If I could I would give 0 stars, our family dog is a Samoyed, a winter dog who is double coated. Our family has 3 dogs and have seen multiple groomers and never had a horrible experience like this. Our dog always gets a little wash and trim, she never gets matted and is the sweetest gentle dog ever. Dez is a groomer at this location who completely shaved off our dogs entire coat when we asked for a trim!! You can see down to her pink bare skin it looks so painful. Her double coat is for her health it should never be shaved down. Our family is so upset and will not be returning or recommending this groomer. Now she can't enjoy the sun outside, play outside, or go on walks because the sun will harm her. If you do not know how to work with Samoyeds, just say so!!!

It all started when my little hyper frenchie Fiona started mildly limping.. I was pretty worried &…read moreresearched quite a bit, got multiple opinions, & decided to go all in with Kinetic Vet. The best way of describing the experience is-red carpet treatment-overall. Dr. Herman, vet techs, surgical nurses, front desk staff, and physical therapy personnel have all been excellent. From the very start Dr Herman examined & confidently diagnosed Fiona, (TPLO), and it was decided the way to go was surgery. The limp was mild, but one day suddenly Fiona was not able to walk anymore, and it was time to urgently schedule the procedure. We scheduled easily & I was recommended to download their app, which is great because they clearly outline important details such as: how to prepare the recovery area, how to prepare your family to care for the pet, videos with at home exercises, what to expect, and very detailed recovery protocol and instructions by day... very useful specially because a key concern was being able to care for her post-op. Surgery day went as planned, i received phone updates, Dr Herman himself called me after surgery to advise all had gone well. When I picked her up, I had a detailed session with the surgical nurse to explain care protocol. I also signed up Fiona for therapy, which started 1 week post surgery with laser & shockwave therapy. At 4 weeks we started water treadmill. Anytime i had concerns, i called and they helped me clear my questions.. So far, It's been 8 weeks and Fiona is back to herself and seems on track for a complete recovery... I still need to keep her calm/supervised but shes doing great and I am beyond grateful for all the wonderful staff that has taken care of her. Highly recommended vet medical specialty facility. They have: Orthopedics, Cardio, ophthalmology & neuro specialists, and physical therapy for post-surgical recovery. *This is not a basic vet, meaning- no vaccines, or routine visits, this is for advanced care procedures. (Also- they provide all the adequate support to submit pet insurance claims) Forever grateful, highly recommended :)
