I've had better pedicures but for the most part I was happy with it. My nails were JACKED Up. I mean JACKED. A few of the tips were applied crooked so my fingers looked crooked. The nails were lumpy and the shape which was supposed to be coffin was, well only GOD knows what that shape was. After complaining, the owner tried to fix them but was not able to completely fix the crooked ones. So after spending 5 hours and $111, I received a good pedicure, almond instead coffin as desired because it was the only way to salvage the shape, and four crooked nails. Average salon. I get the dip, and while they don't have a great selection of colors I can't complain. They last me anywhere from 2-4 weeks. The last two times I've had my nails done by two females who have done a good job. The first time it was done my a gentleman and for some reason the dip mani cracked on each nail after the first week. $40 for a dip isn't terrible, just wish they had more selections. And that cutting back cuticles was included. But it's convenient so I'll keep going. read more

And my typical pedi was more than what was stated on the website! This was my first time in this salon since I moved from Raleigh to Garner. I came in to have my nails done for my engagement pictures the next day. I told the guy doing my nails that, too. I would've had a manicure but I have severe hand eczema so I can't do all the lotions, soaking, etc. He rushed through my nails and told me the whole time I needed my cuticles cut, need a manicure next time, need to go buy cuticle oil, etc. I was so upset when I left and didn't have time to go back in when I got to look closely and noticed that the nail polish was applied poorly and it will definitely show up in pictures. I never get manicures and and the gel polish never is down on my nails this far. It just looks so bad. I don't recommend this place, go somewhere where they take more time on your nails. read more

I get we are in a pandemic and businesses are short staffed. The difference between a good business and a poor one is how they handle the situation. I made an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait. My adult daughter and I got there on time and they put us in the chairs and started working on her while I sat there. It was a half hour after someone finally came over to work on me. I declined as I needed to get back to work. One guy did say sorry one time and that was it. I would have been fine with the wait if they had said something when I got there or even if someone had come over to let me know or even apologized when I paid for my daughter. I will not support this business again which is sad because I did like the owner. read more

This place is located in a busy shopping center near best buy, but that means they have plenty of parking, and have a ton of customers! Kind of surprised that there are not more reviews, this place is busy, so while they do take walk-ins, I'd recommend making an appointment. We walked in and they were full, so we made an appointment for an hour later and went shopping around there. The shop is nicely decorated, clean, open, and reasonably priced. They have a variety of services and different options available for each. We got pedicures, which had four packages to choose from, we chose the pedicure plus for $30 which included, exfoliating, aloe Vera cream, cooling gel, hot towels, callus treatment and of course the pedicure. They had a great assortment of nail polish colors, comfy massage chairs, all of their products smelled great, they were accommodating and made room for my friend and I to sit together, and our nail technicians were excellent. They were attentive to detail, and even went as far as fixing our nails when we hit it against the drying station even though we were done and it was our fault. That's above and beyond! They take cards, but do charge a $1 fee, however if you have your debit card, you can use their atm! I'd definitely recommend this place and would come back whenever I'm in the area! read more

