is much more nicer than his wife. He charged me 35 dollars and I accepted to do my nails. Btw he is great with nails and loved his work however after 3 days my nails were chipping although they told me I should get gel so that doesn't happen and I did get gel and still had them chipping in just 3 days. Like I said before I'm not picky and came back. A week later I brought my daughter and also got her nails done. I was at that place like Every two weeks bringing them business. My daughters nails was done by a nice friendly Korean lady and I loved her job and No problems came with her work. A week later I came to redo my fill in with same Korean lady. Again she did an amazing job However this time she was charging me 13 more than what I was charged for the same job last time. I asked her why so high she broke it down while the owner/lady started having an attitude again saying it's plus tax and then I said no my nails were done by him (her husband) and he charged me 35 so the nice Korean lady said I charged you to fix nail and so forth I didn't argue anymore because she did an amazing job but then the rude owner goes and says well next week the owners are raising prices and it won't be the same price with a very bad attitude. Like what she's so rude and I feel like she was going to change prices for me only because it's been problems after problems with her work. So since they don't have prices hung anywhere she's able to say that just to have an I'm the owner and do what I want attitude. She rude unfriendly never smiles or Greets customers. She should let her employees and her man run that place because she going to just run customers away. With than being said I will never step foot in that place again I'm glad they've opened a nail place right around the corner in the same loop mall so it's still convenient for me and close to my house. My daughter and I asked for a gel polish for our hands and they offered us a better deal with a manicure... however now we had to pay an extra $20 for the gel polish... same with the pedicure! The nails and feet were done okay, but when I had to pay the $178 bill, I complained about the price being so high! The manager kept talking louder to explain why the price was this high! I told her, they should tell the customers the prices and not write some additional costs on the back of the menu! This was a really great place ! I am out of town from new york on vacation and i wanted to get my nails done . I came across lee nail salon and i liked how nice it was inside , not trashy at all . I came in for acrylic stiletto nails and i showed a picture and the guy knew exactly what to do . I was skeptical at first when he was doing it because i wasn't sure if he knew what to do . But as i sat there i noticed all the hard work he put into my nails . They came out phenomenal except i wish i got them a bit longer . They are really nice people and great service . read more

I don't like the tactics and the pressure they put on you to upgrade. I felt like what I asked for was not enough for them and I almost left. That aside the scrub for the pedicure is nice but, it is overpriced. However, the tech that did my nails did a horrible job. They were very sloppy and chipped very easily. The people there speak another language the entire time and I could tell they were talking about me. I think that is exceptionally rude and a total lack of customer service. I understand if you are working on your English but, atleast speak to your customer every once in awhile. Not to mention when I went to pick my color she kept pressuring me to take some color she had at her station. I could tell she was irritated that I wanted to actually find a color that I liked. Normally, that takes me less than a minute to find a color but, that was not fast enough for her. Lee nails is not a place I'd ever recommend! I've had multiple bad experiences. Recently I went and had a bad set of acrylics and wanted a fill. The manager attended me and told me they were bad. As she was telling me I needed a new set, to look she just starts yanking them off. Every other nail salon I have attended, soaks off your nails because it's better for your nail. As she's ripping the nails off I'm in pain and I tell her! She states oh will just wait because I filed them down before, I asked her why I can't soak them off she stated oh that'll take 45mins. Never asked me if I wanted to soak or not , instead she thought it was okay for me to be in pain. Only time I had a good experience was with their new hire Rita, she was awesome and very personable! I had a very bad experience, I only asked for wax cleaning for my eyebrow and lip, I was very disappointed that she ruined my eyebrows and failed to see it when I pointed it out. The procedure was also very sloppy, she sat me on a chair and started in the end she put aloe Vera that went into my nose also. Don't do your eyebrows here. read more

Got my nails done Sat, mind you we called to make sure they were still taking people. We were the last customers, its been about two days my ring finger and pinky finger have been in some pain. This has never happened to me before, i think it has alot to do with the nail tech rushing because we arrived before they closed and he was doing someone elses nails before he started on me, i honestly can not recall if he cleaned up the area or any equipment before reusing anything. What i do know is this throbbing pain all through the inside of my own nail and back of my pinky is not normal. Maybe i am wrong i do not know, however i would not recomend them at all. read more

