Compared to an actual Korean spa, you have to bring your bathing suit. They have changing room areas all around the locker room. The inside has a ton of showers (both Korean style and American). They have an indoor sauna in the girls side and a couple hot tubs. Then you can go out to the outdoor areas. They had a cold waterfall. There were also several unisex hot tubs. This place also has a quiet area to lounge, several saunas with different medical properties, and a gym. The amenities here can go on and on. They definitely balance health with adding a coworking space. It's also interesting they have an infinity pool that shows NYC from the rooftop. Before going in for the service, I reiterated this and I was very clear that I did not want any kind of Thai massage or bodyweight massage. Immediately this person's entire body weight was on me . I have had many deep tissue massages in my life, and I have never experienced this kind of pain. An hour or later, and I can't even move my shoulder. In addition to this, About two minutes into my massage I hear the door open and somebody walked into the room while I was on the table, which was very unnerving and made me feel very unsafe. I was laying there mostly Naked, already not being heard about the type of massage I want only to realize that somebody entered the room and I couldn't see who it was.