The hot stone pedicure is the best thing ever and I never want to get out of the chair. I constantly get compliments on my nails and how they look. This is our first time here and I am very happy with the cleanliness and sanitation procedures they use. Came here for a full set with gel polish and I was not satisfied! I didn't get the tech's name, but he did a horrible job. He talked to his coworkers the entire time and he took well over an hour to do my nails. They came out so bad. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said "I'll see what I can do". It was a simple square shape and basic color. I left with a bad shape and different size nails with a lot of product on top. He only did 2 coats of gel which resulted in almost clear color. He didn't clean up the cuticles or do anything after painting my nails. No cleaning up or wiping off or anything. About 3 hours after, one of my nails actually started to peel at the corner, and then the entire polish came off after a while. I would definitely go somewhere else, or try a different tech. First time here & I won't be back. My sister, mom & I came in to get pedicures. When deciding on a color the I picked up what appeared to be a regular polish but ended up being gel the OWNER yelled DONT TOUCH employees only which was unnecessary. Also my nail tech VAN was very rude and never introduced herself. Everything I asked her to do was questioned even as simple as a cut down on my toes. She talked the entire time and wasn't focused on doing my toes. Also if you plan on paying with a card there is a 1.00 fee Or you have a option to use their ATM for a .50 fee which is ridiculous! This place is horrible, the woman who runs it is rude and treats her employees like slaves. She barks at everyone who enters the place demanding to know what they want. The pedicure I received was like an amateur, I still had skin left on my cuticles and one toe was only half polished. Then, to make matters worse, if you use a credit/ debit card to pay for services, they charge you an extra $1. I realize it is only a dollar, but this is illegal, if you cannot afford to have credit card processing, get rid of it or raise your prices to accommodate the expense! I was able to avoid the $1 charge for using my card, but only after the slave driver woman tried to have me call a number that was "conveniently" disconnected. I haven't been here in a few years and only can in here because it was near a stop that I had made. It seems different than it did a few years ago. Not sure if it's new management. I'd say my pedicure was good and everything I expected for the price. She definitely did a good job on my nails. The biggest disappointment was the color selection. I figured this is a busy salon and it would have a better selection than what they actually have. If it weren't for that I'd give a better rating. Terrible terrible terrible! I came in with my boyfriend to get him his first pedicure. We made an appointment and even purchased the most expensive pedicure with hopes of getting the best experience with grooming, scrubs, and aroma therapy. But when it came down to actually polishing my toes, it was so messy and rushed. My cuticles weren't thoroughly cut, she re-polished my big toes a million times, got polish all over my toe, everywhere BUT my actual toe nail, missed the side of my toe nails and got upset with me for pointing it out. However if I'm spending 45 just to get my feet scrubbed and polished, WITHOUT gel, at least do a neat job and dont rush! Wont be returning! ZERO stars! Update: I called the store manager to talk about my experience and having to come back to get my toe repainted, and they HUNG UP on me, even though I was being as nice as I could about it. read more

Poor customer service and even worse materials. I paid $50 for removal and a fresh set of acrylic with gel polish on a Friday. By Sunday I had two broken thumbs. I went to get one fixed aha here lady who did it has an attitude when I asked for her to glue the cracks on one and replace the other. I've gone here before to get a fill in and i was very surprised at the price but i was desperate to get a fill in quick so i got it done. But where i usually go it's only 20 plus a tip and they do excellent work. Anyways when i went for my fill in they did a good job and were nice. BUT this last time all i needed was for them to replace a nail that broke and they were hesitant to do it i don't understand why because it wasn't a bad break so no blood or scabs and they were very rude about it saying things like "i shouldn't get it done, but it's my choice" blah blah blah i feel they didn't want to do it because they wouldn't make much money(only $4 and i gave a $5 tip to be nice). I got my nail fixed and let me show you: (Sooo thick, uneven, not even close to the same shape or length as my other, and a bad paint job) they didn't take time on it at all i was in and out in 5 minutes when it should've taken a little over 10. They definitely aren't a nice nail place where you can enjoy your time there and relax they're all about money and business. I will not be coming back. read more

Is it nirvana? No, it's a nail salon people.The atmosphere is very nice, clean and professional with a great selection of properly performed services. If I make an appt I don't sit around, I'm right in and in my chair on time which means that unlike other salons they'll hold your seat for a grace period. They listen when I ask for something and don't pretend they don't speak English. I at first thought my guy for my S&S was a bit rude until one time he cracked a small joke and I thought "he's not rude, he likes to break things up and joke around and he's waiting for a green light" and I've relaxed ever since. S&S takes awhile so I've done a lot of people watching and the only "rude" people I see here is most of the customers, sheesh. Especially the ones that demand champagne for a beer price. read more
