I went in for a dip mani and a deluxe pedi. The pedicurist was in such a rush to leave for the day that she couldn't have cared less about that I was saying. She asked someone else to start my mani while she was doing my pedi because she had to leave. I informed them several times that I didn't like the color and was told that it would be the color I wanted when it dried. It was not. I asked for them to change it and they said they would charge me $40 additional dollars to change it, on top of the $100 I was already pay. And was incredibly defensive about it being the color I chose. I don't recommend anyone have any services done here. I won't be back. read more

Don't go here, This place is extremely unsanitary. She kept her tools in this blue box that wasn't clean. The tool she used to file my dead skin off my feet was put into the water. She didn't let me choose the cheapest pedicure and insisted on the $40 pedicure with paraffin, after I said no. The other workers sat in the massage chairs on their phones. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. My toes are also bleeding and I hope I don't get an infection. read more

This is a new nail salon in the new plaza (next to Starbucks) on Landstar Blvd. I found out about this salon via the owners of Lee Nails 2 (in the nearby Walmart plaza), as this is an addition to their other nail salons. At TN Nails, I received the service of a gel full set and pedicure. Similar to the other location, they did a great job with my nails! They take their time with the filing, shaping, etc. Prices at this location seem a bit higher than the other salon (classic pedicures starts at $28); however, I had great service and it's worth it. read more

I wish I could do zero stars. I went in this nail place and the guy who sits towards the left did my nails. He did a horrible job at my refill nails were bumpy and shape was bad. The design was simply put... bad. After 2 hours and him re-doing the design several times he said it's too hard. The owner claimed I could come in any day and he would fix it. I went back the next day and he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. Literally less than 24 hours. I told him he could refund me or re-do my nails. He had another lady attempt at re-doing them. Although she did a better job my nails were still bad. When I went to get them fixed at another place we had to take off the set and re-do them AND I had a fungus which means the other salon was just BAD. I came in here to get my nails done as I have for about a year now and no problems!! Service was great at first but then I came in yesterday to get my toes done and when I showed the guy the picture, he assured me that he could do it. When he finished, I looked down at my toes and sighed. I couldn't stay because I had to go to work in the next hour but I made sure to ask the mad before I left if I can get it changed tomorrow because I didn't like the way it looked, I even made sure to call this morning to ask if it was still okay and they assured me it was fine. I come in today and tell him what I needed changed and he told me that if he had to make any changes I would have to pay full price!!! If I could give this place a -0 I would. I never come to this place, I tried it out because my nail place opens at 10 and I had two broken nails and had to be at work at 11 o'clock and they do open at 9:30. I went in I was greeted lightly by this gentleman and instructed to sit on his chair (first to the right). The place smells like sewer. I told him what color I want it which was a milky white. I even verbalized the number to him. He proceeded to take off my current SNS. I do have a habit of wanting to look at what's going on, so he kept pushing my hand down. When it was time to brush excess residue he pulled out a paint brush, a medium size all used up paint brush (like the ones from Home Depot When it was time to begin my color, I noticed a brownish town was applied, I didn't say anything, because I thought it might be a base color to the milky white that I wanted. When he was about to apply the second coat, I told him you know I want it the white. He proceeded to say no you told me you wanted this color, which was an orange sparkly one . He told me he had to start all over again and take out the SNS that he had applied . Since I was rushed because I had to come to work I told him what else could we do? He said we could just put gel on you. I agreed since that was the only choice. He did not file my nails or buffed them. He just put two extra layers of chalk white gel and called it a day. He was never apologetic, the entire time he had an attitude. A nail place is to enjoy having some self love time by having your nails done with by a pleasant person, Not with a guy without skills with a paintbrush! I do not recommend anyone that would like to have a pleasant experience to go to this place. I cannot wait until 5 o'clock to go to my usual nail place, which is platinum nails right across the street. Lesson learned ! read more

I made an appointment but still had to wait 30 minutes to be helped. And they filed down my nail bed way too much. It was hurting and burning. And yet they continued to buff it down. Now my nails have huge dents in them. They ultimately came out okay, but the after math of sensitive nails is not worth it. Took my daughter to get her nails done the day before her prom and it turned out to be a nightmare. After sitting waiting to get service the hispanic female decided to service her. never ever again will I go back to this place, it was my first AND LAST time ..unprofessional, extremely rude, for starters , I've never had such a bad experience at a nail salon ever, the only reason I went was bc I needed my nails and a pedicure done and I saw they were opened and the wait was quick , now I see why there was no one there, it's my only me time I get bc I work a 12 hours shift at the hospital , so it's the only time I can get to relax , well .. wrong !!!, the male that started to do my nails was rude, every time I moved he would get annoyed, 2. he had open sores all over his hands and arms, I politely ask him what was on his hand and arms being that he didn't have gloves on and I started to get concerned, he stated to me it was an allergic reaction, never stating or offered to put gloves on or get another tech , in fact, they started talking in there language and started to laugh, then, since that wasn't enough the girl next to him , also jump right in and started to argue with me , I as a customer have a right to decline services, at this point he left me half way done and went to the back to attend his phone call, I decided to end my service and started to leave, he then came back while the lady aside of him who spoke Spanish was still arguing with me over his oozing open sores, she continued to tell me if I'm so uncomfortable then to leave, bad customer service , unprofessional, to add the health department should look into this place of business , no gloves with opened sore, not safe and concerning , be aware !! stay away ! be safe !
