Although pleasant and friendly, she did not follow through on my order and also gave me incorrect delivery dates for both vanity and onyx top, allowing the contract with my very reliable labor crew to lapse before installation was completed. Fortunately, Evan Devine, Shilling's Service Manager was able to get " Custom Cal Homes Remodeling " to complete a perfect installation. I would advise all who order specific cabinetry to not only submit a picture of what they desire but also to sign the exact spec sheet of the Schilling building plan. in addition, before starting a major bath rehab which might demand a cast iron tub breakdown, I would advise waiting until "after" your vanity and top are delivered and accepted. I gave Schilling a 5 star review, not only for a great finished bath rehab, but also for employing stellar personal that was able to make that happen. In the end, a long 80 year plus success is about the people who make up the company

PITIFUL! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCTS SOLD!…read more I started rehabbing a house in 2017 and sparred no expense as I was looking to have the least maintenance in the future. I spent well over a 100 grand on windows framing lumber sheathing zipboard doors siding fixtures trim decking railings and so much more. I purchased LP siding in late 2018 and was installed into early 2019. I paid extra to have the siding double coated which was presented as a 50 year warranty. Within a couple of years I noticed the siding chalking and the trim opening up like a sponge. In early 2022 I presented this issue to Scott Czapar who was my salesperson that I had been dealing with since day one. Schillings had purchased the LP siding from Cedar Siding INC which has since gone out of business. I spoke to both Scott and Kyle who brought this to the attention of Dean Schillings. I paid 7500 dollars in labor and 1500 in materials to have my house repainted. I was asking Schillings to cover half the cost of materials which was 750 dollars in which they denied. They suggested that the warranty was from the company they bought the siding from. I bought the siding from Schillings not anywhere else. I will not spend 10 cents at their company ever again. Scott Czapar has never been the issue and has always gone above and beyond to address the many issues that came about. Also anyone reading this please go out and look at your siding and see if it has failed! I can guarantee that I am not the only person this has happened to. Below are the before and after photos and so obvious of the failure of their product.

They didn't get 5 stars because we were there for at least 3 or 4 hours, they should have a coffee machine or at least offer customers a bottle of water. To start out with a positive, our kitchen looks beautiful! However, we have had major issues with…read moreCabinets To Go that cost us over $1,000 more due to them not backing promises were we told. I don't think I have ever left a company negative feedback...but do want people aware so you aren't stuck in the situation we were. We had started working with Vicky as the manager. Long story short, we send our blueprints from our architect. We were in final steps of our cabinet layout when she messaged me that she went to a competitor and was trying to get me to go over there (as she had our designs). We hadn't been happy with the service she had provided so we decided to reach out to Cabinet To Go and see who the new manager was. Gabby was the new manager and was friendly and helpful. When she checked out file, there was nothing there. So, we had to start from scratch. I was able to send her pics from when Vicky was working on things...but then extended the design process weeks longer. Fast forward, we weren't ready for cabinets yet due to our drywall not being installed yet. Gabby reached out to tell us about a sale going on the cabinets we had selected. She said they need to ship though within a couple weeks to get the discount, due to them not wanting to store them at the warehouse. I said we could house them in our basement but we were NOT going to be installing for months so wouldn't be able to open them and check them out. We were made to believe any defects or damage from shipping would be taken care when we were installingdown the road . Gabby shortly after this went on maternity leave. After that things got really messy. It was so hard to get someone to get back to us when we started to experience issues. The delivery people showed up at the wrong location to deliver cabinets. Thankfully they were willing to go to the correct address. Once our installer (separate from Cabinets to Go) started install. He quickly noticed that they had not measured correctly...the sink wasn't center to the window. He looked at their design print and said he didn't know what measurements they were using but it was completely off. Their picture made it look like our plans but measurements for cabinets were incorrect. Due to the issue, we had to order 3 or 4 more cabinets to make the layout work correctly. They also didn't figure the correct total for some of the accessory's pieces and we had to order more of those as well. We were told we would get a discount on all the items due to their error. When we got the invoice, they did not honor what they said and we were charged full price for all the accessory pieces. They also didn't make it right that their measurements were way off. We also had a few damaged cabinets and they refused to make it right because it was over 60 days. When we told them originally we could house them but wouldn't be able to install for months and wanted to make sure we were still covered. I reached out to the main company customer service multiple times...had a couple very disrespectful representatives. Long story short, we had to pay for all the cabinets that broke during shipping too....and drive 2 hours one way (twice) to get the items. Now, a month after being in our home and using the cabinets, the glass upper cabinet doors are splitting...by the glass. It's an obvious defect. And at some point appears the glass will just fall out. It's cracking all 4 sides both inside and out. I contact the Merrillville office and they gave me the headquarters again...and as suspected they said it's over 60 days even if it's a defect. They offered for us to transfer to a representative to buy new doors. I said, "No, I'm not buying new doors. I want management email to give feedback on how dissatisfied we are with the cabinets and lack of backing your product" . They told me to use the contact on the website...the generic email. So, nothing being done about the defective glass cabinets either. As pretty as the cabinets are...we would never use them again. If a company won't back their product and is rude to the customer...it's not the right company for us or for us to recommend to others. So bummed because initially I thought we were going to love Cabinets To Go. Our installer (not from C2G) was able to repair some of the damage items and he did a beautiful job...but he shouldn't have had to fix something that should have been taken care of by Cabinets To Go) We purchased 2 full sets of kitchen cabinets, pantry cabinets and for our laundry room...so even with a large order...they didn't reimburse us a dime or cover any of the damages or their errors.

When we fell in love with a marble looking sample from an overpriced brand, he directed us to a different manufacturer with a similar style (which he didn't have a sample of) that was within our budget. In addition to that, they didn't blink an eye when we encountered a 7 month delay with our remodel project. They stored the slabs we had purchased and waited patiently while we fought with Schillings to fix our floors. We are now going back to Rock Counter for our bathroom vanity counters and very likely our master vanity itself. Highly recommend Rock Counter!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM If I could give zero stars I would. We flip 5-7 homes at a time and wanted to love using Rock Counter but it's been an awful experience. The "experienced designer" overlooked the fact that appliances are to be accounted for in a KITCHEN floor plan. Apparently she forgot that & my contractor didn't catch it because he's not a kitchen designer. This cost me over $3k to take out a load bearing wall to account for this mistake and pushed my project back. We have been missing some items such as toe kicks and the skin for our fridge. Now this is the last straw. This is how they sent our cabinets and insist it's not drawn on with marker. They refuse to allow any returns to get our money back. DON'T SHOP HERE! Save your sanity and hard earned money. We spent thousands on these and can't get our money back.

Warning to anyone that has dealings with Andrea Zeller or any of her businesses... Zeller NWI Baths…read moreor Zeller siding. We purchased siding in 2019 that had a LIFETIME WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR. In 2020 we noticed the siding was buckling. For the last 3 years, she has been reassuring us telling us she would take care of the issues and honor her warranty. This year, 2023, she finally sent out one of her siding guys to check out the problems with our siding. He told me that the guys that installed it used antiquated methods to install it and it all needed to be replaced. He said he told Andrea the same thing. When I called in again Andrea accused me of pulling down and reinstalling it improperly. I told her our siding had a LIFETIME warranty on parts and labor... I had no reason to mess with the siding at all and she called me a liar. Andrea hires subcontractors and then refuses to stand behind their work! It's bad business and unfair to her customers.
