I really wanted to like this place, unfortunately it's a "no" for me. I came here with my daughter a few weeks ago to get pedicures (it was her first one ever), & it was very empty for a Thursday. There was only one other lady that was there finishing up. My daughter & I got sat down right away (the extra star I added, bonus for have kids pedicure chair) The man that painted my toes barely scrubbed my foot, & didn't even try to file them even, when it came time to painting, he did base coat, then 3 coats of the color I chose, then top coat. Omg my polish was thicccccc. I honestly didn't like the way it turned out, but as always I didn't want to make a big deal, smiled and took it as it was. My daughter's toe nails were barely trimmed (I trimmed them when I got home & filed them), & she was charged extra because she wanted to try the sugar scrub like me (which some could've been taken from the one I was using) With my daughter & I just for one gel pedicure & a kids pedicure, it was $65 (not including tip - we tipped them $8 each) Not bad I supposed, but I would've been a lot happier if my polish wasn't so thick. This shop really needs to be checked out! They have bad hygiene practices, and someone needs to call the Department of Cosmetology to inspect Diane and her staff. They're cutting people's skin and going way too deep on cuticles--it's dangerous! Diane also seems to have some serious anger issues. I saw her being rough with an elderly customer, yanking their arms out of frustration. It was so upsetting to watch. Diane, this is not the right job for you! read more

I actually came the first time for a Pedicure and the lady did a Super good job. I was so happy and just came back again and another lady helped me. It was super bad. They were so busy and didn't take the time. They just wanted to let you out fast. She didn't even clean my nails or nothing. All she did was a little massage cut and paint my toes. That's it. What a great experience. We had a family spa day for my daughters birthday. I made an appointment in advance. We got there a little early to check in. They were able to get us in right away. The employees were very nice and even took a few pictures for me. My husband and I got pedicures. My husbands first time, He loved it! My daughters got manicures. They absolutely loved their nails. I had the worst experience in a nail salon. The person assigned to service me was Mai. She got frustrated, because she didn't understand what I was asking her to do with my nails. I believe she purposely hurt my finger out of frustration. She also ruined my pants by getting wax on them. Also, I haven't been to a salon where they do your gel nails on your lap. I have been going to Lee Spa Nails for several years, and I've always had a great experience! Diane is the absolute best, but everyone else is also friendly and does great work. Like any other nail salon, they get busy but they always do their best to be accommodating to walk-ins. I personally always make appointments and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. If you're late to an appointment, they will try to call you a couple times over 15 mins and if you don't answer or show by then they will move on to the next person. That's very reasonable. Nope nope nope never again. First of all, Diane needs a few lessons in customer service. I was a bit indecisive on the color and had her paint one nail before deciding I wanted to change colors. You could tell this irritated her and she caught an attitude. Well she met her match I quickly said I would leave and go somewhere else. That caught Diane's attention for sure, she tried to play nice but I was already over it. They barely had any colors, acrylic application was subpar & I honestly felt judged and unwelcome from the moment I stepped foot in the establishment. Luckily I had to leave before getting a pedicure but man.. not at all enjoyable. & my nails are... okay ig. Definitely not what I went in for :/ but they'll do. Ig. Never again. November 15th 2024..I had an appointment to get a new full set with Diane...she was in a terrible mood that day & when she cut my nails down and when I stopped her to tell her cut them down a little more she yanked my arm really hard !!! And proceeded to run her drill over my fingers! And made a long cut on my index finger!!! I will never return to her Spa again!!!!! $68.00 is what I paid for senior abuse & I'm reporting her to the Board of Consumer Affairs!!!! & or the Board of Cosmetology!!! She has an ugly attitude!!! Worse pedicure EVER. I could have done better at home. Massage? A joke. Asked for gel, they used the light to cure the "gel" .....within a few days my nails cracked and polish chipping. That's NEVER happened with gel for me and I get pedicures every 3 weeks. I'm pretty certain they used just regular crappy quality polish and not gel. I had no real problems when I came here. The setting is open and clean. I got the Luxury Pedi (gel) Julia did a good job. Nothing spectacular but she hit all the points. She was quiet but could be understood when she did speak. My only issue during my visit was another tech working was too chatty. POOR HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS ALERT: Was looking for a quick pedicure and decided on Lee Spa Nails. Walked in to a completely silent salon. About 4 ppl in the pedicure area already and it was dead silent. Sat down and had the water started. The person next to me was getting polished and finishing up and once they were done I observed the cleaning process. The tech did not use any disinfectant, only a sponge that was on their cart and a towel to wipe down that was already used and dirty from the previous client. He then threw the used towel back on his cart. The same tech then sat down to start me without washing their hands or getting any new clean towels. I asked him to wash his hands and it was an instant attitude. He then picked up a pair of gloves that were already on his cart (not out of a new glove box) and put them on. I asked him if those were clean and he said yes. The gloves were obviously wet. I was infuriated. This place has very poor hygiene and cleanliness. After he finished my pedi he carefully took the gloves off and placed them in the same spot for the next person. The hand towel he used draped over his jeans and he just kept using the same one after repeatedly asking him for a new one. Will NEVER RETURN. read more

I was not happy at all with my basic gel manicure. The polish was all over my skin, she cut my skin and I was bleeding a tad bit. She was rushing so much jumping back and forth from me and my sister who was also there for mani Pedis. The polish is beautiful but the way it was applied onto my nails looks like she didn't care to perfect it at all. I even had to tell her to spray alcohol and to get my manicure massage that is supposed to come with the package. The polish is also bumpy and bubbly. The pictures don't do justice. As for my pedi, also not happy with it. My nails were cut all sorts of lengths and the polish AGAIN is all over my skin. She also made both my big toes bleed on the side. I will definitely not be returning or recommending this place to any one. read more

They are very busy since they are offering 30% off any services. When you walk in they ask you check in on their iPad, which is really slow in responding. Maybe it was just me. I would click something and it wouldn't respond. I thought it froze a few times. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. When I arrived they were busy and asked me to come back in 30mins. I told them I would just wait. I waited 20mins before I was seated in a pedicure chair. I relaxed and soaked my feet while enjoying the chair massage for about 30mins until someone was able to service me. I decided to do a deluxe spa pedicure and gel manicure. The service was absolutely great. It took about 3 hours for everything but they had a family emergency that day and was short on staff and couldn't have my toes and nails done at the same time. I had my nails done at a different nail salon and I was not happy with the shape of my nails. So Richard helped me fix the shape and I love the new shape. One of my thumbs nail is shorter than the rest but he still managed to shape it! Love it! Only thing I did not like was he used the grinder (unsure the exact name of the machine) to remove the rest of my gel polish after soaking it. I think it weakens my nature nails that way, but what do I know... I'm not a manicurist. But because I loved the service and outcome. I will definitely be back. After I got home, I realized the polish on three toes were ruined. So I didn't have time to go back the next day, but I call and made an appointment to get it fixed 2 days later. I walked in and they fixed it for free. So I just tipped. I sat there for maybe 20mins with the fan at my toes to make sure they dried this time. read more
