There was a decadent dip and plantain cups with different meats in them. Very good, great value. The mains (so, meo culpa here, I forgot what The Scientist had, I was busy with item number one, supra) are hearty portions priced well below other spots on the island. Never having had lobster thermidor before, it had to happen. It was spiny lobster, which was appreciated. The more firm/dense meat, along with the less sweet (neutral) flavor of the spiny lobster lent itself to the cream and shallots I tasted. They are flat and a little dry with more a suggestion of conch flavor rather than discernible chunks of conch. Hubs ordered the fish sandwich with fries and enjoyed it although he noted the ketchup was sweeter and thinner than US style ketchup. He liked it.
