no cuticles cut and no filing acrylic french nails
    Crisenia G.

THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SPOT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! if I could give it negative stars I would. They scammed me and did not do at all the design I asked for. He made me pay before adding my design and had me tip him before letting me know the design was not included in my service. I asked for thin french on the sides and he said that was a $10 up charge when I was already paying extra for the french tip. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE and save yourself the headache. He didn't even file my toes and painted my toes badly leaving air bubbles. also they don't cut your cuticles during a manicure. please see the photos I attached. THIS PLACE IS SO TRASH

And Diana is doing my nails

I may have spoken to fast. I had to fix my toes next day. She didn't shape them how I wanted and I had to go buy things to do it myself I had to buy a nail filer and other white tool polish. I asked for the blue she put it on the wrong toe and I should have said something when I was there but it was already done so I didn't want to make a big deal about it. I stand by what I said about her customer service and her nails herself looks amazing so I would definitely get my hands there but my feet not so much

Clear color, looks like a child color my nails

Manicure with removal of gel. As you can see in the pictures, I have spot of the blue previous gel color. The most terrible manicure ever received, you can see how terrible the clear color is, the cuticle absolutely terrible done. One time client shot

    Stay away

From the very beginning, I had a bad feeling about this, but the place was empty and they could take me right in. That should have been my first warning. I tried talking with the nail tech a few times when he while he was doing my nails and he refused to say a word. He did an acrylic fill and gel polish. I asked him why he wasn't putting the base first for the gel polish and he told me that because I had acrylic, I don't need a base. That was the second warning. I gave him a tip and he didn't even look at me, much less say thank you. The next day the nails had creases, which, then turned into bubbles. Went back to the salon and told Michael, who originally did my nails what happened and he said he would fix them, but with the same polish. I told him that I did not want him to use the same product because I feel their product is obviously a very cheap brand. I don't have time to keep coming back to get them re-done. I purchased a shellac polish the same color so I ask him to use that polish. He told me that if he couldn't use the original polish, he would charge me $15. I told him that he should not charge me because he should've used a good brand from the beginning so I wouldn't have had this problem. Nonetheless I went ahead and paid him the $15 because I wanted to get this over with. I told Michael I was going to submit a negative review. Michael said "I don't care what you do." Wow! I completely understand now why this place has such bad reviews. I will not be back. By the way, they are the same people who work at the one next door by the MD Now. Steer clear.

Terrible dip manicure & the manager said I'd have to pay again to have my nails fixed! Overpriced & terrible service.

I've been there many times over 3 years-every month actually, because it's close and convenient. Usually I'm happy with my nails, but the prices keep going up and they do upgrades that aren't asked for. Last time I was there my tech was working on my Nails and someone else so I was there forever. Within a week my nails started pulling away from the painted part and my nails are breaking. I spend a lot of money there and when I showed the owner/ manager my nails when I was finally able to go there, he told me they only will redo if you come back in 7 days. Literally when I went it was 8 days because they were closed on Labor Day. He was rude and obnoxious repeating himself. It was closing time, but I just wanted to report my issue and come back to get them fixed. He said I'd have to pay for a new manicure that they messed up. I asked him if this was worth losing a long time customer for and he closed the door in my face. I also have an infected nail now too. I'll never go back there but I hope the health department does. Very little cleaning or sanitizing done lately. Too much to spend to get a terrible experience! DON'T GO HERE!

UPDATE: I got my nails done Thursday by Saturday *3* nails have broken. Utterly disappointed. I go in at 2 pm, I've got 90 minutes to get out the door. I do the dip powder and have never had the process take over an hour before. The woman in booth 10 was super slow, it took *2* full hours to get the old stuff off and "finish" the process, I'll use the term "finish" loosely because she did the worst job. I left furious. She is completely oblivious to her job, she knicked me with the dremmel so many times, I screamed ow and she laughed in my face. My nails looks awful. They're uneven, bumpy, patchy, and just awful. Not only that but she chopped my long finger nails down to nubs, they're barely at my finger tips and she didn't even bother to shape them correctly. All in all a super terrible job for $38. If this is how you run your business and take care of paying customers, I'll GLADLY go elsewhere and get better service. I regret ever stepping foot in their door and wish I had looked up reviews beforehand.

The yellow and brown is where he cut then added some powder to try to get it to stop bleeding I guess.
    Dinorah M.

Sooooo disappointed. I will not be returning. $100 later (including tip) these are my toes. Cut up and completely botched. This is the work of a professional? No thank you. I'm literally all cut up on the side and my toe is in so much pain. I asked him to repaint and he added a clear coat to the top which did nothing. Stay away at all costs it's not worth it. I'm traveling and can't go get it fixed or corrected and honestly don't even want to go back in there. Hopefully I don't get an infection. Ugh!!! Unbelievable! I want to give no stars but Yelp doesn't allow it. STAY AWAY!!!!

