I went to to Lilly's nails without an appointment, wanting to make an appointment. They got me in right then. There were not many people there. I showed them the picture I wanted. A full set of gel. They did a really nice job. The only negative was that I wanted a more tapered Look, but she said they needed to airbrush that and they couldn't do it. A little bit bummed out on that note, so only reason I'm giving a 4 star and not 5. Was out fairly quickly but not at the expense of a bad service. Thank you! read more

Lily Nails is a lovely hidden gem of a nail salon in Greystone Village Shopping Center off Lead Mine Road. I've driven by it for years, but never stopped in until last Friday. I'd been thinking about getting a pedicure, but I'm perpetually short on time so I figured I'd just roll the dice and see how things worked out. On my way home early on Friday afternoon, I stopped in. I was greeted promptly. I told the lady I wanted a pedicure and asked to see some rates. She handed me a brochure which clearly described their services. No combo price for manicure and pedicure, but pedicure is generally my primary concern. Since my day had already been quite hectic, I wondered if I might have an appointment in an hour so I had time to get home for a shower. This was perfect for them so I headed home and made it back in time for my appt at 4pm. When I arrived, they were much busier, so I was glad I made an appt. She directed me to pick out a nail color. Yodel my cell. What a fun color. Kind of like an aqua with some shimmer. Out of my norm of purples and reds, but I figured I'd try it out. I was directed to a chair where a very sweet lady named Vivian greeted me. She got me settled and introduced herself. It turns out that Lily Nails is a family owned salon with many friendly regulars. As she moved on in massaging taking off my polish, filing and buffing nails/feet, and massaging my feet, I relaxed. I chose the Deluxe Spa Pedicure, which included removing calluses and extra buffing. Prices for pedicures as follows: Basic Spa Pedicure: $27 Deluxe Spa Pedicure: $32 Premium Spa Pedicure: $37 Special Spa Pedicure: $48 Organic Spa Pedicure: $42 Restoration Nu-Pedicure: $45 I'd definitely return to Lily Nails. They're a no frills salon, by that I mean no pretentiousness that you find in some up-scale salons, but provide high quality intimate services. The lady that greeted me was nice but the nail tech that she sent me to was so UNPROFESSIONAL. I declined the services because he was trying to charge me more for length and i didn't agree on the price. So as i said i decided not to go any further. Then he said for him to take off of the nails you will be charged $10 if you don't want your nails done (he only glued them on) I tell him that I'm not going to pay $10 for something that I did not get. I can just take them off myself if he wants the nails.Then he proceeded to say get the fuck out of my shop Bitch. I said excuse me, he continue to say repeatedly get the fuck out my shop. Don't ever come back. All because he was trying to charge me $10 for my length. He continue going further say you stupid bitch ima call the police if u don't get out. Absolutely horrible service. The woman I talked to was extremely disrespectful. Expecting me to know where everything was (this was my first time here mind you) and sat outside smoking. Then proceeds to tell me a full set with acrylic cut short is $55 those are gel prices acrylic should be $35-$40. I've been getting my nails done for years and never has the price been $55. That's too much for just acrylic cut short and when I asked for my money back for the gift card I was given by my spouse she refused and then tells me to send someone else to get the same disrespect I received no thank you. I have gotten my nails done for year and this was the worst ever. The stylist was pushy, critical and rude. For my full set she was rude and tried to upsell me consistently, put a nail on completely crooked and said my nail wasn't strait which the fake nail wasn't aligned to my nail and got glue all over my finger 0/10 don't recommended. read more

Time for an update. These women take such good care of me when I go in for a mani-pedi. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. They never rush your mani-pedi even if they get a little busy, they know how important it is to their customers to leave feeling relaxed. They are experts at managing their time with no adverse effect on the customer. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The shop is very clean, they have a wide selection of polish, the massage chairs are in good repair, and as another reviewer commented, has everything you need without being all hoity-toity and fancy, and I truly appreciate that. Friendly smiles greeted me when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't have to wait and the nail tech made sure the water temperature was just right. I opted for the deluxe spa pedicure which included salt scrub, extra massage time and paraffin wax. Still a bargain at $37. This is not as updated as some other local salons, I was happy with their quality of service, cleanliness and free wifi! I will return here for future pedis for sure! read more

I haven't been to Lily Nails in quite some time & I won't be going back. I think this place looks and feels dirty. The gel setting lamps look filthy and their tools are not wrapped in plastic, so there's no telling if they have been properly sterilized​. I went in for a basic pedicure and it was great! The polish looks great and the massage was longer than expected. I wouldn't normally go for the upgraded pedicure because I don't think it's worth it but if the basic was that good I will definitely be going back for the upgrade! read more

I'm not picky at all when I go get my nails done. I always get the basic and expect basic. I like to switch up places every once in a while to see what is out there. This was my first and last time at lily nails. I went with a group and was the last to arrive (about 10 mins late). I was the first done by at least five minutes. I was ok with that bc my toes looked fine. She pointed to the dryer and never saw her again. I'm a big girl and ok with that but had 0 clue how to operate the dryer (eventually figured it out). My friend got the premium but when she noticed half way that she wasn't getting everything, she asked her lady and was told she was getting basic. She was annoyed but let it go. At checkout they told her that she got premium. After explaining that originally she wanted premium but halfway she was told she was getting basic the lady actually started arguing with her. Needless to say it was very embarrassing. It was also clear that they were speaking about us in a very negative manner but it wasn't English and we couldn't understand it. After we paid (and even left a tip) the ladies rudely said something to us (different language but it was clear) and waved us off. :( very disrespectful and I did not appreciate being argued with when I was trying to relax read more

I will never go back to Lilly Nails. Everything seemed okay until she applied the Polish and you could see where she didn't trim it push back the cuticles or apply the Polish correctly. After cutting my skin and being overly aggressive with cuticle tool after I remarked that it needed further trimming, she said it was because I was not sitting close enough after she told me to. She also said it would have been less obvious with brighter color. What? At that point, she told me not to look at what she was doing. My pedicure looks bad and feels even worse. read more

I love Lily Nails! I've been going for three years now. The staff takes the time to learn your name, which I love. I'm always greeted warmly. The quality of the pedicures and gel manicures are outstanding. I never feel intimidated going to Lily Nails like you might at some of the places at North Hills. The team at Lily Nails are true professionals. They'll talk with you during your treatment if you feel like it or they'll give you your space if you want to close your eyes or read a magazine.