I went to this nail salon because it was conveniently located to other places I needed to go to that day. The male nail technician who took care of me was coughing, rude, inpatient (He looked pissed off when I didn't answer him right away.), and had unattractive looking nails. I believe if you work in the industry, you should take care of your own nails. The place did not look clean at all. He did an average job. I still gave him a tip even though I really didn't want to, but he standing right in front of me when I was paying. It also wasn't a very friendly environment. I was visiting the area for a wedding, and noticed last minute that I needed a lip wax(I don't recommend waxing right before an event, but I got lucky). I was seen in just a few minutes, and it only took about 5 mins to get it all done, including prep and cleanup. I didnt have an adverse side effects and my face looked fine. The staff at this location is by far the rudest. The lady in the front chair was talking to all the customers with an attitude. I went in there for a nail repair they told me to pick the color and wait a few minutes. I waited 30 mins for the one nail repair and asked the lady how much longer? She answered me that she didn't do acrylics. I asked again ok but how much longer a man screamed from the back another 30 mins. At that time I was so upset I just walked out. Went across the street to Venus nails and spa got taken care off right away, the employees were nice and polite and the salon is so much bigger and nicer. I recently went to Lee Nails at the Loop to get my nails done for an upcoming job interview. I asked for a new full set. The tech talked me into getting a Gel set, which was more expensive but I figured I would treat myself since it had been years since I wore anything other than my natural nails. The tech seemed to be in a hurry, then she hurt one finger by over filing it, then she got an attitude when I politely pointed out that my nails were not even. She sort of corrected the problem, then I had to ask a second time for them to be rounded evenly. After I got into the car and really saw my nails in the sunshine, I returned to asked to have my nails corrected. A different tech pointed out that the shape I was given was based on the shape of my nail beds. I told here my nail bed shape had nothing to do with how uneven the length and shape was of the Gel set that they had given me. An older woman sitting near the register (possibly manager or owner) spoke to her in their native tongue, the tech said something, then the older woman seemed a little irritated and the tech began working on my nails. I also had to point out to her that they still were not even. I went home and refiled all my nails to look more natural. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!! Worst experience ever!! I went to lee to get my eyebrows wax and mani and pedi. I signed in and this man said what are you getting done. I explain what I wanted to do my nails. He told me to sit at the last chair for my pedi. He never ask me about the water or how I like my nails. He start the French on my toes and he couldn't do it so I said just paint it to one color. So after that I was suppose to get a gel but I change it while my hands was soaking cause I noticed my feet didn't look good and I still had some dry skin on the side of my foot. So when I told him that I felt like he was rushing. So I paid before he painted my nails. Again he never spoke to me or ask me how would I like my nails done. So while my nails are drying he sat in one of the massage chair and I felt like he was watching me. I felt so uncomfortable I just left. He was so rude and no customer service at all. So when I got home I call to speak to a manger then women told me she left and what was this regarded. So I said I was unhappy with my service and she told me next time ask to change nail tech. Let me start by saying , I've come here a million times before because it's close to my house. The woman that did my eyebrows today did a great job and I was very impressed. However there was a man working (I don't remember his name but he was very rude). I was there with a friend and I left the store while she was getting her pedicure done. I walked over to CVS came back and was greeted very rudely by him when I tried to walk past him to go in the back to see if she was still there he said "excuse me can I help you?!" (Mind you , he knew that we were together. So the question was just plain stupid.) He said it very rudely and I just gave him a look and walked off. (He was closing on 12/22/16. I hardly ever go to the nail salon to get my nails done, since I do them myself, but I wanted to pamper myself and try gel nail polish for the first time. After reading all of the reviews I decided to give Lee Nails a try. It was close, convenient, and a reasonable price. When I walked in there were so many people you could hardly move around and the service was not great either. The nail techs seem so rushed so I never really enjoyed the experience. The end product was great though. My gel nails lasted me over two weeks and they looked really nice. I then came in a second time to get them re-done since I loved them so much. This time my experience was not so great. My nails looked okay walking out of the salon, but literally three days after getting my gel nails done the nail polish was peeling right off my nail. I called them telling them about my problem and they told me that gel nail polish is different for everyone so it's normal if it starts to peel. Even though I had gel polish last over two weeks. They gave me a hard time about it so I decided to come in today to have them remove the nail polish they screwed up and the guy that removed them wanted to charge me $10 for it when it is $8 and then I asked for my student discount and he said that they stopped doing that, even though I was in there five days ago and got my student discount. Then they told me it is only if you spend $20 or more, which is not said on there website (although now there website is forbidden to get into). Overall I just did not have a great experience.The people are rude, and don't seem happy at all to assist you. I will not be coming back to this nail salon. read more

I get my nails done at least once a month, so I would consider myself an expert. I have NEVER had as bad an experience as I did here. I almost didn't tip my nail tech, and I ALWAYS tip. Both my mother and I got mani pedis and we both got cut and bled. My finger was cut so badly it hurt for 4 days afterwards. Also, the girls at the salon do not speak fluent English and do not talk with you while they do your nails. They girls all talk to one another in another language quite loudly and then whisper at you if they need to talk to you. The nail techs also spend the entire time trying to get you to upgrade to a more expensive package. Another thing that was terrible was the way that they treated a handicapped woman who came in to have her nails done. Before she came in the door, the nail techs all started talking to one another making it well known that they did not want to work on her. They made the woman keep moving from station to station before she got her nails done. They also did not move the chairs out so she could move around in the salon in her wheelchair. Another thing was that several nail techs were sleeping on their station or were playing on their iPad instead of working. My nail tech also had dirty fingernails, which would have been okay if my appointment was late in the day, but I was the 1st client of the day. I was absolutely disgusted by the lack of respect for customers in this salon. I will not be returning. read more