I want to start off by saying, I never write reviews, let alone bad ones. I'm generally not a picky…read moreperson, but everyone I've talked to has told me I need to write a review about my experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I started my appointment fine, I was prepped by one tech Lynn, who after I showed my inspo pic, she switched me to Mai. Concerned, I specifically asked Mai when I showed her my inspo picture if it was too hard to do and I would pick something simpler, and she ASSURED me it was fine. The reason I asked was because I had an event to go to and knew a bunch of people were going to be looking at my nails, so I didn't want to risk them turning out bad. First, I asked for Gel X which should be easier to do than acrylic or dip. Right? Wrong. Mai used a gritty primer before adding color to my extensions that make my nails so bumpy. She literally mentioned how it looked weird and retried to apply multiple times and it still looked bad and she just kept going. Then she applied nude for 6 of my French nails that were so patchy because she didn't do enough layers. Then for the actual design. She verbally stated to Lynn that she didn't know how she was gonna do it but that she would try. Not comforting to hear... For the design the first red flag was that she used a hot ass pink color for the base lines, keep in mind the design is bright red. She assures me that she's gonna add red and does the lightest streakiest red ever! At this point she starts to put top coat on and I speak up about how the design looks-- she's missing vertical lines in the gingham, the lines she does have are they're too spaced out so the white spaces look rectangular not square, the lines look messy uneven and didn't go all the way to the inside of my French nails, I truly hated them and I told her so nicely "I'm so sorry but I do not like them, is there any way we can just do French instead at this point? and she blew up on me! She started getting hostile and saying that my inspo picture was messy and she just copied the messiness of the picture, that "no one can do it completely 100% like the photo", and kept pushing me to answer what was wrong with the nails and I told her everything and she said she would fix them but at this point I just wanted something simpler. I asked again can she even just cover them with a solid color and she refused, and we literally sat in silence until I agreed to let her "fix" them. I had to instruct her on exactly what to fix and everytime I would ask for something she'd say "I'm not done yet!". She kept arguing with me that there were not vertical lines on the sides on the nails only one in the middle like what? It's a gingham pattern... and yes it is in the picture, when I point out that she's wrong and just missed that there were extra lines she completely dismissed me. I literally almost never speak up at nail salons and this was just such a bad experience and I hated my nails so much that it took all the courage I had to speak up for myself so I wouldn't have to leave with nails I hated and she legit pressured me into keeping them. Not only that but she tried to gaslight me the whole time into saying her poor quality was MY fault. She said it's because I have bigger nails and that I chose a different shape than the inspo picture... um what??? She just kept saying that I needed to pay her for her time that's why she wouldn't change the design but 1. I never said that I wouldn't pay her, I definitely would've she just didn't want to keep working on them because she was lazy. 2. she promised me something and did not deliver, at all. AND in the beginning she said she would test doing the design on 1-2 nails then ask me how I liked it and that NEVER happened. Matter of fact she not once checked in on me to see if I liked them or explained her plan so I just trusted her and the process. Big mistake. I cannot tell you how frustrating, embarrassing, and upsetting this was. The way Mai handled the situation was beyond rude and unprofessional. If you want cute designs DO NOT COME HERE, or rather DO NOT GO TO MAI. I specifically picked this placed because I saw photos of cute designs and thought they were capable and maybe some of the techs are but my experience was so horrible I will never be back. Everyone I have shown has told me they can tell that it's bad and i cried several times about it. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time, money and mental well being by just getting gel x press ons and doing your nails at home by yourself. See inspo pic attached versus what I got and keep in mind that what I got is not even bad as what she originally did. I had to literally tell her what to do to somewhat make them look decent. Yeah it might look alright if you're 500 feet away and squint your eyes. But the quality is truly horrifying upclose. 0/10 would never recommend and honestly this is my last time going to a random fucking salon.

During my first visit, I paid approximately $60, including tip, for a gel refill. Within only two days, several nails had chipped and the polish began peeling. When I returned to have them corrected, the response was dismissive, and I was told that the color was simply "supposed to do that." I did not feel that the quality of the service matched the price, nor was the issue handled professionally. Despite that experience, I later decided to give the salon another chance. Unfortunately, the customer service was still an issue. After the salon provided me with the wrong total--and after my friend and I had already been overcharged--the owner followed me outside to my car, knocked on my window, and demanded an additional $5. The situation could have been resolved calmly inside the salon, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. No apology was offered for the billing confusion or the interaction afterward. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters. Between the premature chipping, inconsistent billing, and poor handling of my concerns, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.

I decided to go to TN nails because I didn't have enough time to go to my regular place in Oviedo…read more Before I started the service with the male owner, who was going to do my full set acrylic with gel polish, he was bossy, told me not to turn and place both my legs underneath the chair, told me that both my hands needed to be in the table at all times, when he paused on doing one hand, I grabbed my airpods to listen to a podcast, he stopped and just stared me down as I was programming it. Then, when he was putting the acrylic on, told me not to move at all. I finally told him that I've done this service before and know what to do and expect, he then began to lecture me about acrylic getting on my skin if I move etc etc. Overall a very negative energy that I have never been subjected to in any nail salon. He was also rude to another customer who was asking for a discount. If he hadn't started on my nails, i would have hightailed it out of there. I was praying that he wouldn't start putting lotion on my hand in the end like most salons normally do, and glad that he didn't because I would have declined. Such a horrible and very demeaning experience. Oh, and the clincher, they add a dollar to your bill when you use a debit/credit card. Buyer beware. It was not a relaxing spa experience at all. Needless to say, NEVER again. I'll go all the way across the globe before I come back to this spot again.
