I needed a large hole patched in my ceiling so I took it on myself because I've done a little bit…read moreof drywall. I put some backing in the hole and put a spare piece of drywall init to give it a good backing. I then taped it with fiber tape I started troweling on some 20 minute mud. As I troweled across the area it left some deep valleys, and of course fibers from the tape were sticking out and it looked horrible (see the first photograph). I found Kip online and called him and he was able to come out the next morning at 9:00 a.m. A super nice guy and he came over right on time, he looked at my job and you said yeah I can match that texture how about $120. I said that's a great price go ahead and start. He was able to go over my horrible job and created a super smooth patch (see photo 2). He then brought out his texture rig out of his truck and started texturing the ceiling. When he finished I couldn't believe what a beautiful job he had done. He was here three hours doing a magnificent job and I thought $120 wasn't enough for what he did so I gave him $150. He was very touched at someone giving him more than he asked but he was so worth it. it was a total pleasure having Kip here and I've already lined him up for some other drywall jobs at my house

Installed new 18" ceramic tile floors in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. In the bedrooms and family room we went with an upgraded pile carpet . Helped me with the decisions on the colors and brought many samples that helped with the design. Installed 5 new windows a sliding glass door and a new front door. Installed a new granite countertop in the kitchen with stainless steel sink, faucet, disposal and plumbing. To match the rest of the condo they upgraded the kitchen with LED Caned recessed lights on the ceiling and sprayed on new knock down texture. Dialed in the bathroom installing a high quality cabinet, sink, faucet and plumbing . We picked two colors for the body/trim but we were stuck on deciding a color for our gutters! Tim took the time to get some samples, give his input, and help us make a final decision. He and his team started work on Monday morning and were done by Friday afternoon. Mon - Pressure washed. Tues - Primed, chalk, remove rotten wood.
